The hotel is made with Ritz-Carlton. We stayed on Saturday and Sunday, which is much cheaper than other five-star hotels. Driving, valet parking 45 knives. I have to pay extra for the Internet, my mobile phone is often broken, and other devices are fine. The hotel beach is under maintenance and the experience is a lot worse. There is a small private beach left, and there are very few people. The swimming pool is big and the rest of the pool is not very big. The gym is quite big and there are very few people. There is also a jazz performance in the lobby at night.

Very good five star hotel. Good location, surrounded by high-rise apartments and glass office buildings. If you need to drive in and out of the parking lot multiple times by car, it is recommended to use the hotel's Valet, which costs slightly more than US $ 48 a day, but unlimited access, only need to call 10 minutes before the car. If you only need to go in and out once, you can self-park. There are only a few street parkings around the hotel. The room is large and the facilities are fully functional. The toilet is separated from the wet and dry, which is very user-friendly. The pool area service is in place, you do n’t need to worry about it during the whole process, just enjoy it ~ the food is very delicious, I ordered three dishes, everything was delicious

The hotel is empty on a Sunday night, and I am here for business for three nights. They stuck me in Room 419, which has to be the absolute worst room in the whole property. I am platinum and will probably be titanium this year. Room 419 is less than six feet above several heating / cooling machines that whir like you are in a wind turbine. (I have a video of the horrible noise.) The headboard is against a draped window. (Picture below.) For an hour, I rolled around trying to sleep until I called to demand a new room. Room 419 has no business being a room and should be a storage closet. (And when I called, I had to use my cell phone because the phone wasn’t working.). The front desk knew what my night was going to look like. I last stayed at this hotel in February and had a lovely experience and spent a good chunk of money. After being less than helpful and offering me the “option” to move, the front desk clerk said she found another choice. She brought up a key. No apologies for putting me in this situation, just claims of ignorance. As she has me open the new room, she sheepishly tells me that it is an accessible room. You have got to be kidding me, I said. The only two rooms were that one and this one? Of course, there were lies about not knowing what was available when I checked in. (I checked in online at 3 pm.). Yes, in a completely vacant hotel, these are the only two rooms available of the kind that I had to book — through my job and corporate rate. For the unaware, platinum means an upgrade when available. Again, the hotel is obviously close to empty. Except for my neighbor who is blaring some action movie — but that is better than a wind turbine. I am in my pajamas (short shorts and a tank top) with no bra. My stuff is unpacked. I throw all of my stuff together, pissed that I was supposed to be asleep already for a stressful week ahead. Now I am wandering the halls with my alarm going off in four hours. Not Ritz-Carlton behavior. Absolutely unacceptable. If it weren’t midnight, I would be heading for the door. And remember — Room 419. This is why I started staying at Hyatt’s.

Overall this is a decent boutique style chain hotel for south beach. The best thing about this hotel is it’s location in the much quieter area south of 5th ave. Rooms were modern (albeit small) and breakfast was tasty at the Greek themed restaurant downstairs (Hilton Diamond members get $15/pp per day for food - can be used at bar, restaurant, etc). The hotel includes chairs and an umbrella in the “resort fee” and the beach area was decent - beware lots of sea**** on the beach and in the ocean in august… There is no service that we could see at the beach area - or at least nobody checked on us when we were there. Pool area is fairly small and the loungers could be refreshed. Gym is pretty disappointing - basically just a small room with no view stuffed with random equipment. Overall for a hotel in south beach this was a 4/5 if you’re into the boutique small hotel vibe- but as a beach hotel overall more of a 2.5, especially when you factor in the cost ($400+ a night) and lack of good amenities/ service in general.

The hotel is in a nice location, lots of things near by. Be aware of following things : - u can’t get early checkin because their staff starts working after 10am and it takes like 3 hours to clean . So that’s a no . - their hallways are actually quite dirty . Which was not pleasant to see . - overall design of hotel is quite modern but again the dirty carpets were just bad to see .

Stayed here 2 nights post cruise and we simply loved it--5 min walk from the beautiful Brickell shopping center. The best part of this hotel is the pool area without a doubt--its stunning with great service and a gorgeous pool where children are most welcome. The main lobby bar is a slight let down for us and looks a little dated but still nice. Rooms again are nice but in comparison with other 5 star properties in Miami are showing signs of age. Breakfast however in Le Mar is spectacular with simply beautiful food and if you eat outdoors the views are magnificent.

The hotel is very good, very new, the facilities are also very complete, there is a washing machine dryer open kitchen, etc.; there is a balcony facing the street view, but sleep is not noisy. The entrance to the hotel is also very well laid out. We are a little more expensive for the price set on the same day. It should be more cost-effective in advance.

From the valet to the rooftop pool everyone was kind and welcoming. Very service minded, going the extra mile to make the stay memorable. We were quickly checked in and had 2 delicious welcome Bellinis (definitely go for those)! We checked out the rooftop pool just as it was about to rain, but since we don’t see much rain in NV we decided to post up in the cabana and watch the storm roll in! It sure rolled in, but Abel offered us towels and a menu! We ordered 2 drinks and 2 appetizers that were delivered quickly and most importantly tasted delicious! Abel was so kind and so nice while we waited out the storm! We definitely would recommend checking it out, rain or shine!
