"Excellent location on cancun beach, surrounded by the sea on three sides, the view is very beautiful! The hotel is all-inclusive, the meals are good, there are buffet restaurants, as well as French, Italian, Mexican and steakhouses, there are many restaurant choices! French food looks good in style, Italian food is basically only fast food, Mexican food is close to the sea, and the environment is good; the steakhouse tastes great, but the serving time is very long! The hotel is not very big, it is surrounded by the sea on three sides, there are beach swimming pools in Qianhai, and there is a promenade similar to cliff sea view on one side. Personally, the scenery is the best one on Cancun Beach!"
"It’s very good. The food is okay. It looks more, but it is not refined enough. The French style is not allowed to bring the baby. This is unreasonable. Isn't the child worthy of French food? In case it is a good baby, and the place itself is very lively everywhere, since the children should be allowed to check in, they should all be allowed to go, this is not satisfactory!"
"Very good hotel. There is a dolphin pool downstairs in the hotel, there are six dolphins, you can interact with the dolphins after paying the fee. Food is also good. Apart from being expensive, there is nothing wrong with it!"

"TL;DR: Annoying time-share BS, Ridiculous restaurant reservation availability, revenge of the CHOGS, overpriced SPA services, delicious churros. This was my third time at Le Blanc Cancun. The first 2X were amazing, once in 2016 and again in 2018. Unparalleled service, food, amenities, etc. Our first time back since the Pandemic was… different. For one, the timeshare salespeople seemed a lot more aggressive. They talk a good game, but let me be clear: TIME SHARES ARE A TERRIBLE DEAL AND YOU SHOULD AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. And yet we saw couple after couple being dragged into their 6th floor sweatshop. Business must be good. Oh, and our room wasn’t ready until close to 5:00pm, despite their website claiming a 4:00pm check-in time. They didn’t seem that busy when we were there, not sure what that was about. The food was outstanding with a few exceptions. BIG props to the Churro stand, those afternoon fresh-made churros are amazing - very good addition. The service is still top notch, everyone was friendly, too many names to mention but the ones that stick out the most were Laura (blue shirt at the pool) and Jazmin, the front desk manager. More on that to come. The main reason I deducted stars and will not return to any Le Blanc or Palace properties, is their BS reservation system. I believe reservations are a good thing. No problem there. What was different from the last time we went is that is WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A RESERVATION between 6pm and 8:30pm. So if we wanted to eat at the resort, we had to choose between 5:30pm or 9:00pm dining. I had emailed their concierge to book a time at the French restaurant a week in advance of arriving and was told they had an 8:30pm on a Friday or a 9:30pm on Saturday. After complaining about the late time via email they moved it to 5:30pm Saturday. When we arrived, I figured I should get the rest of our reservations at the non-fancy French place booked right away. Surprise, surprise, nothing available except at 5:30pm or 9pm every friggin day. I was not happy. At the price point you pay for Le Blanc, you should not have to deal with ZERO availability between normal dining times. I’m afraid that I went full Karen-mode and asked to speak with a manager. Thankfully Jazmin, the front desk manager listened to my frustration and went to speak with the food and beverage manager. When she came back, we magically had reservations for 7pm at each of their different restaurants – including the French place – every day of the week. I suspect what may be happening, since they allow Palace resort guests to go to other Palace resorts in the area, is that guests at some of these… cheaper resorts know that their restaurants suck and thus book at Le Blanc. We saw several guests there that we never ever saw around Le Blanc. May have been coincidence but they did not seem like the type of guest that would typically be at this establishment. The resort remodel is nice, but some of the ergonomics are funky. The light for t"
"My wife and I stayed at Le Blanc from 6/6 - 6/9 and can't say enough good things about the resort, service, food, and spa. We have traveled to many 5-star resorts in the US and Le Blanc ranks at the very top. Everyone was eager to help in any way possible with a smile on his/her face. The food was very good. I love the fact that you can upgrade some options at dinner for a small price if you want a bigger/better piece of meat. The breakfast buffet was perfect before heading to the pool. We had lunch by the pool everyday. Perfect portions and the staff was extremely helpful with delivery/take away of the plates. The spa was fantastic. My wife spent an hour or so after our massage to enjoy the different amenities. The entertainment was fun. I wish we spent more time out at night but were excited to enjoy some quiet time away from our kids. We will definitely be back and have already pitched a couples trip to Le Blanc with our friends. **Please make sure to bring cash for gratuity. The entire staff is busting their butts to make sure you enjoy your trip and a little bit goes a long way. There is an ATM in the lobby that gives out USD and you can get change at the front desk."
"My wife and I stayed at Le Blanc Cancun from 5/28-to 6/5. Even though the weather wasn't the best the first few days, the staff at Le Blanc made it a luxurious experience. We specifically want to give Lucinda, the pool concierge, a shout-out. Her hard work and outstanding customer service shined. She always checked with the other guests and us to ensure we had everything we needed. The restaurants were spectacular, especially Yama, where our server Carlos was a six-star server in a five-star restaurant, so much so that we specifically requested upon our second trip to that restaurant. I could write several pages regarding the unbelievable customer service from the various locations and departments at Le Blanc. In short, if you want a superior/relaxing vacation the Le Blanc Spa Resort is the place to go."

