We had the most remarkable honeymoon at Saman Villas. I was back after 3 years and the property is impeccably maintained and after a major upgrade, which I could tell from the moment I stepped in. New furniture, advance lighting, brand new decor, the suites had a lovely facelift too, especially the walking closet & bathroom with indoor shower cubicle, great lighting & full mirror in the dressing room, not missing out it’s old world charms like the outdoor tub. We loved how easy & convenient it was, basically just a flick of a button to get anything. The views are next to none! I’m always lost for words to describe such majestic ocean views surrounding us from every direction. The food was fantastic! Every meal we had was absolutely delicious. All home grown, fresh ingredients. We especially loved the Sri Lankan food which was surprising as we are locals but it was different, like an elevated version of Sri Lankan flavours. The staff are really the best! After all the difficulties Sri Lankan tourism has faced since 2019, it was so refreshing to be welcomed by the same familiar faces, eager to make our stay unforgettable. Special mention to Dinushi & the GM Wester Feltman for spoiling us. Every staff member we met was equally friendly & hospitable as if it’s ingrained in their DNA. We can’t recommend Jetwing Saman Villas enough. It truly is a special place. Thank you so much for the magical & joyful stay!

As a surprise for my 40th birthday my husband and son arranged a stay at Saman Villas on the 16th of August. From the time of welcome till the final goodbye we were made to feel truly special with the warm hospitality offered by each and every member of the staff. My husband had planned ahead and sent all the gifts, flowers and balloons to be set up in our room on arrival and the FOM Gayathri had done an exceptional job arranging everything. They had taken on the responsibility of accepting the valuable gifts ahead of our arrival and had assured my husband that all will be arranged as per his requests. It was all beyond our expectations and even the smallest details were carefully considered which made it beyond extraordinary. An intimate candle lit dinner was arranged on one of their decks overlooking the sea and it was nothing but magical. Krishantha, Sumith and Iresha from the F&B team deserves a special mention as they went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were taken care of. Scrumptious food which were catered to our liking enhanced the whole experience even more. A lovely team led by an experienced GM who anticipated and catered to all our needs made it one of the best holidays we have had in Sri Lanka. We are waiting for another opportunity to visit them soon.
