I like the hotel lobby very much, it is tall and bright, the sofa is very comfortable, the room facilities are not luxurious, but they are very practical, the temperature of the air conditioner is set, it is okay, there is no noise, the breakfast is very good, the only thing I am not satisfied with is the restaurant on the first floor, Local cuisine, nothing delicious to order for dinner,

Hygiene: Very clean, compared to other similarly priced hotels in Europe, it is simply invincible. I really like the atmosphere of the hall. Service: The service is considerate and humanized. The staff of the entire hotel are very friendly. We stayed for more than a week. On the first day we went, they immediately changed our room because of a small problem with the room. They also gave us dessert drinks for several days in a row. There are also resident singers performing on Friday nights. Like 👍 Facilities: It is very close to the city center and can be reached on foot.

We came to Prezident Place the day before our wedding day as we had a horrible experience with another property. We have travelled so much across the globe and stayed in a plethora of hotels, but such service, experience, comfort we have not experienced elsewhere. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the kindest people that will do anything to assist you. They accommodated us immediately and provided us with a treatment that all the newlyweds deserve. We felt at home. If one would ask me about the decor, I would say it would not be my cup of tea normally, but with this hotel I was just in awe. It is gorgeous. Then the rooms - they are spotless, and I mean next level clean, unworn, new. After our wedding and all the fuss we came back to the comfiest bed, perfect shower. Amenities are also fantastic - rooftop pool, spa and sauna, brand new gym and also parking on premises. I can continue on and on but I think there is no need to extend beyond: for us, everything was perfect and we will gladly be returning to them any time we are in Belgrade. You will not regret staying with them if you chose too.

The hotel is nice and clean, the location is particularly good, and the breakfast is good, but the room is a bit small, local friends said that the price is not cheap in the local area, but mainly because of the good location

The Townhouse27 Hotel is an excellent, small hotel in the heart of town. The staff is very friendly, the service (including the transport from and to Nikola Tesla airport) is excellent, the rooms are spacious, with a smart layout and high ceilings (we were in two Family suites during our two separate stays). The rooms are furnished in a modern and contemporary but tasteful way and the - again spacious - bathrooms do not smell of humidity (as opposed to so many other hotels and Airbnb apartments in Belgrade and in the balkans). The breakfast buffet offers a selection of international (croissants, toast etc.), and local dishes (pita, drinking yoghurt), fruit and cereals, while fried eggs, scrambled eggs and various other dishes can be ordered à la carte. The hotel is only 2-3 walking minutes away from the Knez Mihailova street pedestrian zone, with the Kalemegdan Fortress and its park and the zoo. Various shops, cafes, the traditional Prolece Restaurant and a park with a playground for small kids are right across the street (if you use the side exit through the cafe). The Hotel is ideal if you want to go about your daily business in Belgrade on foot and yet get a good nights sleep as the rooms are quiet. And if you need to go further, you can catch a cab anytime around the corner or have the staff get you a cab or use public transport instead. This is our hotel of choice for our next stay in Belgrade.

Business trip stay, the hotel restaurant is good, the place is very big. The breakfast is rich. The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the shopping mall.

Breakfast didn't cost 20 euros per person. The location is not very good. The parking fee is 10 euros a night. The service and environment are good, but the hotel is not very cost-effective but slightly expensive, but the decoration is very design.