"Not enough words to compliment this stay! The hotel was HUGE, has 2 pools on each side! Our room had the most amazing view, open our sliding door and walk right out onto the beach. The service was great as well, everyone was super friendly from front desk, workers other guests, Housekeeping, etc! Will definitely return very soon! "
"We have been staying at Royal Sands for many years and it has always been a great experience. They always live up to their greeting...'Welcome Home'. Their grocery store is very convenient and the restaurants have good food. Their food room service makes it convenient when you want a good meal delivered."
"We spent a lot of time by the pool. Our server was the absolute best. Jesus Naranjo was our server and he was prompt and attentive. He had excellent recommendations and all of them were top notch. Whether it was drink or food, we stayed “hydrated” and had plenty of sustenance. Thanks Jesus!!"

"Facilities: A very good hotel with complete facilities, luxurious decoration materials, and a very atmosphere. I don't know why there is a bad review. In fact, as shown in the figure, the hotel's hardware decoration is really good, and the bed pillows are very comfortable with hot water. Transportation: There is a bus just a minute or two from the doorway. It takes 12 pesos to go to the downtown area for authentic Chinese food within half an hour. You can also go to Oshima Shopping Center for shopping and leisure, and go to the boating area of Women's Island . Is the first choice for travel. Of course, the hotel concierge will also help you to call a car at any time, the fixed 260 pesos to go to the above places. Calling a car from the hotel to the airport is 800 pesos. Taxi is 480 pesos. You can reach the airport in 20 minutes, which is very convenient for transportation. Service: Check-in and daily room service are considerate and check-out is easy. The only thing I didn't understand was that I had paid all my room charges in advance through Ctrip. It was understandable that I had deducted a deposit of 4,000 pesos once when I checked in, but I had to pay another 2,000 in the evening Incomprehensible. At present, the two deposits have not been refunded to my credit card. A luxury hotel with a world-renowned reputation for service, hoping to return the deposit properly in the end. Otherwise, it is not easy for me to make international calls to Mexico."
"Good location, the beach is soft and the waves are beautiful. Standardized service, standard rits room, a good steak restaurant across the road! Overall good! However, tipping culture and tipping culture in Cancun are quite strong."

"Hotel location is good, beach is good, pool and gym are good. Just in time for the hotel promotion, I gave a dinner voucher for two people a day, you can choose buffet or order, the buffet is about 30 US dollars / person, very rich. A $ 500 hotel voucher was also given, including two ferry tickets to and from Ladies Island. There are large supermarkets and various restaurants nearby. Very satisfied."
"I use it alone. With convenient access to the city, you can enjoy it till the night. In addition, the sea is right in front of the hotel with the most beautiful scenery. There are also Japanese staff, so you can spend some inconvenience abroad. I want to use it when I go to Cancun."

"To be honest, such a price to live in such a hotel is better to go to Thailand, I mean the price is extremely low. Advantages: Eat can be eaten casually, and the quality of the dishes is very good. You can drink as much as you like, and you can do anything with wine. The room is a five-star feeling. Most of the waiters are more enthusiastic. Disadvantages: We added another 60 dollars a night, upgraded to the first floor and went straight into the beach. It is not very convenient. We have to go to the beach or not to go from the balcony, because the balcony does not have a key, but we still want to lock the door. In addition, the upgrade package also includes Western food that can be booked for two nights in a fine restaurant (usually not available). Only the first night is booked, and the second night is full (in fact, we went to look at the second night, there is still a seat) . The girls wearing glasses at the front desk did not inform us of the precautions. We also ignored the precautions on the paper, and did not dress, and went back to change clothes. The wonderful things came. When we went to change clothes, the waiter asked us to wait a little more than ten minutes to come over. We did this honestly. As a result, no one was there, the imports were stopped, and then we crossed the railing and ignored us. I waved to let the waiters waiting for us not respond. After waiting for a while, the restaurant’s foreman came out and said hello that we would miss the first dish and asked if we didn’t mind, we certainly didn’t mind. Later, I waited for a while and went in. The food was normal, it was a long table dinner, and the waiter kept selling the whole bottle of wine before the meal. We refused. When I checked out, I met the irresponsible front-dressing woman. After waiting for a while, I didn’t see what she said to me. I said that we had to catch a flight. Can we be a little faster, she said she was starting? Computer, Scorpio, it was already at noon, it was just going to work! Also, we stayed for two days, no one came to clean the room. In the afternoon, a service staff asked us if we wanted to clean. We said that after 17:00, no one would come. About the beach and the pool: there are not many pools, they are all people. The beach sand is very thin, but there is a seaweed barrier in the sea, so it is not as comfortable as Sanya or Southeast Asia. Will not go again in the future. Two points are added: Asian restaurants are very good, dishes are good for dessert, teppanyaki requires appointments, and the waiters are very enthusiastic and don't sell. The small cup cake and a bottle of champagne that gave us our anniversary have eased."
"The service is in place and the facilities are a bit old, especially the air-conditioning startup sound. People with Chinese stomachs usually have to dine in the cafeteria, because there are Japanese and Korean cuisines. I have hardly seen any Chinese people. The front desk gave me the worst room (with only a corner of the sea view), and I was more bully (the reason everyone understands). I changed the room on the spot at my request. There was a vacant room. It seems unfriendly. The Caribbean landscape is first-rate, the white sand is delicate and clean, and the color of the sea water is clear. I will change to a hotel in the future."

