"I have my staycation here, back in April. I still miss it till today, as the experience, hotel staff and the room was all really good. Once you enter as an guest of the hotel, but when you check-out you feel like a family member of the hotel. Really enjoy my stay very much, will return again. "
"Excellent hotel, the renovations the past years have retained the old british style grandiose architecture with modern technology and it was really beautiful. A great experience. Clean, good service, very big spacious and high ceiling rooms. Quiet corner of the hotel beside palm court garden. "
"First time staying at this hotel , what an amazing experience. The staff , service , food and facilities out of this world , history tour and afternoon tea included in the package which makes the whole experience another level. Would defiantly recommend . "

"Our stay was overall quite pleasant as we got a free upgrade to the bay view room. Soon after, we discovered a bed bug on the bed and was switched to a new room at a higher tier(?) almost immediately. I was pleased by the staff's efficient response. There is no doubt their standard of service is very high. I am still perplexed at the presence of the bed bug though. Perhaps it is time they call in pest control as the situation could be way worse if the bed bug proceeds to bite their guests. I would visit again as I loved the view and interior decorations. Oh, and we had $200 dining credits as well, and I enjoyed the best lamb chop I have ever tasted in Singapore, with their in-room dining service."
"I really enjoyed my stay at Fullerton Bay Hotel. The service and staff have been really amazing. I booked for the bay view room which offered a stunning view. I will return again next time."

"Was initially impressed by the room... until I put my things onto the bedside table and I brushed pass a stain on it. Window was also slightly dirty. If it's any consolation to the housekeepers, I do think that they have a lot to do, so maybe they had to clean quickly and efficiently. Next, I booked a packaged room with dining credits and was initially told to pay service charge despite ordering takeaway. Thankfully, the  Manager waived it. Prior to this, I had checked with the restaurant involved and was told that all transactions involving hotel dining credits had service charge regardless of dine-in/takeaway. We were subsequently offered an upgrade to a room with the view of Marina Bay. Prior, I should  have asked the hotel when they would take us to the new room, because we ended up waiting idly for quite some time in the non-upgraded room, which was rather annoying because we could have made better use of the time to do other stuff (Instead of waiting). By then my hotel partner and I were just blaming each other for agreeing to the upgrade, which sort of ruined the day. The upgraded room had a very nice view, but it did show some signs of age. The gadget to adjust the bathtub plug looked like it was falling off. By then, I was just too tired and frustrated and didn't want any more interruptions, so I let it pass. At least it didn't fall off during my stay. On the whole, I do like the hotel and the atmosphere, but i feel that the quality check (QC) could be improved upon to minimize stay disruption"
"Check in was a breeze, fuss free, easy & quick. Room was clean & beautiful. My kids love the pool with the amazing view of the river. Ordered in-room dining & it arrived pretty fast. Food was good. I would like to comment on the excellent customer service of the staff, so friendly & polite. Very impressed!"
"Hotel room was excellent, with stunning views of Marina Bay. We also had the Joyous menu at Jade Restaurant and the high tea at Courtyard Cafe, both of which were sumptuous. The service was great too. When we were having high tea, there was also a harpist playing, which added to the nice ambience."

"Pros: - Grand lobby with an expansive sea view. - Rooms with bathtub next to the window overlooking the gorgeous city skyline or sea. - Complimentary birthday cake upon request via email. - Room and bathroom are clean and neat. - White Tea toiletries smell great. - Complimentary use of steam room and whirlpool in Heavenly Spa for in-house guests. - Staff are courteous but overall service lacks warmth. Cons: - Room 3821 filled with the smell of cooking fumes during restaurant operating hours. As a a result, my partner could not stop sneezing. Would suggest the hotel to inspect the room and ventilation system. - Not many food options around the area on weekends and public holidays. - Breakfast is limited to one set per person. - The interior design of the room (except for bathroom) is of a business hotel concept, which did not give me a relaxing feel for a much needed staycation. "
"Hassle free and smooth check in process. Fantastic view from the room. "
"It was a very nice staycation for the weekend as there are not much crowd throughout my stay. "

