Reviews From Real Travelers
The journey from Jeju International airport to this resort took about almost 90 minutes. However, once you enter the area and step-in to the lobby, I knew there's something special about this place, the world around you suddenly stop and built an atmosphere to tell you “it’s time to relax and enjoy your time here”. My detailed review follows: 1) Location: Located in Seogwipo which is the south end of Jeju-do island, mind you it's far from the airport. One-way taxi from airport straight to the hotel would cost about 50,000 won. The bus to Seogwipo town would cost around 2,000 - 3,000 won, I can continue to take another bus and stop at the resort gate but I prefer taxi from the Seogwipo town to the hotel for 7,000 - 8,000 won. Either you go by taxi or bus, the duration is about 80 - 90 minutes. The resort is located in a cliff area, so don't expect a nice beach, but the view is amazing. Also there's a walking track in front of the hotel that connects to Oedolgae rocks. I did the walk and it's beautiful especially if you have a clear day. As I have mentioned before, if you need groceries, the town center is just 10 mins away by taxi or bus. There's e-mart, McDonalds, Starbucks, also pharmacy. 2) Lobby/Reception: Unlike typical check-in process, we asked to be seated in their comfy lobby while enjoying South Korean delicacies. Then the reception team will asked our ID and credit card to process our check-in. It doesn't take long but within 5 minutes, they came back to us, explained everything about the resort and facilities, and then one of the associate escorted me to my room. Once in the room, they may come in to our room (you may opt-out for this) and explain all the room features so you don't have to be puzzled figuring out stuff on your own. Overall, it's a pleasant experience. Their open air lobby is just beautiful. The associates will be always there to help with whatever you need. 3) Room: While my suite night awards request is declined, they manage to upgrade me from Deluxe Garden View to Deluxe Ocean View. The room itself is a mixed of South Korean traditional with a bit of modern interior design. It's spacious, comfy, supported with a high-tech toilet seat and modern connectivity. Great lighting and you can set the nice ambient as well as much as you like with the light switch. The shower + tub combination looks great although the water pressure could've been better because it took awhile to fill the bathtub. The view from the balcony area is amazing. There is one design issue (or design flaw?) that can be problematic, the bedside light switch and electric plug are located inside a drawer, I don't know who approved this design. While it looks neat and organized, it become a problem especially when you want to charge your phone/camera/laptop etc. overnight, you cannot close the drawer as the cable/charger head will get in the way and I hurt my knees a few times when I got up for toilet especially at night. I can chose not to charge my s

My wife and I happily enjoyed our stay celebrating our anniversary at JW Marriott Jeju. Our first experience at the JW Marriott Jeju far exceeded our expectations. Especially, we were very impressed to see the attitude and kindness of hotel staffs. Every one of them really tried to help us and make us feel comfortable. I think the well-trained staffs of JW Marriott Jeju, under the leadership of the management, are the most valuable assets of the hotel. We had all meals inside at the Island Kitchen as the staffs were very kind and foods were fresh and delicious. Right after breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised to see a nice set of small anniversary cake and drinks and took some photos with it. The outdoor swimming pool was nice and well maintained and the pool attendants were also kind and helpful. We enjoyed walking to Oedolgae Sea Stack from the hotel for an hour following the Olle Trail Course 7, which has a fantastic ocean view. I am looking forward to staying again at JW Marriott Jeju in the near future.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I was really looking forward to it because the reviews were good before I went. It was such a pretty place that I wondered if there was a place like this in Jeju Island...! My husband and I stayed at Vista Suites to heal during the ***** New Year holiday. I especially liked the neat and clean furniture and the comfortable bed. One thing that is disappointing is that there is no handle on the individual bathroom door. It was uncomfortable because you had to pull it narrowly to get out. Still, you can think of this as a level of jade..?? It was pretty during the day and at night, so I took over 100 photos... (Please leave a photo of your life!!) Buildings full of European sensibility befitting a 7-star resort Even a warm heated pool to enjoy in the winter! It was a Jeju staycation that I thought was a good idea. I guess I should go on a filial piety trip with my parents later.

