Reviews From Real Travelers
This is a luxurious and private hotel. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a quiet staycation and relax. It feels like a lot of care was put into each and every object, starting from the marble floor. But as you know... food and drinks in the hotel are quite expensive. However, the quality of the free activities is much better than that of the Hilton right next door, so we recommend taking full advantage of the activities. In particular, yoga outdoors while watching the sunrise at 7 a.m. remains one of my best memories! Plus, the spa facilities and massages are of the highest quality, so I recommend you try them. There is a separate space and pool that only spa users can use, and it is really beautiful....
- Guest User
The hotel is very new, it just opened last year, and there are not many guests, which just meets our need for quietness. The location is not in the traditional hotel area, it is a bit to the south of the hotel area, relatively more private and quieter, but not far from the airport. Every corner of the hotel reveals the texture, the room is very spacious, the decoration is relatively modern, and it looks very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and there is a tub on the balcony. The beach is okay, not the whitest and most delicate one. The restaurants in the hotel are delicious 😋 the seafood is fresh, and the brunch is also delicious.

Hotel facilities, health, service and views are very good. There are three restaurants that require reservations. Among them, the French restaurant has Michelin standards, and the service staff are warm and professional. Butler service and room service also allow guests to lie flat in the room.

Worst view I’ve had from my balcony-just white brick wall! Bathroom stunk of sewerage so bad one day could really use it. Had to get up 730am to get a sunbed and still very few left then!!! Not enough beds round pool area. Very packed and loud on the evenings and just karaoke and disco after 10pm! Not worth the money I paid

My experience at Atelier was nothing short of amazing. I visited the resort for my 30th birthday which was also my first solo trip. Every single person I encountered treated me with care and received me with love. I felt so special, literally like a Princess! I would love to come back and visit another time with friends and family. Here are some highlights worth mentioning: - I ate at Alba, Mercado 19, María Dolores, Takeshi, Limon y Sal, Bikini Azul, and La Consentida during my stay and all of them were good! Now for me, some were better than others depending on the type of food you like, but still, every single thing I ate was delicious. No hit or miss, the food was amazing, and at no point did I fall ill from food consumption. - Carmelo was my server at Maria Dolores for my birthday dinner and he and the entire staff treated me like royalty. I was alone at the restaurant for most of my reservation so they were all very attentive to me. The attention to detail in the food and the presentation made this a fine dining experience like no other. Everything was very well thought out and explained beautifully, like a story. Although the food at the restaurant is not included in the price of the resort, it’s very reasonably priced and worth it. - Joshua, Freddy, Adriana, and the pianist at the Azucar Bar & Lounge treated me like family for my entire stay. Every night I would visit them they would be so happy to see me and wanted to celebrate my birthday with me. Joshua is such a talented mixologist, every drink he made was made with love. I attended one of the cocktail classes hosted on Sunday evenings and although I learned some cool drinks, I wish we were able to be more hands-on and actually replicate making the drink instead of just watching him. - On the night of my birthday room service delivered a small plate of cheese and bread along with a champagne bottle, I really enjoyed that surprise! Random things to note that could matter to some people and are worth mentioning: - The walls in the rooms are pretty thin and you can hear everything going on around you, whether in the rooms surrounding yours or outside in the hallway. There’s ambient music playing 24/7 which is nice during the day but I think they should turn it down at night so guests can rest. - The app they suggest using for the resort is a bit glitchy and not fully functional. They encourage you to make dinner reservations using the iPads around the property because you can’t make reservations via the app which I find to be counterintuitive. You’re not able to see the reservations you set up in the app so if you forget what time you booked, you have to find an iPad to double-check. Also, the map of the resort on the app is very hard to use and understand. - I feel like this is a given at any beach resort but if you’re looking to get a cabana by the pool or hut on the beach, I suggest you get there early. On my last day, I went to the beach at 7:30 and already all of the cabanas a

