"Very disappointed in this hotel. We were excited to stay here in the armory room, thinking it would be a highlight of the vacation. At 750 GEL a night, it was a huge disappointment. The armory room is very loud, as there is a side door that seems to go in to the kitchen or something. At all times, day and night, we could hear dishes clanking, banging around, voices, etc. Sometimes enough that at 2AM we would be awoken by the clanging. Our room had a private terrace but we didn't even go out there as there is actually a door on one end and a storage room on the other, and men were coming and going every day along the "private terrace". The shower was very powerful but wouldn't get hot, just luke warm. Also, using the term "castle" is dubious. It is a nice building, but in Georgia, there are so many nice buildings. Although the hotel is nicely renovated, with nice staff and in a good location, in a country like Georgia you could get a much nicer room for this price. I would recommend you give this hotel a pass and save yourself the disappointment. I literally preferred out Airbnb that we paid only 50 GEL a night for." "The castle is incredible and I can’t recommend it enough. Rooms are so stylish, all with a story behind them... great breakfast, great hosting and you have to go up to the top to see the view from the infinity pool - unbelievable! The same type of stay anywhere else would be very “exclusive” I feel - but the staff and the vibe here are so welcoming and I loved staying here and would again. " "The castle lies 20 km from Telavi. You can get to it by public transportation from Telavi or Kvareli. There is a secret entrance from the freeway that brings about the tower. Another intriguing information regarding Gremi castle is that the temple has its very own Gremkalakoba holiday, which is commemorated on April 28."
"Good location, generous breakfast, classic atmosphere in the lobby, room
It is modern and fresh, but the service experience is very general, they are very arrogant, and the price has changed so that people can't see clearly. I want to continue to live the next day, but the prices on the website and the front desk are nearly 1,000 yuan more than the previous day. On weekends, I moved to other hotels." "There is an episode in the check-in, but Ctrip's service attitude is still commendable!" "Great location, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was also satisfactory for the price."
"The hotel that arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening, took a taxi, the location is not difficult to find, into the park has been going. The staff at the front desk had a good attitude and the processing speed was also fast. There were also staff members leading the room when they checked in! Although the room size is not small, the decoration is simple and clean, but the bathroom area is small, and there is still a little dissatisfaction, that is, the quilt is a bit thin. Out of the hotel, the main road is quite beautiful, there is a bar street nearby, it is convenient to eat and drink. When I walked through this bar street, there were people who went to the hotel to pull the guests. I didn’t say that I was still calling you, I really hated it. The hotel as a whole is OK, the nearby location is quite convenient. When checking out the hotel in the morning, there is a fat cat on the lawn at the door to bask in the sun~ so cute~" "The room is not big, it is neat and tidy, the facilities are relatively cramped, especially the bathroom is relatively small. The breakfast was good and the staff was very polite. Every time I went in and out, I would say hello. Overall, the price is good!" "The hotel is on the edge of a park, the room is a bit dark, going in for a gravel road."

The location of the hotel is good, and it's convenient to walk to the scenic spots in the downtown. The room is not big, but it's fully equipped. The taste of buffet breakfast is very suitable for me as a Chinese. The service is intimate.
A little far from the tourist attractions of the old town, the nearest subway station is technology university, to transfer, there are some supermarkets and restaurants around. The front desk is small, the service attitude is OK, the balcony looks good, but it doesn't enjoy much early and late. The room is relatively small, the aisle is relatively narrow, the two luggage want to be relatively stubborn to put down, the door is a one-way street, the car may not be very good. Breakfast buffet is OK, there may be thirty or forty varieties, bread, fruit, coffee, milk, bacon, hot dishes, salads and the like... 8 o'clock to open meals, less tables. Checking the room at check-out is also a bit long, about two minutes.