I visited with great anticipation with my family. I spent the last part of my Jeju trip in Siena. It's new, so it's clean and everything is new, and above all, it's luxurious 👍 The whole family was very satisfied The kids keep talking in the heated pool. Let’s go back to Jeju Island^^ I really liked the bedding I don't sleep well outside, but I had a good night's sleep in Siena. He keeps asking me to stay longer and go because he thinks it's better than my house. I’m so glad that a resort like this opened in Jeju Island. My whole family loved it so much that I am 100% planning to visit again. I will work hard and definitely go again next time I come to Jeju.

The environment is very ecological and comfortable, the room is large and soundproof, the breakfast options are many, the landscape design and architectural design are strong, the service is friendly, and the nearby museum is also arranged by the hotel for two pick-ups. I will come back to experience the chaebol-like life.

It's super clean and refreshing. I also really like the rustling bedding. The managers are also very friendly. There was no place that Itami Jun didn't touch.

Family trip, very satisfied, the environment inside the hotel is too beautiful, one step at a time, winter is not inferior at all. Even if there are no convenience stores around, the nearest convenience store has to walk for about 10 minutes. It is super small on the first floor of the International Center. The hotels are all independent rooms. It is particularly inconvenient to rain in the doorway when entering the door. The interior decoration of the room is ok and the air conditioner is not easy to use. Breakfast is semi-buffet, with seaweed soup, abalone porridge, black pork and American set menu. There is bread, salad, fruit, dessert and so on at the salad bar. Let's talk about dinner. It's just a restaurant. It's not very big. There are too few options. It's limited at noon. It's limited at night.

Endroit charmant avec des jardins magnifiquement décorées, des chambres raffinées et propres. Le petit déjeuner délicieux et typiquement Corée ! A essayé !

Reviews From Real Travelers
I stayed here for two nights in total and the environment was really good. There is a cafe downstairs in the B&B, as well as a swing and piano facing the sea. It was very impressive. It’s less than a kilometer walk to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, and it’s about a 10-minute drive from Seopjikoji. There are also bhc fried chicken, stewed hairtail fish, etc. within walking distance. It is convenient to eat and there are also convenience stores. Let’s talk about the shortcomings. First: they are a B&B, and check-in is in a small lobby. We two girls dragged two large boxes. When we arrived, the guy at the front desk had no intention of helping at all, so we carried them in ourselves. out and carried him to the room on the second floor. Service awareness is approximately equal to 0. Second: Before going to bed at night, I found that the quilt was dirty, which I didn’t accept at all. The B&B lobby was deserted after 7 p.m., so we had to ask Ctrip to help us communicate. The B&B here can only communicate in Korean or English, and they helped around 1 a.m. We changed rooms. Originally we wanted to just change the quilt cover, but the toilet in the room also overflowed a little, so we simply chose to change rooms. It was so cold at night that we quickly packed up all our luggage in five minutes. We sweated in the room and moved to another building. We were blown cold and hot by the cold wind outside and caught a cold the next day🤧. The boy later gave me a bottle of similar soju as compensation, but we didn't take it. Left in the room when checking out. Generally speaking, it's just for this view. After all, it costs more than 1,300 a night, which is far higher than the local average price. Health status and service awareness need to be strengthened.

This hotel is really great. It opened in 2023, so the facilities are very new, and everything from service to hotel facilities is great. There is a coffee shop in front and a B&B in the back. The coffee shop is also very suitable for taking photos and checking in. There are two floors where you can sit. When the weather is good, the grass in front is also suitable for sunbathing. My friend and I booked a suite with a swimming pool. It was really great. There is a swimming pool outside and you can take a bath. Everywhere is satisfying and the stay is very comfortable. 📍The location is close to Niudao Pier, about 10 minutes' walk there.

My stay at Shinhwa Landing have raise all expectations. Great service, luxurious amenities, and attention to detail made it a truly memorable experience. I recommend this hotel room for the comfort, elegance, and tranquility. The check-in process were professional, courteous, and the hospitality set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and exuded a sense of comfort and sophistication. The bed, draped in crisp, high-quality linens, was comfortable especially after a long day of exploring. Location was also ideal, with easy access to various attractions and dining options.

The room is not big, just like an express hotel, but it is very clean. The price of more than 1,800 without breakfast seems a bit expensive, but it is very cost-effective including tickets to the water park theme park. We were two big and one small, and we were given three tickets.

