It's super good, and Aman is famous for its service. I didn't get a deposit for the room, and after staying for two nights, there were different gifts every day, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the room were free. Even if you finish drinking it on the first day, you will be able to refill it on the second day. Book Aman and you can enjoy the hotel facilities and services.

This time, the same house company people played together for 5 days and 4 nights, two nights in the villa, two nights in the hotel, the villa has surprises, the pool is clean, the water is clear, better than the last time I went to Pattaya to rent a villa, swimming for a while, this time except the left swimming pool, the bed is also very comfortable, there are double beds, I have 10 people, there are 9 beds, Very comfortable, the housekeeper is very enthusiastic to answer my questions, if you have any questions, you can reply quickly 🥰

This hotel is truly exceptional, and I can only express it as the best. I visited the hotel to celebrate an anniversary, and they made an incredible first impression with delicious tarts and stunning decorations. The excellent and friendly service from the culturalists, along with immediate and fast responses via messenger, made my stay incredibly convenient. I'm also very grateful for the late checkout on my last day due to my evening flight. I believe I'll visit this hotel again soon.

Hotel was newly renovated and really really nice. Room is big and clean, equipment very nice and convenient. Location not bad. need some walk to main road, but very peaceful. We love the balcony, and restaurant for brunch. Nice view and comfortable. However, staffs were mostly friendly but not very well-trained. Some did not even greeting us when met at the elevator or corridors, which should not happen at a five star hotel we thought. Overall, we like this hotel, hope can have better experience next time.

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The design of the hotel provides us with plenty of space with privacy to enjoy our time. We love all the dining facilities; excellent food and service. Wine list has rooms for improvement though. The choice of champagne is very limited. Staff in general are very thoughtful and helpful that makes our staff enjoyable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Studios Sukhumvit! While not your typical large chain hotel, it was new and very cosy, with just enough amenities to make it a convenient and pleasant stay. While about an 8 to 10 min walk away from Thonglor BTS station, depending on your pace, there is a free shuttle provided every half-hourly that ends at 8pm daily for added convenience. Additionally, should you require things like a shaving kit you can ask reception or house-keeping and they will promptly deliver it to your room. While the deluxe room did not come with a tub, the toilet was spacious, and I really liked the body wash and shampoo provided. The water pressure was also strong though it did not quite translate to the rain shower. There is a slight smell of sewerage upon entering the room, but once the key is inserted into the room slot and the aircon is switched on, it quickly dissipates. I did not personally smell the smell of stale smoke along the corridors and the room which I had read in reviews. I really liked the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet neighbourhood, and I slept really well during my 3 night stay in room 213. Though there was a really noisy family next door on the last night - the walls are quite thin and definitely not soundproof - it got all quiet by midnight. The pool area isn't huge but nice enough to lounge and chill. The deck area receives plenty of sun in the mornings, so it is perfect to tan. Do note, however, that the pool water is very cold. As a whole, will I be back again, yes. Definitely. The coziness of the room and the location within the safe neighbourhood of Khlong Toei as well as the convenience of the location made it such a wonderful experience. I certainly hope the hotel continues to be kept in good condition till my next visit.

I was looking at hotels in Bangkok before finally choosing Ramada again as I had stayed there before. Ramada's twin suite is very nice. My only comments are the shower water pressure wasn't too great, the trash bin wasn't emptied everyday, the bathroom lights were a little dim & the 1-seater sofa was not comfortable to sit on as the seat cushion kept sliding out. The shower floor was extremely slippery when wet but fortunately the hotel provided a non slip rubber mat. I highly recommend the hotel's buffet breakfast. The food was good & the view of Chao Phraya River from the restaurant was fantastic. Without a doubt, I will choose Ramada again on my next trip to Bangkok.

