It was a wonderful stay here. Nice rooms. Good staff. Nice food. We were offering some training courses over successive weeks. The training place and facilities were very good. Breakfast and lunch were lovely. I was there for two weeks with a bunch of colleagues and the access to the executive gym to debrief and relax together after training was good. Ted and his colleague were always very welcoming and happy to have a conversation. I have used the gym once and one of my colleagues has used it more.

Stayed in this Grand Hyatt property in late January for a few nights. Overall, the service is great!! 1) The property treats Globalist well and I do appreciate that the property upgraded my reservation to a one-bedroom residence that is extremely nice. 2) The food and beverage experience of their main restaurant at the lobby level is great. I did have a buffet dinner one night and a lunch with selection from a la carte menu. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is great. 3) The property does have a Grand Club at the 11/F and it serves beverage all day and evening snacks during the evening. The snacks are quite good from my point of view. 4) The gym has separate entrances to males and females. For the male-only gym, the equipments are sufficient for me to do a great workout with kettlebells, dumbbells, and pull-up bar. 5) There is a spa inside the male-only gym. I did try an 1-hour hot stone massage that I felt great and relaxed after the service, and it worth the price. 6) The hotel has a direct access to a big shopping mall in which there is a CarreFour Hypermarket. 7) The hotel is about 45-minutes Uber ride away from the King Fahd International Airport (DMM).

We came for Iftar party, very convenient excess and lot of parking. Security and front desk staff are very cooperative. Chef has given us food intro at the Restaurant. Huge verity of continental food is available. Comfortable seating area this place is highly recommended for family and even corporate Iftar parties. The location of the Marriott Executive Apartments Al Khobar was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Mona the manager/ Head of swimming pool club at the Marriott Executive Apartment Al Khobar, she was very helpful and she was taking care of all the visitors especially at the ladies swimming time. I loved that their was a section for ladies for gym, spa, etc. only for ladies.

Warwick Al Khobar is an all suite hotel located off the corniche. There is no valet parking. The outdoor parking lot is located 50m from the hotel which had a lot of trash when I was there( the next morning it was clean). There was no bellboy available when I checked in. The medium sized lobby was cozy, a bit dark and well decorated. There is an outdoor medium size pool (check operating hours) just outside the Sheesha lounge. Check in was fast and professional. The room was a good size with comfortable beds and charging outlets near the bed. The bathroom didn't have a rain shower but had big fluffy towels and good quality amenities. There was a fully stocked mini bar and free bottle water was available. There was a safe and the internet was free and fast. Breakfast selection was average ( dinners are better) with eggs to order, pastries, salads, hot dishes and fresh orange juice. The quality and service was average. Warwick Khobar is a 5 * Hotel but doesn't provide the 5 * experience I expect from this caliber of hotel. No valet service, dirty parking lot, limited bellboy service and average breakfast. A decent 4* experience but definitely not 5* in my opinion.