"Nizuk Resort Hotel is a favorite hotel for many Hollywood stars because the privacy of the entire hotel is very good. The service is also very good. The room is going to the restaurant. There are golf carts on the beach. You go to the spa. It is also very good. Private beaches. All restaurants have a great environment. There are lizards to accompany you to eat. You can see the small fish water sports are free of charge. You can also prepare a straw bag for you to use on the beach. You don’t want to go out."

I came here to celebrate my Bachelorette with my bridesmaids and closest friends. The food, the fun atmosphere, and the other guests we met during our stay was amazing. However there are 3 main issues that practically ruined my entire trip. 1: The AC in our room was broken the entire time causing the unit to be freezing cold from the time we got there to the time we left. We called and asked for maintenance to come fix the AC and all he did was come to the room, check the vent, confirm that it was broken, and then left after claiming he would return in 15 minutes. He never did. 2: The check-in and check-out process took way too long. There was confusion on the front desk's end as to how one person booked multiple rooms during check in. During check out we almost missed our pre-arranged transportation because of how long it took to check out. 3: We were treated HORRIBLY by "Richie" the bartender. First at Score and then again at the Neon Foam Party. Richie was INCREDIBLY RUDE, ignoring us when we asked for drinks, responding rudely when we asked questions, and acted like he hated his job and didn't want to be there. I have never been treated as horribly by a bartender as I was by Richie and if it wasn't for the fun events and costumes and the other guests we met during the trip Richie's lack of customer service and rude attitude would have completely ruined the trip for all of us. He is the worst bartender I've ever encountered. For the amount of money spent to stay here, for those three inconveniences mentioned, especially to be treated worse than trash by Richie, definitely dampened the experience and for these reasons we will not be returning.

I had a fairly okay experience here but compared to the other hotels I've stayed in cancun this takes the bottom. Check in at the hotel desk are long, hotel room is tiny and you can hear sounds from the other room next to you and there was also construction going on so noise was an issue and hotel rooms bath room doesn't have an air ventilation systems so all your business stays in the restroom. Also considering this has a party beach outside, this hotel is not for people that enjoy the quiet side of life. It's difficult to sleep at night when there's a party outside past midnight. The only upside is if you pay for the all inclusive package your meals are covered that's the awesome part they have got a good buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That's the only thing that made me and my family happy for staying at this hotel.

Juan jose Edgar and eddy are the bartenders note worthy and Alejandra from the front desk! Others will also go out of their way for you! I usually get a master suite which is perfect! We used only one night on the day we arrived. 0-year-olds stayed without meals, but no cribs are available. It is an impression that the amenity has only a minimum. You need to bring a toothbrush. A place where you can walk without risk even late at night for the price. It is about a 5-minute walk to downtown. The noise may be noisy depending on the location of the room, but it was lucky to be on the high floor, so it was on the city side, but there was no noise from outside late at night and it was good that the children slept well. Although there is no luxury, the room is large and clean, there is a pool, the sea is right in front of the sea, the price is good for the price. I think it is a good hotel for those who want to play at night. You can wear a wristband at check-in, but it is a good impression that there is security near the front desk and that there is no suspicious person other than the person wearing the hotel wristband.

The hotel is located in the middle and lower section of the 7-character. The beach is good. The hotel is relatively small. There are basically no commercial facilities nearby, unlike the upper part of the 7-character. At check-in, the Italian restaurant is being renovated. Only beach bar and Champion sports are open for lunch. Japanese and Thai are only available at night. Fortunately, I rented a car and later went out to eat.

The hotel is located behind the hotel area. To go out to the shopping center and downtown, take the city bus at the door. The hotel beach and swimming pool are very beautiful, there is a small supermarket in the hotel, the rooms are quite big, the facilities are old, and it will be wet next to the sea. The hotel does not have free drinking water. You can buy it in the small supermarket downstairs. The price is ok. The hotel is catering. There is nothing particularly delicious. The hotel service is quite average. The waiters will not be flexible. Another thing is that when you leave the hotel to the airport, the hotel will need 450 pesos to call you, and you only need 250-300 pesos to call from outside. Counting stars lying on the beach at night, the hotel security will illuminate you every half an hour to let you check the check-in information. If you have n’t checked it, keep checking
