This was my second visit and I might try next year as well if I come to Jeju island again. Food is great for the price. Lovrd the breakfast. As a platinum member, my family was expecting to be upgraded greatly because one of the opening members of this hotel dearly dearly asked to visit here again. She was a model of the advertisement on TV screen of the front desk. My husband and I were a bit doubting with our first stays. My coffee had some bvlgari soap taste and smell from nespresso machine I used. Their bathroom amenities are Bvlgari. I was very unpleasant if they washed the cups roughly by using in room handwash or so. And we had brand new hotel’s Smell issues in the room. I had a terrible headache and allergies with sneezing. When I requested to have some sprays to get rid of the smell , they got me some sprays and air purifier. It didn’t solve much but we enjoyed the sightseeing and nice food selections in the hotel. The room manager sent us nice dessets From the lounge or breakfast buffet desserts to apologize about coffee taste incident. At least, we were grateful to see some gestures of apologies. and we weren’t upgraded our room last time for 5 days in spite of off season. They said the rooms were full but I had been read Of reviews that those who just arrived at the hotel while we were staying. They seemed to have been upgraded. Their tiers weren’t higher than my status all the time. Those lies the front desk workers told us made us upset a bit. I wouldn’t honestly stay here by paying the full prices that they marked. I think Jeju has a lot more of better options with hotel services and its locations to offer. This hotel Was over priced back then and still now. It is even not worth of points of 55,000 Points a night if you don’t get any breakfast for free. There are more options with better professonal options like Sh@@l hotel and many others. I would only stay here when the restaurants wuality and prices arr nice as now and we get all the tier benifits. This time, they just ignored promised not to disapoint my family if we visiy again around June. They dearly promised to upgrade to one of the Suites if we camr back. We thought it couldn’t be trusted but we wanted to trust the words. It was simply ignored many times again and I was also reading the live reviews on Korean traveler’s Blogs and web groups bragging about their Suites that they got upgraded for free during the same periods of stay as us. Theirs was shorter. We wanted and asked even for a day if we could. And they said, everyone was staying as long as us and it is fully occupied. I didn’t understand why the hotel had to lie to us about it. Anyways, we didn’t pay for the Suites - the upgraded luck wasn’t there and can’t be complaint of it. But we were disappointed with the way of their treatment with lies or not so much accommodation.

I stayed at JW Marriott Jeju in late June, at the beginning of the rainy season. At the time of check-in, as Lifetime Titanium Member, I was warmly welcomed by Max, Front Office Manager, who provided excellent customized services during my stay. This time, I stayed for 3 nights at Panorama Suite which has a fantastic view of the ocean and resort. Because it rained almost every day, I had to spend more time inside the resort and participated in some of indoor activities, Pilates and Yoga. I was waitlisted as these are popular but finally I could get my spot. Other activities included Morning Walk (on Olle Trail Course 7), Cooking, Cocktail, Golf and several programs for kids. I could swim every day at the outdoor pool with a nice ocean view which was open while raining. I joined a magic show in the evening at the Dancing Durumi Café which was good for families with kids. I enjoyed meals inside the resort - seafoods at Island Kitchen and an Omakase private dinner at Yeoumul Japanese restaurant. I was invited to Hog Night reception and looked around the Flying Hog restaurant with a nice view on the top floor. I think this hotel is adequate for private relaxation as it is not crowded unlike other resort hotels. And I found there are lots of things to do/eat/drink inside despite weather conditions. I will come back again in other seasons.

It is about 45min south of Jeju Airport and very convenient to all the tourists' spots such as Waterfall, Innisfree, etc. Very accesible and easy drive within Jeju. There is daily cleaning of the service apartment & replacement of towels but only 1 time change of linen/bedsheets. Units are clean and as expected. Do note that request for extra toiletries or towels are subject to extra charges. Beautiful 3 room apartment to fit family vacation. As for laundry, there is washer but no dryer. Detergent are self provided & not by hotel. Clothes are dried on hanger & I had to request for extra hanger.
This place is really good and amazing, the facilities are also very complete and functional, super cozy and all the place was clean. Really nice. Good if you find a place for healing and relaxing with your family or partners, had a clean private pool

📍I was able to feel the luxury of a 7-star resort located in Jungmun, Jeju. 📍There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, and I was able to swim in the hot water pool with my child even in March. The sauna facilities are also good, so it's nice to wash up in the sauna and then go up to the room. 📍It was nice to take a walk while watching the garden and Il Campo Square laser show. 📍The coffee machine in the room is Nespresso Vertuo. You can drink 4 capsules as much as you like for free. There is also a decaffeinated capsule. 📍The sauna and rooms are all equipped with Dyson. It was nice to be able to use different heads of the dryer other than the Dyson Airwrap. 📍The bedding was really soft and I felt like I was sleeping in a comfortable hug. 📍It was great to have a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning air on the terrace. You can see a glimpse of the sea in the distance, and the open scenery is so beautiful.

It was truly the best luxury resort in Jeju. It's great to go with your kids or take your parents on a filial piety trip. First of all, the weather is nice these days, so taking pictures with The Siena Resort in the background is a great way to get the perfect shot, and the heated pool is so warm that everyone, adults and children alike, enjoyed using it. I was impressed by the concierge's service in upgrading the welcome tea with an ocean view as much as possible. Breakfast was also delicious!! I 200% intend to visit again if I come to Jeju Island again!