So the gym is a little bit, lacking for all the muscular men that are there. This definitely attracts a fit and *** crowd. Which means this hotel is nice. That said there is no Olympic weights and there are limited machines; not enough for multiple people to work out at the same time. There is also no Olympic weights. Get a good workout in it is relatively empty, but the gym was pretty busy when I was there. There was some delightful unexpected things like Ginger drink that was in the refrigerator. The swimming pool is kind of small and strange. The breakfast buffet is nice, especially if you pre-buy it then it’s relatively affordable and a great deal. The woman is very nice to larger than most rooms. I’ve stayed in for Bangkok. The wonderful room was more than a had a nice bathtub. Nice shower and a nice bed and was spacious. The location leaves a little bit to be desired. It’s busy and I didn’t think about the location when I booked the area but make sure that it is close to things that you want it to be. Just remember that traffic in Bangkok really sucks so if you are Traveling elsewhere in Bangkok, It can take plenty of time.

I stayed at Swissotel Ratchada from January 3 to 8, 2025, and while there were some positives, one serious issue left me quite concerned. The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance to plenty of food options and shopping areas, which made getting around very convenient. The design of the hotel feels a bit dated, but it’s still in good condition and maintains a certain charm. I stayed on the 7th floor, and on January 4, there was scheduled electrical maintenance from around 11 AM to 5 PM. During this time, the electricity was completely off, which meant the elevators weren’t working. This was inconvenient, but what truly worried me was discovering that the emergency staircase was sealed off on the 6th floor. I had to use the stairs because the lifts were down, only to find there was no way to exit safely. When I asked the staff, they told me I would need to wait until the power was back on. Strangely, I also noticed that on the lift, there is no 6th floor listed. This is a serious safety issue. If there had been an actual emergency, there was no viable escape route, which is unacceptable. Guest safety should never be compromised, and I hope the hotel addresses this immediately. While I appreciated the location and general upkeep of the hotel, I would recommend it, but the safety remains a big question mark.

Great, 40 sq. meters 2 bedroom room w. balcony. 2. Exceptional location. Quiet street but 7-10 minutes walk to On Nut BTS/Lotus/Big C. A few minutes walk to 7/11. No awful traffic around compared to Siam/Sathorn/Asok tourist areas. 3. Good breakfast. Both Asian/international. Best omelettes I have ever had in my Asia Pacific numerous trips. 4. Just 25 minutes ride to Suvarnabhumi airport. 5. Very polite and helpful staff. 6. Special thanks from the cigarettes smokers. Great ashtray type of ”gadget” on the wall at the balcony. We have visited Lancaster Bangkok three times and have found it to be a perfect hotel when visiting the city. The rooms are clean, the facilities are excellent, and the reception staff provides wonderful service. However, I can only give them 4 stars due to disappointing experiences with the bellboy staff at the front door. Firstly, my brother had to drop off my luggage at the hotel while I wasn't there. He reported that the bellboy was rude and spoke to him unkindly. Secondly, after checking out, I left my luggage at the hotel. When I returned to collect it around 7-8 pm, the bellboy was again somewhat rude. Despite thanking him politely in both Thai and English, he did not respond and instead gave us an unpleasant attitude. This occurred on May 10, 2024. I wanted to pass this message along to the management and hope that during our next visit, we will receive the five-star service that we have come to expect.

This is my fourth time at Mercure. The location is immaculate. Great Hotel. This is the first time a lady at the front desk was absolutely not helpful at all. I asked for the same room as last time which was available and she refused to accommodate. She wanted to charge me to check in earlier and we had our two babies with us after a long connecting flight . This has never happened before at Mercure. Lastly I was disappointed because I wanted a room with a bath tub and even that was a hassle to get. She was horrible. Stay away from the lady named Kook. If she is there next time I will not return.

Ive tried a few hotels in Bangkok and I’ve liked almost all. But this one is great too. I was surprised. It’s located in a great place . Walking from alot of nightlife in Bangkok but it’s on street that is quiet. The staff are friendly, I love the amenities. Pool and gym are great addition. Maid and house cleaning were good during stay. I have no complaints. Will definitely come back here in future.
