Opus 16 was absolutely wonderful! the breakfast was great, room was clean, and most outstandingly was the service - which was absolutely superb! a wonderful hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever i'm in Bergen

There is no refrigerator. There are free afternoon tea, dinner, are very simple, can not get enough. The breakfast is rich, with salmon and sunflower eggs. Paid parking lot. The area is small 18 square meters. But the location is excellent, right next to Byggen, very lively. In the tourist area, to the fish market, Floyen Mountain is very convenient. There is a flybus right at the door, which is very convenient to Hurtigruten pier and the airport.

Except that the hotel entrance is not easy to find, everything else is perfect. The front desk staff are very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel environment also has a sense of history. Breakfast is richer and more delicious than dinner. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come.

Hotel is located in an excellent location, within a few minutes walking distance to the Byggen, the tourist info center. The Floibanen station with the tram train up to the Floyen view point is just 100 meters behind the hotel. The airport bus also stop near to the hotel. It is a bit far from the train station. There are many restaurants around the area and near to the Square. Room is quite large. Was allocated a roon with great view of the hills behind. Service was also very prompt and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is located by the old town port of Bryggen, within walking distance of most attractions. There is an underground parking lot, but it costs 300NOR/night. The breakfast is rich and the hotel decoration is very distinctive. The room is large, clean and hygienic, it is a good choice

I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel No.13 in Bergen. While my room lacked windows, it was comfortable and cleaned daily, making it a pleasant place to return to after a day of travel. The absence of a window didn't bother me much, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The check-in and check-out staff were notably friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The daily breakfast included in my rate was basic. What truly stands out is the hotel's convenient location which is near Byparken Station and walkable distance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bryggen one of the most popular tourist attractions in Norway. It is a historic wharf with colorful wooden houses dating back to the 14th century.

Location is very good as it’s at the city centre. You can just walk to the Light Rail station, Fish market, Bryggen, Port, and Floibanen station to Mt. Floyen. Room is okay, I chose window but you can’t actually see outside. Breakfast is okay but not that great. But it’s good for a 1 night stay. I’m not that able to sleep well though as there’s a slight noise from the light/aircon.

It's about 10 minutes from the train station. The location is pretty good. It's in the city center and close to the cable car. There is a flybus at the door of the hotel, which can go directly to the airport. It's very convenient. It costs 169 Norwegian kroner per person. In this way, you don't have to drag your suitcase to the train station. After all, it's all cobblestone roads, which are very troublesome to walk.

The hotel is in a great location, in the city center, by the sea, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. There are many restaurants and supermarkets, which is very convenient. The airport bus is downstairs and the supermarket is opposite, so it is very convenient to live and go anywhere.

The bedsheets and pillowcases smelled bad on the first day we checked in. It was obvious that the previous guest had not replaced them after using them. Then the next day we asked the front desk to change all the bedsheets and pillowcases. When we went back at night, we found that the pillow we were leaning against was still the same. The same perfume smell has not been replaced at all...very helpless... In addition, their room cleaning staff was rude and kept urging and knocking on the door. We stayed for four days and it felt like they were just disposing of the trash cans every day. There were some tea bags and cups on the table that we had used, but they were not disposed of for two days. I don’t know. The cleaning staff didn't see it or ignored it. I am very impressed with the room cleaning staff in this hotel...

I have to praise this hotel. The hotel facilities are very new and advanced. The hotel staff from the front desk to the restaurant are very enthusiastic. During breakfast, the restaurant manager was always patrolling with a smile on his face, very dedicated. We booked a family room, which is very cost-effective. Conveniently located Minutes to railway station and near to the tourist information where most tours begin. Kitchen has oven. fridge, toaster and kettle so it’s easy to make your hot drinks and heat up food. It’s got comfortable seating as well. Room only has one type of universal shampoo/body wash so recommended to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and conditioner. Just opposite is the supermarket so it’s really convenient. Airport to hotel uber was about 660noks.
