"The hotel is located between Don Mueang Airport and Suvarnabhumi. It is suitable for evening flights and early flights at different airports the next day. The overall environment is ok and the service ecology is very good, but the main road is at the door 10 minutes drive from Hua Mak subway station"
"Just a normal hotel near the airport. Drops to the hotel are too expensive."

"Thank you very much for all the help given by Capella during your stay. In particular, on the 13th, the service staff who helped to inquire about the testing in the hospital designated by the Chinese embassy responded quickly, made urgent arrangements, and made careful and thoughtful arrangements! The hotel service is really at home, meeting any of your needs, really like coming home. The quality of the hotel equipment is very high, and every detail has been carefully polished. The dining table in the room is also set with small vase of flowers, and it is a flower arrangement designed. The degree of diligence is evident. Afternoon tea is highly recommended, the quality is not inferior to that of Mandarin Oriental, London. The food ordered in the room tasted very good, especially the crayfish Tom Yum Kung soup, which was ordered twice in a row. The hotel has a variety of activities, and children like traditional Thai dessert making, which is suitable for family vacations. Since staying at Capella, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Peninsula, One and Only, Jumeirah seem to have become clouds... See you soon!"
"Halfway through the bath, the shower system ran out of water. The hotel's shower system had problems several times. There was not a drop of water in the whole room. It made strange noises at night. The solution given by the hotel was to ask customers to pack their luggage and change rooms in the middle of the night. I was really tired. I was tossed by this shower at 10pm until nearly 1am in the morning, I didn't change it, and the hotel didn't mention this accident when I checked out, it seemed that it was a dead end. Quite disappointed to be honest"
"The river view room is really good, the view is very good, the service is also in place, in short, great"

"Stay for one night here at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok on 23 April 2022. 7 years in Bangkok, 1st visit to this world-renowned hotel with over 145 years of history. If you live in Bangkok and don't come here for one night, you will feel a bit regretful in your life, so you must come here, and of course you must be famous. I booked two rooms, both of which can see the Chao Phraya River, and both have a balcony. The Mandarin room is RMB 4678, and the deluxe king bed room is RMB 4012, both of which do not include breakfast. Breakfast costs more than 300 yuan per gram, so I don't think it is necessary. Mandarin rooms can directly see Iconsiam Bangkok's largest shopping mall, as well as the two high-rise buildings that are adjacent to the shopping mall and invested by the hotel group, each of which exceeds 100 million baht, which is more than 20 million yuan. The hotel has a boat to pick up and drop off from the mall, and it goes back and forth every hour on weekdays. Every half hour on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. There are several different restaurants in it, but the most important thing is afternoon tea, Author's Lounge from 11:00 to 6, 7:00 pm is a must-go place. 4 of us went there, because it didn't pass until 5:30 in the afternoon, so the most beautiful place in the atrium had vacancies, which was really rare. Life is an experience at different levels. You can live with a single meal and a steamed bun, and you can live in a room of 10,000 yuan a night. It is also a different experience. It depends on your ability and your choice. If you have the ability If you have time, this place is a must visit, even if you're just here for an afternoon tea."
"Hotel was newly renovated and really really nice. Room is big and clean, equipment very nice and convenient. Location not bad. need some walk to main road, but very peaceful. We love the balcony, and restaurant for brunch. Nice view and comfortable. However, staffs were mostly friendly but not very well-trained. Some did not even greeting us when met at the elevator or corridors, which should not happen at a five star hotel we thought. Overall, we like this hotel, hope can have better experience next time."
"Everything is the best in Bangkok except the surrounding environment such as access roads are objectively restricted. The breakfast room is in a good location and clean."

The hotel is located next to the four-faced Buddha. It is a hotel that has stayed many times and is highly recommended. Because I have stayed many times and automatically help upgrade the room type, I feel very good. The free welcome coffee on the first floor is also delicious. A must-stay hotel every time you come to Bangkok. The room's bathroom was large and had a bathtub. The living room has a kitchenette and a washing machine.

Living on the 12th floor The water pressure of the shower head is very small But the water pressure in the bathtub is very strong, and it doesn't conflict with the shower. The air conditioner is very powerful And the electricity in the room will not be cut off. Great service attitude The daily consumables in the room are sometimes given differently.

The hotel location is ok, a couple of very nice restaurants and a 7-eleven but not more than that. The service is amazing, specially the concierge who gets you a cab, and pays for your deliveries, and find nice places for dinner and massage. The cleaning is a bit disorganised, some days they don’t change towels, and don’t leave water, or they don’t wash the dishes (A huge point to improve here). The swimming pool is nice, and drinks are good. Some shadow would be appreciated. Breakfast is good, and the service is perfect! Price/quality ratio is 10 points

Silom/Sathorn Bangkok|0.33km from downtown
It was my second time staying with them, and I really enjoyed the huge King bed, like before. The bed and pillows aren't the comfiest but they were perfect for me as a solo traveller who did not stay in the room (or used the bed) that much. The main entrance (along the road) to the hotel is quite small and hidden unless you turn in, so one might miss it (especially in the evening when the streets are darker) when passing through - so it's good to slow the driver down when nearing the property, if you're on a ride. The staff were okay, and their customer service was slightly better than previously (my first stay was in April 2022 when Thailand was still in the midst of returning to normalcy and adjusting their border control orders). The hotel rates are much higher this time i.e. I paid around 1800 THB a night (I think back to those of pre-COVID days) - almost doubled as compared to when I last visited (again, when there were much lesser travellers and as such lower occupancy, I guess) - but I still think that it was worth it overall. Some facilities in the room are kinda dated (I mean, the hotel itself is pretty old) and the carpets and curtains were definitely soiled with stains, but I could ignore those since they were really not a big problem for me. I only hated the slightly lingering cigarette smoke stench, even though I believe the room was stated as a non-smoking one. I had included meals for my booking this time, and I will say that the buffet breakfast was average - it had western food items like hotdogs and sunny eggs, as well as Asian dishes like fried rice and fried noodles. The variety is limited but the breakfast served its purpose. I will recommend this property, with all things considered, including its location and price point. Enjoy your stay! =)

This hotel is faaaaar from a 5 star hotel. No plugs to charge anything next to the bed, plugs for the TV do not work so no TV. Impossible to control the temperature of the air conditioning. And impossible to turn off the main light of the room, no switch. Basically you will sleep with the light on in the cold of the air conditioning or the light off in the heat of Bangkok. Good luck to you !

Good location near Khaosan Road. and major attractions But the hotel is already very old The rooms are still in antique style. The power socket is also a 2-pin system. The door to the room and the connecting door can be seen on the other side. Whoever said anything heard it all. and the air conditioner is not cold Only good that the shower water is strong.

Everything is ok. The hotel is an old hotel. No renovation has been done for a long time. It's easy to get food and drinks during the night. The day market is just a few steps away from the hotel. The traffic is bad during the night due to Chinatown popularity among the locals and foreigners

My uncle and Aunty said When we arrived there, the hotel guests opened the door of our taxi and welcomed with the fresh towel. They are so friendly and very nice. Besides the rooms are very clean and we felt very comfortable. The hotel’s location is very great and there are so many shopping centers , bars and massages. We stayed there almost 9 days in Novotel Simon. Next time if we come here for a vacation, we will stay here definitely for sure. Thanks for everything