My sister and I came here for our birthdays and highly recommend this resort! Everything is done with excellence and the attention to detail is found everywhere you look. Our room was beautiful and kept very clean. The entire property is in pristine condition, and the views are gorgeous. Andres at El Cilento was one of the best servers we had during our stay — he went out of his way to make the evening very special. Overall the food was great everywhere we went. We found the best desert to be the ice cream at the coffee shops. Maelik, Rafael, and Miguel were so kind and took such great care of us by the pool and beach. Ricardo greeted us every morning with a warm smile at the gym. Arturo taught our spin class and made it so fun with his high energy. The staff is very friendly, eager to help, and have great recommendations for your stay. The water activities by Aqua World are conveniently located at the beach and were easy to get started. We are sad to leave, but can’t wait to come back again soon!

While there, we want to give shout outs to the following: Luz at Boulangerie--she memorized I liked my Lattes extra-caliente; Juan--took us on an evening hunting-on-the-golf course drive where we saw deer and coati; Carlos at The Grill for his detailed input on menu recommendations and energy even at 9pm dinner for 6; Alfredo & Ramon at the pool bar for lunch at Beach Palace for service and conversation; Delfino & Lupe at the balcony pizza from Gondola--we've had Delfino take care of us since at least 2019...maybe 2017 when we first started taking all 4 kids.

Great all-inclusive. There are 3 different resorts on this overall property. Grand is by far most luxurious. You feel like you are in Vegas when staying at this place. Restaurants are plentiful. Just know that you are battling against Elite members so simply plan ahead and you’ll be ok. Join the Elite program if it fits your life right. Great options for sure. Habibi was the absolute #1. Not even close. Italian, Mexican are number 2. JC Steakhouse was a clear trailing desire. Buffet was normal. Rooms are nice Pools nicely maintained. Pool bars are also well staffed. Have some patience and you’ll enjoy. Well worth it

Facilities: A very good hotel with complete facilities, luxurious decoration materials, and a very atmosphere. I don't know why there is a bad review. In fact, as shown in the figure, the hotel's hardware decoration is really good, and the bed pillows are very comfortable with hot water. Transportation: There is a bus just a minute or two from the doorway. It takes 12 pesos to go to the downtown area for authentic Chinese food within half an hour. You can also go to Oshima Shopping Center for shopping and leisure, and go to the boating area of Women's Island . Is the first choice for travel. Of course, the hotel concierge will also help you to call a car at any time, the fixed 260 pesos to go to the above places. Calling a car from the hotel to the airport is 800 pesos. Taxi is 480 pesos. You can reach the airport in 20 minutes, which is very convenient for transportation. Service: Check-in and daily room service are considerate and check-out is easy. The only thing I didn't understand was that I had paid all my room charges in advance through Ctrip. It was understandable that I had deducted a deposit of 4,000 pesos once when I checked in, but I had to pay another 2,000 in the evening Incomprehensible. At present, the two deposits have not been refunded to my credit card. A luxury hotel with a world-renowned reputation for service, hoping to return the deposit properly in the end. Otherwise, it is not easy for me to make international calls to Mexico.

Good location, the beach is soft and the waves are beautiful. Standardized service, standard rits room, a good steak restaurant across the road! Overall good! However, tipping culture and tipping culture in Cancun are quite strong.

