I showed the waiter the order that I didn’t pay. My friend and I stood at the front desk for more than half an hour and finally Ctrip customer service helped solve it. Ctrip customer service was very patient to help us solve the problem, and also sent Ctrip's cash coupons as compensation, finally found a little comfort, very disappointed with this hotel.
