🏠The hotel upgraded me to a duplex suite, where you can soak in natural hot springs both indoors and outdoors, and enjoy the beautiful scenery and gurgling water by the creek. The decoration is a bit old, but the hygiene is good. 🙎The staff is warm and friendly, smiling. They will ask about needs at any time and take the initiative to introduce the surrounding entertainment projects. The hotel is a few minutes' walk to the thousand-year-old temple for blessing, and a 30-minute walk to the ancient town for sightseeing. Both are very good experiences. 🍜The semi-buffet breakfast has few varieties and tastes so-so. Lunch and dinner are also solved at the hotel. The price is very expensive and the taste is so-so. After all, there are not many restaurants around. There is a lot of room for improvement in catering.

Fantastic stay outside the bustle of urban Chongqing. Very comfortable rooms with private hot springs, I’d also recommend trying out the bathroom’s steam room. Got upgraded to a villa which further amplified all the perks of staying at a resort like this, great privacy while still being within a few mins of the lobby. Clover was a great point of contact during my stay, helping me book and pay for stuff at the hotel, Eric also took the time to help me book a Didi ride. As a foreigner visiting Chongqing I was glad to have their help. Very beautiful hotel grounds, and within 30 minutes of the aesthetic downtown Beibei district of Chongqing. About an hour’s taxi ride to the city center and Chongqing West station. Would recommend for any first time visitors to Chongqing!

The hotel is very close to the city and the surrounding facilities are relatively mature. Although there are many people around, the room is very quiet, which is very suitable for leisure and vacation. The housekeeper Xiaoya is very friendly. She greeted us when we got off the car and sent our luggage to the room. She also responded to messages in a timely manner. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience.

Great stay in Chongqing. It was our first time, and we were happy to stay in the city's landmark. The staff was great to support, and the rooms were clean and with a great view of the two rivers: top-notch breakfast and an excellent choice for lunch and dinner. We will come back to Intercontinental whenever we travel to Chongqing.

We had an enjoyable time at Niccolo. It’s a beautiful and comfortable hotel. Front desk Harbour has a great disposition and was really helpful.

Wow, I’m so happy I decided to spend my birthday weekend at the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful to us. The beds are extremely comfortable, cleans and elegant. It was so refreshing to have the hot pool which I enjoyed well at the evening, as weather temperatures were much lower. Thank you to all the staff members who made our stay more pleasant (@Rachel) . The hotel amenities are top tier. The breakfast was great, well cooked and liked the fact that they serve western breakfast and not just Chinese. The pool was clean and great to be around. I would definitely recommend the place and I hope you enjoy your stay like I did. I look forward to coming again ☺️

The room was very nice, and the housekeeper service was very considerate. It was foggy on the day we arrived, so we didn't have much fun, but the view from the cabin was very nice. It snowed the next day, and although we are used to snow as a northerner, it was a great experience to see such a beautiful snow scene in Fairy Mountain in March. I will come to Fairy Mountain again if I have the chance. Zhuoya can be said to be the best hotel in Fairy Mountain, and the service is worthy of a five-star rating. The rice noodles for breakfast are so delicious!!! Everyone must eat the rice noodles for breakfast

”I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Regent Hotel! The service was impeccable, and I especially loved the thoughtful features like the bubble bath available on request and the convenient daily laundry service. The in-house restaurants and bar, with their spectacular views, were perfect for unwinding and enjoying the best the hotel has to offer. Special mention to Jackson Li and Edward Xu for going above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. I can't wait to return!