The location of this hotel is quite good, it is very convenient to go to various attractions in Tbilisi, close to the subway station, there is a bus to the airport nearby, which is an advantage. However, there should be problems with the hotel reservation department and Ctrip. I paid the full room rate to Ctrip, but went to the hotel front desk and said that Ctrip gave them a pre-authorization. I need to show the corresponding bank card, otherwise I can't stay. Dizzy! I went there to get the Ctrip pre-authorization card. I paid Ctrip for the room rate, Ctrip paid the hotel, and then checked in with the order number and the name of the booker. This is true in other countries, but it is not. Calling back to China to Ctrip, Ctrip's external customer service problem is very good, promised 20 minutes to solve, although not resolved within 20 minutes, but still call in time to tell the time to wait, no one is crashing in the embarrassment . However, after nearly 2 hours of waiting, it was quite helpless. At that time, because it was too tired, I proposed to use my own card to pre-authorize, first check in, and then wait for Ctrip to communicate with the hotel reservation department. Cancelled, the beautiful front desk beauty said No, saying that this is another order, and can not be settled at the original price. Then I waited anxiously for two hours, so let's sit in the lobby. The only thing that comforts me is that Ctrip customer service is very serious. This is worthy of praise.
The location is excellent, it is very convenient from the old town and the new town, within walking distance, the outer area of the hotel's supporting restaurant is very good. I want to see the river bank, the taste is also very good, and the management of Marriott is also good
First travel is like i dont want to come back to this hotel anymore. We came to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary in Tbilisi. The bad things was, we stayed at the 2nd floor and it was really worst! Air-conditioned not working we dont feel comfy at all its too hot especially when you're going to sleep, outside view was like a view of our neighborhood house (you will not feel that you are staying at the hotel) and you will not feel safe at all because if you open the door to feel the cold and fresh air, it seems like someone will come up and I tried to open the window, it's surprise me because it's totally broken! In the Reception, they are not friendly. Not smiling. About the breakfast, its really common. Thanks to the waitress who give us smile early morning whenever we eat there! Points will be given for the housekeeper who make up our room during our stay. What we enjoy in Georgia is, the hotel is near from the groceries, restaurants, fast food, etc. And the most thing we love was spending our day at Gudauri ski Resort and some tourist spot in Georgia. Hope to come back again to this country but i dont think to this hotel again.
Location: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (150 meters from Independence Square, 5-8 minutes walk from the subway station) Surrounding environment: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (very safe, numerous dining options around) Hotel Facilities: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (the lobby has a separate lounge area with a restaurant) Hotel services: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (service is very good, the waiter is fluent in English) Room Facilities: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 (The room is good, but the room is small, the bathroom is too small, the wash basin cannot store water and therefore cannot be washed) Room hygiene: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Room price: 🌟🌟🌟 (high season 750+RMB)
Traveling in HolidayInn The room is a bit small but very clean, and the breakfast is very rich and more in line with Chinese taste. There is a parking lot at the door, and it is better to take a taxi. There is a McDonald's and a supermarket next to the hotel, which is convenient for nightingales and shopping. Very good stay experience!
Picking our favorite thing about the Museum Hotel is not easy. Let's begin with the location. On the edge of the Old City, directly across the street from the famous Dry Bridge Market. Hard to imagine a better location if your a tourist in Tbilisi. Next the staff, Sophie (General Manager) and her team could not be more accommodating. Georgians by nature are a warm, friendly people, but I think they pick the friendliest for Museum Hotel. Our return journey required a COVID PCR. Sophie arranged for a nurse from a local lab to come to the hotel the day before our departure and administer the test. Only $25 each. Had results in hand later that day. Last but not least, the food. We had breakfast each day in our room, and it was always excellent. Room service from the hotel restaurants was prompt and delicious. Loved our balcony. When next we return to Tbilisi, we're going straight to the Museum Hotel. If I was forced to criticize, I would have to say the hotel could use an update. Don't get me wrong, the decor is nice, just dated and a bit worn in places. The night we checked in, the bathroom light wouldn't shut off, the light just inside the door wouldn't come on, and the thermostat panel wouldn't work. All of these were located on the same wall. I called down to the desk, and despite it being after 11 PM, the front desk clerk and maintenance were up in minutes and corrected the issues.
The single room is small but comfortable. There is everything necessary. Everywhere cleanliness, towels change every day as they clean up. Staff is very friendly, they suggest, gave a card on the funky in Mtsasmindu. Breakfasts are abundant and delicious, thank the cook and her team! All rooms with balconies, there's a chair, a table and a ashtray, very convenient! One wish: shoes and coat in the room. And so everything is super! Yes, and is on a hill, the elderly will not be quite comfortable to walk up.
