I visited Taj Skyline with my family for my birthday. We were greeted with a very nice celebration in our room. All staff was very welcoming and helpful and made sure our stay was beautiful and special. Mr. Gaurav Rathod personally looked after all our needs while we were there and treated us with utmost care and respect. We had a beautiful and delicious private dinner and breakfast. I cant give 5 star due to changes the hotel definitely must make with their in-room dining staff and a particular chef ..... In-room denied to having anything except 2 dishes in the early evening and wasn't at all aware of their own avaliable menu... The food was served cold after minutes of disputes n made quite bad a certain dish... However the rest of the staff from the duty ***ager to the head chef apologized n co****sated at their best.... The hotel is otherwise not very large but quite okay with two restaurants n a cafe serving well.... Special shout out to their Japanese Asian restaurant Kuro.... The head chef presented an exclusive alacart spread on my table.... Cleaniness is upto mark, house keeping is prompt.. Yes in Ahmedabad it's a good choice in hotel but nothing too extravagant....

In the evening, I lined up next to the morning and after 3 o'clock in the morning, I called the front desk and complained twice. I didn't see the result. When I checked out the next day, they habitually asked if they lived well. I said it was not good. Noisy, and no one is dealing with it. Others are OK. At the end of the day, there are about 100 RMB of self-selected meals. Even if there is no difference between breakfast and breakfast, I don’t understand what it means. Hotel is well located with good parking space. Reception, Dining, House keeping staff are good and very helpful. Navo Kumar and Dining Chef were very helpful. Had minor stomach issues and Chef got food ready to suit upset stomach. Wide spread Breakfast is available and my family really relished. Would strongly recommend the hotel for family/business stay.
Good food but portion was much more than you can finish. Half portion would suffice for one. Staff in restaurant and in-room service are polite and respectful. Though this hotel is away from City but well kept.