It’s a great hotel for a staycation with kids. The (indoor/outdoor) pool is fun and the theme park is a good way to entertain them for a few hours. The rooms are lovely and my kids think the TVs in the bathtub are amazing. The restaurant selection isn’t huge but is adequate and fairly diverse. The few things I would say: 1) the pool is free to guests, but you have to book it and can only go once a day. You can’t eat inside the pool area and if your kids need a snack - tough luck. You can’t return. Bit chintzy. 2) the surface of the shallow kiddie pool outside I guess is meant to look like a beach but it’s very painful and sharp. So, no one uses it - especially kids. It’s a pity because then there’s really only a kids pool inside. They need to take the time during the winter to resurface that one little section. It was a bummer for my youngest. 3) it’s ridiculous to charge kids 35K for breakfast when all they eat is a bowl of cereal. I regret that and would just grab breakfast at one of the many cafes or bakeries under the hotel - just as good for 1/4 the cost. The breakfast is nice but a rip off unless you are able to gorge yourself. 4) I wish they’d made some small gesture for my daughter, as they knew we were there for her birthday weekend. Even a small gesture would have made her so happy. I do like the hotel overall, though, and these are just things to make it even better.

The suite rooms are larger and have modern facilities. The courtyard swimming pool has a constant temperature and is connected indoors and outdoors. The children have a lot of fun. The swimming pool and kids club are open until 10pm, which is very convenient. The top-floor swimming pool is beautiful, but it does not accept children under 19 years old, which is a bit disappointing. The Italian restaurant is not recommended. The food in the buffet restaurant is good but relatively expensive. You can have light meals by the pool. English communication is barrier-free and all service staff are friendly. The children's club courses are only in Korean and not in English. This is not good because children cannot attend classes. The hotel has a convenience store, which is affordable. The entire hotel is Korean, and there are basically no Chinese, European or American people. Overall good reviews

Very good hotel! The environment is beautiful. The hotel has a path that leads directly to the beach. Because the hotel is on a cliff, there are many and steep steps. But it’s very convenient~ The hotel's service is very good, the staff speaks English very well and is very easy to communicate with! In addition, you can take bus 600 directly from the airport to the hotel, which is very convenient. I like the Chinese area very much and will stay there next time~

Overall seems like a nice hotel but cleaning is not good (as in almost every hotel in South Korea I visited this time). The shower (white holder box-like thing) had black mold underneath it. Sink had yellow stains which means that it is not cleaned as it should be. Plastic from the base of bed frames is peeling off and plastic bits prickle your feet when you put them down from the bed- it is time to get a new bed bases. Apart from cleaning everything is good - lobby is modern, has vending machines to buy necessities, location is good but could be tough for some people to get to it (located at the bottom of a very steep hill). There are various places to eat delicious food (traditional Korean banquette menu, chicken, sashimi etc) within 5 minutes of walking. Free water bottles were provided every day. There is also open rooftop with jacuzzi (entrance is free, jacuzzi needs to be booked and payed in advance). Upon checking in they also ask for deposit (was asked just for a card number).

Stayed with a friend for three nights. It was a bit far from the city but otherwise it was okay. There is no front desk after 11 pm. The toilet is an automatic toilet. It’s all about the location. If you use the buses a lot you will love this hotel. Bus stop right in front, need not worry about safety walking on the streets. Alight and hotel is right in front. Can also walk to nearby eateries for bbq or walk one stop down to a 24hrs DIY ramen shop. Convenient store also right beside hotel, easy to get drinks and top up t card. Room itself very small, aircon is not cold enough and shower with no shower curtain, so the bathroom floor is always wet, lucky they have got housekeeping daily. Room is bright with plenty of windows but there is no block out curtain so light will comes in when sun is up. The room is so small my bed is right underneath the aircon, I could not sleep well due the the aircon light directly shine on my bed. Highly recommend for travelers who uses bus as main transportation in jeju.

Overall, my stay was satisfying. The bed was comfortable, the view from my room was delightful, and both the cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel met my expectations. However, there’s room for improvement when it comes to service. While I appreciate the effort of the reception staff using a translator to communicate, it would have been more reassuring if they were proficient in English. Their evident annoyance at language barriers slightly marred the experience. I hope the management considers training in this area to further enhance guest interactions.

Please check the entrance carefully to avoid confusion. The downside is that the parking space at the front door is small and mechanical. dot.
