I knew when I booked a weeks stay at the AC Hotel QRO Antea, that I'd be at a further distance than I should be. But, I booked and stayed anyway. The location is good, because of the outdoor Antea mall with anything you can possibly need in regards to high end shopping, dining and necessities. The hotel itself looks pleasing from the exterior. The rooms are OK and have the typical AC modern layout, but the balcony has no views. Oh well... The restaurant dinner options are subpar, but the breakfast options are great.
- Guest User
Very comfortable hotel and conveniently situated across the street from a high end shopping mall called Antea. Literally crossing the street. Rooms comfortable and have NETFLIX which is great. Double beds smaller than other hotels so difficult when sharing a bed with a 10 year old. Suggest selecting a king size bed and asking for a cote. Buffet breakfast good. Service excellent.

Was very pleased with every aspect of our 2 night stay in Queretaro. The hotel exceeded expectations on every front. The breakfast was great . The courtyard is pretty. The historic city center was beautiful . The aqueduct was mind blowing.

Save yourself time and headache and just book Grand Fiesta. Clean, good people, excellent bedding. This is my first time writing a review on TripAdvisor, but I had to because it was that good. I ll certainly will be back.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on a long business trip that was broken up into a 6-day stay, then back home for four days, then returning for 12 days. The hotel is a nice property with a great view overlooking the city of Querétaro. Built on a hillside, almost all the rooms have a great view. The room itself is spacious and well furnish. Bed (king sized) was very comfortable. The décor is a more modern flair with deep red walls and art deco lamps. For myself I prefer a more practical and useful décor, the art deco lamps although very cool liking didn’t offer the lighting I would prefer. The bathroom was spacious with a separate large walk in shower with wonderful tile features and glass doors. The sink and vanity arrangement was clean and modern with a granite counter top and raised sink basin. For me, the lighting was terrible and the mirror a bit too far away for shaving. I can’t imagine how it would be for a woman to apply makeup and do her hair. The bathroom did have a swivel makeup mirror, but again the lighting just seemed a bit dim and inadequate. The amenities are adequate; the gym is small, but guests can use either the Holiday Inn or Crowne Plaza gyms (the hotels are attached to each other). The pool at the Holiday is by far nicer and larger than the strangely triangular shaped pool at the Crowne Plaza. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good, not great, but good. I had to eat breakfast the first thing in the morning (6:00 am), and the restaurant was just opening up so understandably the pace seemed a bit unorganized. The signage wasn’t always in place at the food station to let you know what it was. I have traveled all over the world, and I do have to say this was one the strangest selection of food for a breakfast buffet. I have spent almost two years in Central America (El Salvador), and you always have your staple foods. It seems to be hit and miss here. Service was good, but everyday I asked if they had tomato juice only to get a blank stare. My Spanish is not perfect, but tomato in English isn’t that much different the in Spanish. Plus the restaurant had a bar as well, come on I know you have tomato juice at the bar please make an effort to get it. I did use the laundry service as well, and they did a great job. Sometimes you didn’t get all your things back, or you got someone else things but they were quick to straighten things out. Housekeeping always did a great job. They accommodated my special request to have extra coffee packs. Thank you very mush to the housekeeping staff in for room 1212!!! All in all, I would have to say that if the hotel made some minor improvements in the customer service arena it would be a four or five-star review. Little things like getting change at the front desk; we as Americans want to give your staff tips, but you MUST have change available to the guest. It was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get change at the hotel. Post cards…please have stamps available so your guests can mail

The location is in the center of the old town and it is very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants and Bars next to it, which is especially convenient for eating or shopping. The design of the entire hotel and the layout of the room have left a particularly deep impression on me. I didn't expect that the price of about 1,000 can live in this type of resort hotel, which is particularly satisfactory. The last thing to boast is breakfast. The room rate does not include breakfast. I go to the restaurant on Monday to Friday to order food. I order it now and eat how much I eat. There is a super rich buffet on the weekend for two days. I have an appointment with customers to eat together on Sunday. Everyone is very satisfied with the food.

