Even though it was located away from the busy city center, i preferred that as that meant it was quieter. I loved that we were situated near to some beautiful monuments so the view out of the windows were great. Service was alright but I enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the design of the lobby and the interior of the rooms were great!

The hotel is small in scale, but the overall environment is good. It is less than 100 meters away from the nearest entrance of the shopping center. The bed set and bathroom products are very clean for India. The room facilities are also in normal condition. The front desk staff is average, and the room service staff are friendly. The restaurant is above average level, and there is another Chinese restaurant (you can satisfy your cravings, but you can’t compare it with formal Chinese cuisine). It is 45-60 minutes away from the airport without traffic jams, and the consumption is higher than that of surrounding restaurants.

Hotel breakfast buffet type, featuring partial Indian breakfast, but fruits, fried eggs and yogurt taste good. The hotel environment is very good, the hotel facilities are old, but it is clean and tidy, and the free WiFi is okay. Recommended when the price is right.

The hotel service is really outstanding. I was panicking. Thanks to the manager's help, I was able to board the airplan ontime. I am more grateful than any other hotel I have ever experienced. It was the most memorable and special trip with trip.com from start to finish and especially after encountering the problems at Heathrow Airport on the 21/3/25. Our stay at the Taj Palace was very comfortable. When we arrived we were given a room far from the lift, but on request, they were able to move us to a room closer and with a pool view. The staff were very accommodating and polite. We didn't eat at the many restaurants at the Taj, but did have drinks in the outside bar area, they all looked amazing. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of fresh food available.

I experienced first-class hospitality. All the hotel staff and employees stopped to greet me even though they were busy. I'm currently staying at the Taj Palace, but the quality of customer service at the Leela is far superior. If you're undecided between the Leela Palace and the Leela, I definitely recommend booking at the Leela! Also, the welcome drink, hibiscus tea, is incredibly delicious. Please try it.

The hotel is about ten minute walk, less than five minute ride from Dwarka 21. The facilities seem to be fine, and services are fine. The hotel restaurant was decent.

The security at the entrance and the front desk service were excellent. The room was also cleaned and clean. However, perhaps it is a characteristic of Delhi, the water pressure and hot water in the shower were unsatisfactory. Overall, it was a great hotel.