The Hyatt Ziva in Cancun is one of those hotels I will go to endless times. First, there are 2 buildings inside the hotel. The adult-only high-rise floor is equipped with an infinity pool on the top floor. An access card is required for the entrance to the lobby, which provides good privacy. The family room can accommodate children and is divided into two types of rooms, the dolphin room and the sea view room. I went to the hotel front desk to upgrade to the dolphin room for 1 night (additional US$100). The floor-to-ceiling glass door opens to the dolphin area. There are six dolphins in total, and you can interact with the dolphins. Taking pictures is $100 for children who can take pictures independently, and $200 for two people who need to be accompanied by adults to enter the pool for 30 minutes. It is worth the experience. Personally, I think the sea view room is better. When you open the large floor-to-ceiling glass door, you can see the endless jelly sea. It is also quieter than the dolphin room. You can go to the dolphin area to see dolphins at any time, so the dolphin room is of little significance. Second, I ate at all eight restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast was all served in buffet-style restaurants. The variety is rich and can satisfy the tastes of people from all countries. The most recommended ones are the Italian restaurant and the French restaurant, which are a la carte. Way. The hotel also has an all-you-can-eat dessert shop (12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m.). I highly recommend trying the cakes and desserts. The cream is made very well, not sweet or greasy, unlike in the United States. The cake is so sweet~ Third, we highly recommend the beach hut, which is open from 9am to 6pm. It comes with services like ordering food, drinks, coconuts, and massages for US$150 a day. Fourth, parents with children must send them to the Kidz club. Picture 12 shows the activities inside. There are 6 teachers in it. They are all very, very nice girls. They are enthusiastic and love the children. My My daughter goes there every day. There are also many activities, including bracelet stringing, hand-painted hats, photo frame making, sand digging at the beach, go-kart racing, etc. Parents with children can free their hands. Fifth, the service staff at the hotel have a very good attitude. You can bring extra 1, 5, or 10 US dollars to eat with the chefs and service staff in each restaurant. The hotel's Asian restaurant has Teppanyaki, which requires reservation and can be made through the butler. Sixth, friends who like to drink can enjoy it. The hotel bar is open from morning to 11 o'clock in the evening. It is best to tip the bartender so that the alcohol content of the bartender you drink will be better, otherwise it will taste like Juice 🤭 Seventh, there is a local supermarket just a 5-minute walk outside the hotel. You can go to the supermarket to buy souvenirs. The price is relatively cheap. Do not go to the pedestrian street to buy souvenirs. The price is 10 times that of the supermarket. It is a pity that we were not matched with a butler this time, because each room is equipped with a private butler, and the Chinese-speaking butler did not work during the week of our stay. Because the butler will send red wine to the room after swiping the card, and each room is equipped with a service iPad. The order will be delivered in about 40 minutes, and the service is particularly attentive. Whether you are staying with children or as a couple, this hotel is a must-go and highly recommended.
- maimiti
Beautiful Caribbean Sea scenery, different customs and customs! All-inclusive service worth experiencing, the hotel is in a great location! The products produced by various restaurants are acceptable, that is, the Japanese food is very mediocre, and the French and Italian food are acceptable! For Guangzhou people, it still feels a little bit worse.

This is the best place I ever been. Place is beautiful, a very classic hotel, furniture, art pieces, decoration, everything very good quality and outstanding. Amenities, Food, drinks and location is a A+. I have nothing to say about, I am very impressed and still am, it will take me a while to find a place to be as good as this one. Now I want to talk about their services. I don’t know if it’s their training or if it’s the Mexican people, but I received from each and everyone the best services I ever had. No words to discutível how I felt about it. I just want to say thank you to all of you works at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach, you all made my vacation awesome and I had the time of my life.

The hotel was nice and clean. Food was just ok. I've had better at an all inclusive resort. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. We booked the ocean view room and I must say I'm so glad we did! The view was gorgeous. The room itself was pretty big and very clean. My only complaint about the room is we couldn't find an outlet to charge our phones. Coming from Tulum, I booked the room for 1 night so we could relax before catching an early morning flight back home. When booking the room I read that kids were not permitted so I was under the impression it was an adult only resort. I guess I should have read the description better because this resort is very family friendly. Service was great! From check in to check out the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place for families, maybe not so much of your looking for a quiet getaway.
- Guest User
We very much enjoyed our stay at Royal Solaris! We loved getting to know Alexis, Gio, Calorina and Alejandra. They made our trip so much fun and they were so kind, funny and entertaining. They were great at getting everyone involved in the fun games and activities at the resort. We also loved listening to Melissa sing in the lobby, she has a wonderful voice and was great at interacting with the crowd and getting people up to dance. We really appreciate all of the staff for making our trip such a great time!

