Nos hospedamos no Hotel Palazzo Gatto e tivemos uma experiência excelente. A localização é perfeita para explorar Trapani a pé, com tudo por perto.
O quarto era muito confortável, silencioso, com decoração moderna e de bom gosto, além de um banheiro amplo e funcional — ideal para relaxar após os passeios.
O atendimento foi outro ponto alto: a Cristina, Front Office Manager, nos recebeu com muita simpatia, nos mostrou com atenção todas as instalações do hotel, incluindo o SPA, o que foi um diferencial na nossa estadia.

Even though the hotel is a bit old and the facilities aren't as modern as newer hotels, it's very clean, and it's nothing like what some people say on social media platforms. The staff are all very friendly. Taking a Saver Bike to attractions like the Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen (Giant Buddha) only costs about 80 baht at most. Very clean comfortable room with fabulous views. Luxury massive plush pilllows and spacious feeling. Firm mattress. Room cleaned and turned over daily with lovely fresh smell. Fairly quiet and corridors and lobby were modern and well maintained. Lifts had annoying ads running though. Good security features using your card to operate the lift. I chose this hotel for the pool and sunbathing deck to find it unexpectedly under renovation so was a bit disappointed. We enjoyed Bangkoks transport network for exploring the city. It’s only a ten min walk to the nearest BTS which doesn’t sound a lot but in the heat and humidity it’s a challenge so used grabs more than planned. Front desk and service staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. We didn’t use the restaurant or room service as felt it was a bit pricey so can’t comment.FromBRL 409

The hotel offers a tuk-tuk service until 8 PM, which is very convenient. I was charged a very reasonable discounted price, a lot of facilities included in room cost, swimming pool, steam, sauna, Gym, terrace relaxing area, free hourly shuttle boat to central pier, connecting to trains, and other boat services, 5 G WiFi, and room service staff very polite delivering fresh fruits every day, concierge staff very informative for local shops and attractions. It's an older hotel, after all, but the location is truly excellent. It's very close to the Grand Palace, and right outside the door is a very bustling street. It's convenient to get anywhere and traffic isn't usually an issue. The value for money is quite good. Some of the reviews online are, how should I put it, a bit subjective. The room isn’t very big but it’s very clean. It might be a bit tricky if you need to open two large suitcases, but since my friend and I only brought carry-on luggage, it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. About a 10-minute walk takes you to a lively street with Robinson and lots of local snacks. The off-season price was really ideal.

I stayed 3 nights at Vince Hotel and had such a wonderful experience!
The staff were so kind and thoughtful, they even prepared a lovely birthday decoration surprise for me, and helped me patiently when I had an issue with my room access card.
The service here is amazing, the room is clean, and the location is great. There are many 7-Eleven stores and massage shops within walking distance, and it’s also near Pratunam Night Market and Pratunam Mall.
The hotel provides a convenient buggy service to several nearby places, which makes getting around so easy!
I also love the delicious breakfast, the free supper, and the free Thai costume photo shooting, such a lovely and fun experience!

As a guest at Galleria 12 Sukhumvit Bangkok, I found the hotel to be a great choice for both business and leisure travel. Its prime location near Asok BTS and MRT stations, Terminal 21 shopping mall, and vibrant nightlife spots like Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with modern amenities such as rainfall showers, minibars, and coffee/tea facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The staff were exceptional, always professional and friendly, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Their personalised service was truly appreciated. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities, including a fitness centre, outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary shuttle service to the main road, which added great value to my stay.
However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The lack of in-room food delivery was inconvenient, as I had to collect my Grab orders from the front desk. The on-site restaurant’s limited hours, closing at 1:30 pm, meant there were no dining options available for dinner, which was a bit of a drawback. The pool bar was unstaffed and lacked ambiance, and both the pool and gym closed early at 8 pm, which was restrictive for those wanting to exercise or relax later in the evening. I was staying in 130 Hotel & Residence for 5 days, initially when booking, we were told only 2 day breakfasts are included, but when we checked in at the hotel they gave us 5 day voucher for breakfast, we were pleased for that. The service is great, everyone are welcoming and helpful, location was also good, there are cafe Amazon next to the hotel, and other traditional or bistro cafes nearby, the best thing was 7/11 right next to the hotel. Only thing at night it was a little loud outside due to traffic and cars. Overall it was a great experience, hope to come back soon.FromBRL 111