If you want to travel quietly and without having to worry about everything, I recommend Podo Hotel. Each room has separate walls, so you can stay very private. It can be said that the service is of a high standard. Please note that there is no udon set menu for breakfast. There is a walking trail, and it is very quiet and nice. I highly recommend stopping by. The hot spring water is really good, so I highly recommend taking a dip. It was a truly relaxing hotel with all the scenery of Jeju Island and high quality.

great. I really liked the explanation about the architecture. The tall and good-looking young staff member (who said he had been on Jeju Island for 7 years) explained things really well, so I learned a lot. The facilities are good and the food is delicious. I think it's better than eating at a 5-star hotel in Seoul. It's a great place to relax and spend a quiet day healing.

**A Gem in Jeju: Parnas Jeju Hotel** My recent stay at Parnas Jeju Hotel exceeded all expectations. The hotel boasts a sleek and modern design, evident from the stylish rooms to the chic lobby. Every corner exudes elegance and comfort, making it a delightful retreat. One of the highlights was the outdoor heated swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing dip regardless of the weather. It provided a serene oasis amidst the bustling city. The service was impeccable, with staff at the lobby always greeting guests with a warm smile and ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. Their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience. Moreover, the hotel's location is ideal, within walking distance to a charming bakery, and a convenient store, ensuring easy access to essentials. Whether you're visiting Jeju for business or leisure, Parnas Jeju Hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and top-notch service. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to indulge in a memorable stay on this beautiful island.

It offers much convenience if you are traveling with a kid of 7 years. The resort has plenty of options for dining, shopping and a convenience store in the site and theme park theme park access was a huge plus for my kid to hang out in the morning of check out. First of all, I reserved a garden view when making a reservation, but the garden overlooks the roundabout. Please note that the other side requires a poolside view. And since the hotel is located far from the main road, traveling by foot may be difficult. The room was in good condition and there was a convenience store next to the lobby, which was convenient.

I revisited the place 5 years later and it's still as good as before! Facilities: relatively old, but very local, worth trying and experiencing Hygiene: no dead corners Environment: comparable to Hawaii Service: English communication is barrier-free, some services require additional charges, the price is reasonable for the labor level of developed countries

The hotel is located close to the port. Our balcony had an amazing view overlooking that port. The hotel is located in a super quite neighborhood, but at the same time it's easy to find cafes and restaurants to eat out. 7/11 shop with atm in in just around the corner. Can't say anything about jacuzzi, because they were not working at the moment we visited.

I would rate our overall stay a 7/10. It wasn’t bad but it was a little pricey in comparison to the properties nearby and the swimming pool using cost is too high. Plus points * Near to the sunrise point ( walking distance) * Balcony * Room service everyday * Clean Washroom and toilet * Polite Staff Plus points / Negative Points ( depends from person to person) * Too quiet and takes a lot of time to go to touristy places * Not many affordable food options nearby, but does have fancy places and convenient stores nearby * Extra charge for using the pool is too high (10000 krw/ person / day. Negative Points * Cannot refill plastic bottles, despite of them having a drinking water station at the breakfast, they wouldn’t allow you to use it. it’s a little hypocrite as they don’t provide plastic amenities for green initiatives but when we said we don’t want plastic bottles everyday and just want to fill our water bottle, they politely declined. * A little more expensive than some hotels nearby this area.

The room is clean. I can not find any information about whether they provide Wi-Fi or not. There is some free Wi-Fi around there (I don't know which belongs to the hotel), but I can not use it. There is no information on the reception to contact by table telephone (I do not know Korean). Its a budget hotel so its important to set your expectations right. Facilities and carpets are old, they only offer occasional room clean up, otherwise clean sets of towels and water will be dropped at your door every other day. Towels are old and sometimes smell. The toilet glass might not be well blurred so if you need privacy with your roommate do keep that in mind. Otherwise, staff are kind and helpful, speaks fluent English and there is a convenience store just at the lobby. They have also recently adopted a cute dog that was abandoned by previous owner so they are all kind hearted people. The view is great if you choose the ocean view as you can see the Seongsan Sunrise Peak Park directly from your balcony. There are numerous great food choices in the area but it could be inconvenient when it rains so plan wisely! Thank you hotel staff for the hospitality!

I found this while looking for a cost-effective accommodation near Jungmun, Jeju. The location is not in Jungmun, but it was big and nice for a family of four. I don't think it's easy to find a room this big in Jeju for this price. I think it's the best cost-effective accommodation.

The hotel has a really great location and stunning views, which immediately evokes positive emotions. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, it turned out to be in a rather ”killed” condition, with many inconveniences. For example, there are only two sockets, and those are located in inconvenient places. On the photos the yellow color looked beautiful, but in reality it turned out to be depressing. In addition, the walls were dirty and clearly in need of repair. Walking down the hallway, I noticed that the rooms on our side, where the yellow walls were, looked worse than the others. It looks like the hotel is slowly being renovated and the other rooms have already been cleaned up. Don't rely entirely on my review as the hotel is probably improving the condition of the rooms. Hopefully things will have changed for the better by the time you check in, as the view from the window is truly divine.