Bait and switch masters. Given the fact that this is a very popular resort, management obviously feels entitled to provide the service they deem minimally sufficient in order to maximize profits. My wife and I unknowingly made reservations for a takeover four day weekend. The group doing the takeover had their own events either away from the resort or in specific areas of the resort with no access available to the other guests. I had no issue with that fact given that they paid extra for their events. The fact that the group had over 80% of the rooms reserved resulted in the events organized for the rest of the guests, having next to no attendance, the club was dead every night we were there. The takeover group was very friendly and we had no issues with them. We didn’t see them very much. I requested a transfer to another one of their resorts but Adrian Guevara, supervisor on duty for Premier member services, was unwilling to transfer us unless I paid current prices for those resorts. I made my reservation for temptation ten months ago and even then, the rooms were far from inexpensive. I was not willing to pay more to be transferred. Mr Guevara was rude and the furthest thing from service oriented. Though the entertainment staff tried to improve the atmosphere, the playmakers were for the most part, the only ones on the dance floor every night we were there. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

This review is in comparison to our previous stays, not our initial thoughts on the property. The Vine has always been our go-to resort and our last visit in November 2019 was amazing. Unfortunately we have found that the quality just isn't as good as it used to be: Food quality was the biggest disappointment and has definitely gone downhill. Bluewater was always our favourite but quickly became our least favourite this trip. Pizza at Nebbiolo is delicious. House red wine has changed and was horrible. A/C in the room was minimal - would not go below 71 - we requested a fan but unfortunately didn't get one (yes we know to close the patio doors to ensure it's on). The main areas/restaurants also used to be air conditioned but no longer seem to be, especially in Dragons. Chair game is fierce! I enjoy the sunrise and would be down around 6am and a lot of hot spots were already saved. We were there for 7 days in a Preferred Junior Suite and only received bar/snack refills one day. We mentioned to our floor butler and asked for the refill, still nothing! Normally we received three mini liquors, Pringles and M&M's daily... this trip only on the day of check in. It's unfortunate because we truly do love The Vine - the rooms, views, pools, entertainment and service are still outstanding, but in comparison to previous visits it's no longer a resort we care to return to. Side note: Ricardo at Nebbiolo is fantastic and was the star of our week!

This is a resort hotel that many families visit! I went with an adult friend, and honestly, it was great to see the pretty families and babies! The all-inclusive was very good value for money, and the tacos and hotdogs we ate on the beach... and the 4 restaurants were all very delicious and enjoyable experiences🥰 It was a shame that the wifi didn't work well at the beach, but I was able to enjoy the sea to the fullest haha!

There were 29 of us!! Several had upgraded room with butler and he, (Yomelly) couldn’t have been more helpful. Anything we wanted/desired or barely mentioned, he was all over it. My group gave Grand Park an 8/10. The only thing that would have made it a 10 would be more food options. The food provided was good, the rooms and pools very nice…drinks a-plenty, love the coffee & sweets cafe!! As a travel agent, I send a lot of clients to GPR because I’ve stayed twice, I feel it is a 5 ⭐️ resort, walking distance to flea market, easy access to city bus and lots of turtle hatching going on. Felt perfectly safe and will continue to send clients to GPR.

I had a fairly okay experience here but compared to the other hotels I've stayed in cancun this takes the bottom. Check in at the hotel desk are long, hotel room is tiny and you can hear sounds from the other room next to you and there was also construction going on so noise was an issue and hotel rooms bath room doesn't have an air ventilation systems so all your business stays in the restroom. Also considering this has a party beach outside, this hotel is not for people that enjoy the quiet side of life. It's difficult to sleep at night when there's a party outside past midnight. The only upside is if you pay for the all inclusive package your meals are covered that's the awesome part they have got a good buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That's the only thing that made me and my family happy for staying at this hotel.

