This is not a typical IHG hotel. We were only in town for 1 night. Upon driving into the parking lot, my husband said, ”this looks like a little run down doesn't it?” It's absolutely indicative of what the inside looked like. The smell of pests when you walk into the building is completely overwhelming. Check in was very quick however, the manager on duty explained that while they have a full service restaurant and bar, the restaurant was not open during the week. They did offer breakfast sandwiches and muffins for pick up....but again, the smell of pests made that an easy decision for me. I wouldn't have trusted the restaurant for food either to be honest. The elevator and hall floors were visibly soiled. We got into our room and had to dress quickly for an event. But I had to document the state of the room. There was a visible film on the mirrors, pictures and faucet. The sink hadn't been cleaned in weeks as there was a build up of filth all over it. The floors were sticky like the elevators and the carpet was ripped really bad. The furniture had various scratches and you could see a film of streaks all of the surface of them as well. I'm grateful we were only staying 1 night. The next morning, we got up to shower and head home but there was no hot water.....in Pennsylvania in March, there was no hot water. I'm a military veteran who served several tours overseas but this was the absolutely coldest shower I've ever taken. Stay anywhere else folks.

A group of friends and I stayed here while in town for a concert and the location was right off of the Turnpike and just down the road from stores/restaurants if needed. The hotel and room were clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful; we'd definitely stay here again.
