Отличный отель, комфортный номер , шикарный завтрак , рядом со старым городом , все очень удобно , немного в стороне от пешей зоны, ночью тихо и спокойно, ресторан в отеле !

The room is quite large, the window is opened facing the canal, the scenery is very good, the old town is fun, the shopping on Amber Street is all around, and there are many restaurants with special decoration nearby. The location is first-rate; the night train to Gdansk was very early, and I was worried about what to do if I could not check in. I didn't expect the hotel to be arranged for check-in at 6 am (may be related to the off-season), super unexpected; the hotel also sent a Desserts are welcome, you can enjoy a delicious chocolate cake in the restaurant; the hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the price of online booking and hotel booking is the same, so you can decide depending on the situation; but in the end, letting the hotel call a taxi is a bit problem, Google Map The display shows that the airport is 34-50 zloty. We asked the hotel to call us a taxi to the airport for 93 zloty and asked the driver why the price is so expensive. He even said that the hotel's car was a bite, regardless of the price. Cars, whether the road is open or traffic jams, whether on weekdays or weekends are a price, dizzy!

The hotel is beautifully located. Right by the river, so everything is close. The rooms are beautiful. The service is very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. The dishes were very small at very high prices. Plus the waiter service, which the customer only finds out about when paying the bill. Maybe this is standard. I don't know. I just didn't like it, that's why I'm pointing it out.

Amazing stay , immaculate apartments with a quirky style . Spa was lovely and warm . bistro was very reasonable , friendly service and great selection . Absolutely loved every minute . We will definitely be back .

Whilst the location, facilities and staff were good unfortunately the sleeping experience was not. Having paid for a hotel room for three nights, having two of these disrupted by extremely loud music (until 4am on Saturday night and 1am on the Monday) from the bar and nightclub above, I could not recommend. I suspect experiences may vary depending on your proximity to the roof and light-well in the middle of the building.  Having since read reviews from other customers, this is a know issue, despite the best acting skills of the staff. This was evident from the bulk supply of earplugs available at reception when we raised the issue with them in the early hours of the morning. I appreciate the hotel itself has little control over the noise from the roof terrace/nightclub above but it did mean a couple nights of very poor sleep.

First of all, the hotel's location is excellent. It is conveniently located in the center of Gdansk, with many famous attractions within walking distance. It is undoubtedly an ideal place to stay for tourists who like to explore the city. Secondly, the hotel's facilities and the quality of the rooms are excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern and comfortable decoration and all the necessary facilities. The daily room cleaning service is also very good and maintains a high standard of hygiene. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The elegant environment of the restaurant and the friendly and professional service staff make every day a particularly pleasant start. What impressed me most was the hotel's service. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responsive. Not only did they provide a lot of useful information about the tour, but they were also ready to solve any problems we encountered during our stay. This meticulous care made our stay even more perfect. Overall, IBB Hotel Gdansk was a highlight of my trip with its great location, quality facilities and excellent service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all travelers planning to visit Gdansk. Thank you IBB Hotel for providing us with such a pleasant stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Das Hotel Grano in der Altstadt von Danzig präsentiert sich als solides und verlässliches 4-Sterne-Haus – genau das, was man sich von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Inmitten der charmanten Altstadt gelegen, sind Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Hotels erfüllt alle gängigen Standards: Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt – komfortable Betten, Klimaanlage, WLAN, ein funktionales Bad sowie ein kleiner Schreibtisch. Das Interieur ist geschmackvoll, ohne übermäßig luxuriös zu wirken. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Vom Empfang bis zum Service im Frühstücksbereich wurden wir stets zuvorkommend und professionell behandelt. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und auch kleinere Anliegen wurden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Ein Pluspunkt ist der hoteleigene Pool, der nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen eine angenehme Möglichkeit zur Entspannung bietet. Auch ein kleiner Wellnessbereich ist vorhanden, wobei dieser eher zweckmäßig als besonders beeindruckend ist.

Great hotel, especially when you consider the price. Just 50 pound a night. With a great location, not to far from the main city, you a merely a 10 minute walk from everything. When I booked the hotel, i was not expecting to be as satisfied as i was. A lovely room, with a lovely restaurant and great service. The only down on the hotel is the lack of amenities, although the gym was great, it could definitely been improved but you can’t complain when you consider the price of the stay. Very good hotel, will definitely be staying again when in next visit Gdansk.