This hotel has one of the best beaches in Cancun. The water was so clear and clean. You can snorkel and see some beautiful fish. There was plenty of beach chairs without having to reserve ahead of time. The property for the most part was very clean. It is an older property and the employees work very hard keeping it clean. It is an all inclusive for food and drinks. No complaints there , everything was pretty tasty and fresh. The hotel is centrally located and near shops. The view from our room was absolutely breath taking. The rooms are very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative for us was the smoking. It is a smokers paradise and it’s hard to find a place to relax without encountering the smoke. The hotel has good entertainment every night and very talented people. We would consider staying again at this property and would recommend.

Extended stay 07:43 local time Less than 10 minutes Ctrip's order was confirmed / the hotel found a reservation in the morning! Repeated confirmation in the hotel and Ctrip in the morning! The original one-day trip to the sea was also forced to cancel. Knowing that the hotel received the confirmation at 11:40 local time, check out first and store your luggage after 15:00! Return to hotel at 17:00 The room is leaking. Ctrip customer service suggested that I pay at the front desk and then compensate me for 926. So if the market price is higher than 926, I will lose money! As a result, the retail price is $ 540! Until now, Ctrip insisted on compensation instead of compensation because it could not perform the contract unilaterally. Then how can I use compensation to measure half a day, if the hotel did not confirm, why should you send a confirmation to the customer, integrity is a standard for customer service to trust Ctrip Responsibility is the bottom line of the tourism service platform! Communicating jet lag is not an excuse for Ctrip to reduce its contractual obligations

Because it is the cheapest room, the room environment is average, but the location of the hotel is great

There were no major issues during our stay. Excellent service! Tips: Bring plenty of $1s for tipping. I'd recommend tipping around $1 per drink and $5-$10 per meal, more for above-and-beyond service.) Take care of the staff and they will take care of you. Meals: Know the dress code before you dine. The sushi restaurant at Umami doesn't require reservations and the food was amazing. Ivonne, our server, provided superior service. Also, as a vegetarian, I was happy that most of the menus indicated which items were vegetarian, but it was a little frustrating at the buffets to not know which items had meat. For example, at breakfast, I didn't know that the refried beans were made with lard. (However, when we asked about it, the staff offered to accommodate my dietary restrictions the next time we dined. Unfortunately, it was too late as we were leaving early the next morning.) Drinks: The drinks were excellent, I recommend getting a michelada (beer with lime and clam juice). Pools: There are two pools, a pool with a bar (not a swim-up bar) and another with hot tubs. There were plenty of daily activities at the main pool. Rooms: Our room (standard) was great, two double beds. No issues with cleanliness or maid service. I loved that there was a magnifying mirror for putting on makeup in the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was also good for makeup/grooming. There was a hairdryer. Toiletries provided included shampoo, soap, body wash, and lotion. There was an iron and ironing board. The mini-fridge was stocked daily (not by the maids, a different person kept the fridge stocked) with a Sprite, a Coke, 2 large waters, and two beers. (If you need more water, just ask at the front desk.) There's also a coffee pot in the room. All-inclusive: Know ahead of time what's included in the all-inclusive package and/or don't assume; just ask! The all-inclusive does NOT include room service, premium drinks, spa services, certain menu items, or tips. Also, there are some restrictions regarding the Italian restaurant and Umami, but you can eat at Umami without reservations; you only need reservations to sit at the hibachi bar. I made sure to read a lot of reviews for Hotel NYX before this trip; the negative ones seem to be written by disgruntled guests who were rude to the staff or upset about an issue they didn't report during their stay (waiting till they left to complain). Hats off to the guest experience manager who artfully responds to every single review.

We stayed in the garden villa which also has a bit of ocean view for four days. The location is great, beach and pools are great too, buffet is a meh, so remember to book one of the restaurants as soon as you can as the quality of the food is much better. Overall a great place with an attractive price.
