It's okay here in Lake Geneva, the hotel is in a good location, you can walk to the lake or the various restaurants in the city center! The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are also very suitable for bringing a baby! The cleanliness of the room can only be said to be average 😳 depends on personal understanding

This is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

We only stayed for one night which was definitely not long enough. The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Each villa has its own outdoor pool, which is pretty amazing. We got there too late to use but we were able to use the indoor pool. My one and only complaint was the hot tub was lukewarm. We're not able to explore the entire resort, but we did go to the west bar which had an amazing piano player/ singer. The marina area was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be coming back to stay longer and partake in the activities put on by the resort. I do wish I could've brought my dog but I understand.

This is a hotel with a relatively old age, but like many hotels in American towns, it is clean and tidy. We have a kitchen. There is a Wal-Mart not far from it. You can buy things and cook them yourself. The hotel also has an American breakfast. The hotel is a few steps away. The pier of Lake Geneva is Lake Geneva. The sunset is quiet and beautiful. You can take a boat to see the lake, and the beautiful villas of different shapes by the lake, watch those people operate the yacht, watch the elderly fish for a long time, and chat with everyone passing by. After the fish caught, put the fish back into the lake, so it can be a good day.

Everything is wonderful, really.
My only complaints are I wish they cleaned the rooms better. It’s incredibly dusty behind couches and end tables and in carpet along baseboards. And I wish there bedding, blankets specifically, were a bit warmer and more comfortable. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the stay.

Very beautiful lake view from our balcony. It’s worth the higher room charge (as opposed to the hillview). Very friendly staff, got a machine in the lobby where you can brew coffee, chocolate or tea for free. Love that! We also ordered pizza at the Italian restaurant inside the hotel & got 10% off being hotel guests, Food was so so but it’s good to take the food we ordered & enjoyed them in the balcony!

Welcome to Casa de Key-aro!Our one bedroom, one bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 4 comfortably and has all the basic necessities and then some!The kitchen/dining area is stocked with the essentials and everything you need to enjoy some quieter meals at home. Lots of plastic diningware as well and a high chair/booster for the younger crowd!The bathroom has linens, toiletries, and paper products for your needs.The bedroom features a brand new memory foam king mattress, streaming tv, and a pack 'n play.The living room has an additional TV with Spectrum cable and streaming services, Wii/DVD player, and a gas fireplace to warm you during the winter months.Designed with young children in mind, the common space has a twin bed with additional trundle, a guard rail, and toys and books. Safety measures at the condo include a smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, nightlights throughout, cabinet locks, baby gate, and outlet covers.The concrete patio features exterior lights and seating for four- the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset!We are nestled up the hill from the shore of Lake Como, a brief walk to The Lodge(formerly The Ridge), minutes to Lake Geneva, Williams Bay, Delavan, and more!
