"The staff at the courtyard were phenomenal from check in, amazing housekeeping (Amanda was Awesome) to just about everything. The cleanest hotel the elevator was even squeaky clean and disinfected while we were there. The washer and dryer convienant, pool area kept wonderfully even to the spa like rolled towels. Best of all NO gamboling made for a peaceful LV stay. Located right across the street from the convention. The gentleman worked the front desk each night remembered everyone in our group, felt like coming home nightly like a home away from home. This is a sign of great management when the whole staff happy and genuinely love their job." "My hubby & I were leaving on a 6am flight... and were staying next store at the Residence Inn by Marriott. We had just finished a four-day stint at the Convention hall & wanted to go out for one nice cocktail and appetizers but didn't want to travel too far. A quick call to Adolfo (the front desk manager) confirmed that they were still open and had appetizers. Once we arrived, Lisa & Eve at the bar were waiting for us as Adolfo had announced a couple from next door would be arriving shortly. The drinks were generous and the appetizers creative. The service & conversation was exceptional." "There is no free breakfast, except for boiled water, all of which can only be paid for by themselves. The parking lot does not seem to be free because we did not rent a car and did not book before we arrived in Las Vegas. Finally, we found that the price was not worth the price compared to the environment. Far worse than I expected."

"The hotel does not need to say 5 stars, but also think of slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, but there is no comb, I really did not expect there is still less international channels. It seems that the United States has priority. ." "The room is a bit small, but in this city this price should be this level, the Austrian brand is very general, not worth going." "Location is a bit far from the most lively place on the Las Vegas Strip"

"Breakfast is OK, you can have enough, there are two kinds of fruits, there are many kinds of snacks, there is 1 coffee, no milk, you can eat spinach in the vegetable, you can eat it in the first floor lobby, the outdoor pool is still cold, no casino, quiet at night. There are air flight attendants." "Breakfast is American, but there are fruits, orange juice, and coffee. The room is clean and the air conditioner is loud and the breakfast is free. Most hotels in the United States are independent air conditioners, fainted!" "Good breakfast is rich, the room is large, the location can also be hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha"

"This was another favorite hotel of mine. It feels clean and warm comparing to other hotels and front desk were nice too. The parking lot is good, the swimming pool is really nice . I really liked the room too. I did not go out of the hotel ! 👍" "Probably the best hotel to stay on this trip to the United States, the price is not the highest, and the free parking is very good, it is worth recommending" "Very quiet, clean, with water, parking free"
The hotel is really nice and nice but has issue, had to request new key card 4 time keep not working, but beside that very new and nice as expected from a new hotel, the hotel still had alot of email retail space, and a bit always from main strip. Pool is nice food is good, however the famous street was a let down.
The Venetian was amazing. The room was super clean, roomie, and comfortable. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants right inside the Venetian. The pools are very nice and plenty of places to relax.
We plan to stay there again in the near future.
hotel is well situated, easily walk to the north end of the strip. Have free underground parking so your car dont melT and no need to wait for valet. The rooms are huge and the AC is top notch, quiet and keep the temp where you set it. We have been to the Palazzo like a dozen times and its the place for us in Vegas. If you want to go to Chinayown its just 7-10 minutes away and have a lot of great asian and.non asian restaurants
The Bellagio is without a doubt an amazing hotel and the rooms are just beautiful.
However, I found the fact that there was no complimetry water and a charge of $24 for a bottle of water too much. Not to mention that such a company which mentions sustainabilty on its website has no option but to buy plastic bottles with no option to recycle. As well, I found a number of the staff rude.
Check in the with the app was fast and easy with the help of lobby assistant, food was pretty good at Johnny rocket and the place on the 2nd floor that sale chicken tender was good. The room was not great but clean we check in early so got
first avail which was a view of a wall so not hotel view but was given the option to switch the next day if we wanted so over all I give it a thumbs up older resort but was definitely a good deal.
Check in was quick and easy, got a free upgrade as soon as we checked in. What an upgrade. Never stayed in such a large suite in Vegas before. That being said, gonna be hard to top this hotel for me. Thanks MGM
Ah... check-in is really slow.
No refrigerator. No bottled water. No toothbrush or toothpaste.
The most important thing is that the door key is not recognized well.
Stress~ I was fortunate enough to receive two keys...
But I don't understand why they charge more for distant services.
The location seems good.
I enjoyed my room with a view and a King size bed. My only concern was that the pool are had many broken chairs. It minimizes the amount of chairs available to guest but yet they still charge full price for their resort fees. I had no chair and had to sit on the edge of the pool and wait for one to become available. I enjoyed my stay nonetheless. Thank you

The added charge left us more than a bit disappointed. We came in thinking there would be a fridge, a microwave, and a ciffee maker. None of these were available. And the price was nearly twice what we expected. All-in-all we were a little disappointed