"Love this hotel! Location is great. Link to suntec, marina square and raffles city shopping centre. Basement has restaurants and cafes around. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! Would 100% recommend all to stay here! Though downside is that check in time may delayed. Waited for 45 mins before I could really check in around 3.50pm but was compensate with $50 hotel in-room dining voucher for the time delayed and lost. Some other hotels wouldn't even give anything even though it kept you waiting for 1 hour. Truly appreciate the nice gesture and generosity from the hotel. Thank you! Would definitely come back some day ☺️"
"We loved the following: 1. Services provided during our stay: cleaning our room, requests from housekeeping 2. Wide spread of buffet breakfast - not boring cos you have a lot of choices. Loved the food at Beach Road resto. 3. Billiard/Snooker - highlights of our stay too. We had fun! 4. Loved the relaxing area at level 22. You gotta watch the city view while you are catching the wind."
"Booked a room for my husband birthday. Enjoy the club access and the selection of high tea, wines and cocktails. Hazel from the club demonstrated the epitome of great service’s and . Always delightful, warm and eager to make our time at the club better. A tad disappointed that despite my booking 6 months ago, request for high floor wasn’t granted. And not even a 30 min later den 12noon check out was granted. Professional service But rather impersonal service by all except Hazel."

"The service was great. We were transferred over from the 1 Bedroom Beach Villa and we didn't have to worry about checking in. All I did was to sign another registration form that the butler will bring to me. I just had to wait in the room while they were getting the Ocean Suite ready. We were lucky to get the 'MIKA' Ocean Suite as out of the 12 Ocean Suite rooms, there is only 1. I will like to commend Willy for his quick service everyday no matter the most ridiculous request. 😅"
"Room was beautiful and spacious, the service was fantastic from the get go with the manager greeting you and introduce you to the staff that will be attending to you. Everything was spelled out to the letter. Awesome experience!"
"Very nice hotel but lousy staff like we own them tons of money must be really under paid by rws . Such a waste but didn’t blame of them hope this review can help them increase their pay . And also super under stuff "

"Requested for early check-in but wasn’t available. Arrived around 1pm but told to wait as still cleaning room. Checked around 2pm and still the same thing. They said they can give a room of a lower floor if we wanted to check in first but we said we were willing to wait for the higher floor. Went for lunch and found out they gave the room on a lower floor which wasn’t agreed upon. Managed to get a higher floor room after some discussion. The room was quite clean, location is super convenient and the view is nice. Upon checking out the staff charged our credit card when it had already been charged. Staff was honest to inform us and gave his namecard should the money not be refunded. "
"As a solo staycay-er, I pleasantly felt safe in this hotel (apart from someone knocking and tried to open my room door a couple of times on my 2nd night there). I chose this hotel because of how easy it was to get my favourite food just mere distance away. Staffs were very friendly and always ready to help. Room is relatively clean when I checked in although there was a wrapper under the sink. TV is great, alot of channels to choose from but mostly used screen mirroring from phone. Can't wait to go back here again during my next holiday! "
"Was a simple and pretty frill-ess stay/package that we had gotten, so not much to have to comment on… except the room I guess 😅 Room was clean, and that’s the main reason I’m back at Andaz. Didn’t use any facilities except the sun (?) lounge, which offered complimentary beverages that we could sit at for awhile. Otherwise, location was convenient, so we had a good time exploring the Bugis streets and food. :)"