Modern hotel with outdoor pool and cosy sitting area. Location is great as lots of eateries and pub nearby. Room is nicely deco with the necessary amenities. Water pressure is a bit small for shower and wifi is not strong. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great choice to stay here for the price offered in trip.com

This hotel is amazing. It's clean, relatively affordable, great location, and what separates it from the others is the incredible service. I stayed there for a full month and got to know some of the staff at the front desk. They were always SO happy to help, so warm, and so accommodating. They made me feel like I was living there and a part of a little community with how great their service was. Little things like ensuring I had coffee, scheduling my room cleaning, and just saying hello. A special shout out to Monse, Pamela, Paula, Fany, and Liz the cleaning lady.. Thank you for making my stay great! Speaking of cleaning, my room was always kept spotless by hotel staff. Clean sheets, clean carpets, clean bathrooms. I didn't find anything to complain about, and I am picky!!!! Otherwise they have a good TV service, lots of channels, AIR CONDITIONING!, nice lounge area, gym, free laundry, free potable water, and even in room massage. In the courtyard there's a Starbucks, OXXO, and Domino's pizza right out the front door so you never need to leave if you don't want to. Very safe neighbourhood and lots to see and do in the beautiful neighborhoods surrounding it. I'm sad I had to checkout, but I'm grateful for the stay and how comfortable, safe, and valued I felt. Thank you Stadía Suites... I hope to come back someday!!!

We stayed here travelling up to Mexico City. The hotel rooms were very comfortable with nice modern bathrooms and nice towels. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We had the breakfast buffet and it had a great range and looked very appealing. The staff at reception were very efficient. There was free on site parking and it was just a short Uber ride into the historic enthral area. Would definitely stay here again. Was great value for money.

1. The style of express hotel is better than rujia and hanting. 2. The room is small, so put a suitcase, the room is a bit full. 3. The hotel is located on the edge of the city, shopping is not very convenient, but the scenery outside the window is very good.

We stayed during the weekend, generally one looks for a place to rest after a day of activities, when we arrived everything was fine, until the night we wanted to sleep arrived, we found an extremely hard mattress, feeling like we were sleeping on a bed made of cement, that degree of hardness. The pillows seem like a joke, that is, with all the pillows they put (3) you barely make one, when you finally manage to sleep because of how tired you are, anyone who uses the bathroom wakes you up, you hear a very loud noise in the room . In conclusion, the hotel looks good but you are looking for a place to rest and it is the objective that is least met. We used the restaurant service, which was very good and delicious.

After an unexpected travel change, we were booked at Hotel Mirage. It was great! The location is good and a 10 or 15 minute walk from historic downtown. At night you'll want the hotel to call you a taxi, but walking in the neighborhood during the day is fine. There is a good quality onsite restaurant and also a bar which we did not visit. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help with a travel issue that arose.

I went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later. Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small). When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge. There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.

The approach to the hotel is nice. The bell boy was available to pick up my luggage. As I checked in with the 2 young women at the front desk, I asked if I could make a shuttle reservation for my early flight the next morning out of QRO airport. The receptionists, both of them , told me that the hotel did not have a shuttle, but that they could make a taxi reservation. I specifically stayed at the Domun Hotel because it shows on its web site that it has a shuttle. The receptionist told me that she could book me a taxi for 1500 pesos. Yes, I correctly typed the amount she quoted me. When I told her that I would then make my own transportation booking via Uber, she then quoted me 1000 pesos. By then, the bell boy came and realized what was going on, and told me in English that the hotel has a shuttle available for its guests. I made a reservation with him for a 4am pick up. I then paid the receptionist, after requesting to show me exactly the amount she was charging my credit card, 500 pesos. She was actually expecting me to sign the charge without showing me the amount. Something is seriously wrong here. The room was perfect, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle driver was right on time. With no traffic, it was a 20+ drive to the airport. I probably would not stay there again. The checking in was unpleasant and felt dishonest.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Unfortunately, my disappointment began when a 6-month reservation ends with a room with some noise, because it was on the first floor to the side of the lift/lift. But it doesn't end there, the room has many connections/supplies, something that you are thankful for today. But those who are fundamental and basic (5 connectors next to bed) NOW worked, although the electricist made his best effort, only could report that “the problem is bigger.” The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