"Was so looking forward to staying at FSS upon reading and hearing all the good reviews on the excellent service provided by the hotel. Needless to say, everything went great and was up to expectation initially (with regards to the check-in service, room, room birthday decor was done up by the housekeeping team, birthday cake, etc) until our dinner. Our stay comes with a bottle of prosecco, + 3 course dinner + breakfast. It seems like not much attention were being paid to us as compared to patrons who were ordering from the ala carte menu (observed this from other tables having the three course meals who weren’t getting as much attention as well), we had to prompt the servers for them to clear our plates and refill our drinks. The service was disappointing and definitely not how my fiancé would liked his actual birthday to go. We didn’t wanted to stay at the restaurant any longer upon completing our meal, thus we requested for the remaining bottle of Prosecco to be sent up to our room. Kudos to the housekeeping team/room service team who managed to have our room made up + Prosecco sent up to our room within that short span of time! (Even before we reached back into our room) :-) Also shamelessly asked for a later check-out time (read from the Trip.sg telegram group that some were given complimentary checkout timing at 3pm) however I was only given till 2pm which left a really sour taste in my mouth although a half-day room charge only applies for checkout after 3pm. Asked personally at the concierge as well as via four seasons app - please just look at the difference in attitude on the app as compared to prior conversation. Initial conversation was so polite and with much enthusiasm, however the reply with regards to my late checkout request seemed so hostile. Or am I just too sensitive? "
"Chose a staycation package that included 3 course meal, bottle of Prosecco and breakfast. Came for our wedding anniversary and four seasons hotel was so thoughtful and sweet! They wrote a sweet message on the mirror, gave chocolate covered strawberries and filled the tub with rose petals. Definitely really enjoyed the entire stay as it wasn’t that crowded. The bed and pillows were so comfy that my husband and I could just lie there and fall asleep within seconds. Dinner and breakfast buffet was beyond expectations. Not only were food delicious, the service was hands down one of the best that I have experienced. 10/10 recommend and would book again"
"Stayed there for our anniversary and loved it. Hotel also prepared a cake and card for us, which was most appreciated. 3-course meal with prosecco was great and valet parking right at the entrance was available for $25 (for a 24hr-span). Slept like a baby too! Definitely will return!"

"We were warmly greeted by the reception. Our room was ready before the official check-in time of 3.00 pm. That is, of course , a pleasant surprise. The children, age 7 and 9, were happy with the Urban Jungle Adventure room. Probably the with the rain, the walk distance was 100 metres more due to the detour. Our room, Harbour Studio, was spacious and comes with a Nesspresso Machine. The bed was cozy and soft. The bathroom was also spacious and came with a hi tech bidet. The point to take note is the shower room was kind of small but that would not ruin the staycation exprience. The location of the hotel is exceptional. You can reach Marina Square, Millennia Walk and Suntec by foot. Now the hotel under some refurbishment, hopefully when we comes back again for our 15th anniversary, the hotel can surprise us again. Coincidentally, we celebrated our 5th and 10th anniversary at this hotel too!"
"Booked a one night staycation with Pan Pac to celebrate birthday. Room is big and comfortable, however the amenities were not of a 5 stars hotel’s standard. Hair conditioner was empty, one of the bottled water was opened. We called for replacement, it took them at least 30mins to come to our room to replace it. Our room comes with club benefits which includes afternoon tea, evening cocktails and breakfast. The food selections were good, club lounge ambience was very nice. The hotel gave us a welcome platter, which includes dragonfruits and pineapple tart. The pineapple tart were mouldy when we open it. I expected more from this hotel, this is not a very good experience for us."
"Excellent stay with free upgrade to panaromic deluxe room facing MBS. Was given a complimentary birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. Early checkin at 2pm was possible, which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, an enjoyable stay which we will book again soon!"

We had a great stay at the one bedroom suite. Requested for a baby cot and hotel manage to fulfill the request. However the baby cot is very old and not as clean as I expected. Breakfast selection was great! We enjoyed the breakfast very much. From American breakfast to Asian food such as laksa and prata.

The experience was pleasantly good. We were served by Seri upon check-in and she kindly helped me to secure a room at an earlier timing before the stipulated check-in time. Staff were polite and gentle to guests. One drawback is the very limited range of TV channels for guests especially those with children.

We stayed at the Marina bay Sands hotel for one night for our honeymoon.it’s a stunning hotel and the view from the infinity pool was worth every penny. I didn’t realise but there is also a jacuzzi on the opposite side of the infinity pool with a view of the gardens by the bay. The hotel staff were very helpful around the hotel and service was quick. They booked us in promptly and prior to the check in time as we had arrived early. The view from the deluxe garden view was outstanding. The room itself was spacious with one of the biggest tv in a hotel I have come across. I have only given 4 stars for the service as the room phone to request express service was not working. I had to phone via my mobile to get through to the service team to inform them. They did say someone will be on their way to review the phone but was not repaired/fix. Apart from that everything else was excellent. The breakfast has great vegetarian options to.

A perfect three days two nights stay with my boyfriend at Park Royal. I especially like the swimming pool and the lobby design. The room is very clean and well designed. Wooden floor is nice and we have a little balcony in the room. Room size is big as well as the bathroom. There is a bathtub and it’s not bad. Night time swimming pool is very nice.

For the price that I’m paying, the room is rather small. There were only 2 pillows for the queen bed. The toilet is pretty tight too. The staff didn’t even smile when checking me in. Quite a good location with variety of food.

Not super duper clean I saw a few strands of hair in the sink and towels were a little stained (which was changed upon request) overall the toilet cleanliness is decent 3.5/5 however the room is super worth it. The staff are also very friendly and gave us a high floor upon request. Location is great as there’s many food places including a beautiful park and temple. 7/11 as well. With a mall that had all the essentials. We also had some issues which caused some noise and they came in to check first if everything is okay before giving us a warning. I loved that they were caring before doing their duty although they didn’t have to! Thank you for your service. For the price I’ll definitely come back 😉

Came to SG for the F1 event but booked very last minute. And understandably the hotels throughout the city is very full. I am grateful that Furama still have a clean and newly renovated rooms available within my business budget. I must say, the room is very very small. And the soundproofing is not done very well at all. I can hear conversations next door and the faucet next door turning on and off especially very early morning. The property itself is getting a bit dated. Some parts have not been renovated like the gym. It can be bigger given that size of the property and the equipment are quite old. It does have a full squat rack though, that is nice.

I booked the room to celebrate me and my sister’s birthday. They gave us a 25th storey room and sent us a cake. The staff were very kind and helpful all around. The view is beautiful and the room is spacious. The breakfast was ok, not the best selection but sufficient enough. Great location! Surrounded by many food places, with a 24hr NTUC and Tanjong Pagar food centre just across the road. I would definitely come back again!

Location is good, conveniently located near Jurong East MRT station and bus interchange. There are also three shopping malls nearby. Convenient for shopping and many food choices. With a few fast food places and donki which operates for 24 hours, a blessing for foodies! Room is also clean and spacious, would be better if there could be an additional chair and small coffee table. The self-check in kiosk not that user friendly though, many room for improvement.

The room was small and the mattress was hard for me to sleep for the first time. Everything else is fine. The bad thing is that I have to check out before 12:30, and I can check in at 3:00, and it takes three and a half hours to clean? ! And the front desk said that there is a charge after 12:30 (one night), is it too sorry for the price of more than 900 nights? ! ! ! ! !

Convenient location. Able to get access to many places by foot. Able to walk to marina bay to watch fireworks for the new year, able to walk to bugis junction & bugis +, and lavender has fairprice for those who are looking to get snacks. There are also many shophouses around for foreigners to try which are on the affordable side. Room wise, bed is relatively clean. There's a nice balcony for us. There are no room slippers, which is a little bit strange. And no cups for us to put our toothbrushes in the bathroom, which is a downside. Kettle is quite dirty even after first boiling and first rinsing, black stuff kept coming out, but seems a given for all hotels. Hangers are non detacheable, which i do not like. Swimming pool is nice, and towels are provided beside it. Nice sunbeds. Keycard is easy to use. And counter staff allowed late checkout

The location may not be the best as it is about 15min from the nearest train station (TEL Havelock). Alternative is to take a bus and alight outside River Place Condo and it is a less than 5min walk. Service wise is prompt and fuss free. Stayed for 2 days. Breakfast is about the same for each day. No cooking stations available but food served was decent. Room could be dusty due to the design of the hotel but room was clean and decent. I had a sensitive nose and was sneezing non stop with runny nose. Took med to resolve in the end. The loft area had a sofa bed and it gave no major issue (no bites). TV has limited channels, only local stations. Wifi was good and there was no issue with connections to multiple devices. Hot water was consistent. Overall a pleasant stay.

Room was better than expected. Very chic and cleverly designed. It's got everything a room essentially needs and a little extra more. Beds were comfortable. I really love the strategic and convenient location. But because it is facing the city, traffic sounds are quite audible from within the rooms but I could live with that. Breakfast however could be improved, the time I was there, the breakfast selection seemed quite miserable. Overall i think room standards are important and I think travelodge has done a great job in that aspect.
