"From the front office team to the housekeeping attendants, passing by the excellent service at the terrace and breakfast. We were simply amazed by the kindness and smile of every single employee. Our little daughter was pampered in every single way and we’re looking forward to coming back and enjoy the real meaning of luxury, the top service of Mandarin Oriental combined with the experience and dedication of Ritz Madrid. Thank you." "Palatial lobby and restaurant settings. Beautiful room (bathroom full of marble, with golden faucets). Staff professionalism is one of its kind. I’ve been impressed by the concierge team. When you are at the Ritz Madrid, you feel relieved from the mundane things of life." "incredible hotel, restaurants with spectacular food and service... the view of the room to Plaza de la Lealtad... Everything was AMAZING!!! I loved Isabel (Jardín de Ritz) and Joaquín (breakfast). I am returning again for sure..."

"Very nice and new hotel. The rooms are fantastic. Some of the best I have seen. Great service at the front desk and the spa/pool. However the concierge was horrible. I had called the day before we arrived and asked them to make us a reservation at a high end tapas place. I didn’t have a preference for which one but assume there are many such places in the center of Madrid. They said they had just the place. I called back later that day and asked for them to expand the reservation as some of our local friends were going to join. They said they could seat us in the bar area. I indicated this wasn’t going to work as our friends have young kids and frankly that wasn’t the kind of ambiance we wanted. I asked them to find us a new place. They called back and aid they had a private room in the same restaurant. They sent a photo and it seemed fine. They said nothing more about the table. Once we got to the restaurant the ambiance was a bit wanting. The bar area was awful and I am glad we didn’t agree to eat there. They took us to our table and it turned out to be a shared table. It seated 20 and there was another party we didn’t know on the other end. I spoke to the manager of the restaurant and said he explained that he told the concierge that this was a shared table. She never told me that and honestly who wants a shared table for a formal dining experience. I am still not sure why they didn’t just find another restaurant. Luckily our dinner guests found another restaurant." "The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is an example of one of the best hotels in Madrid. The hotel was opened in 2020. So everything is new and the hotel contains many modern technologies. The main attributes characteristic of this hotel: The amazing restaurant Dani on the roof of the hotel. Having breakfast here is an extraordinary experience when the city is waking up. The luxury spa is spread over 3 floors and includes a very well-equipped gymnasium, a wonderful rooftop pool with terraces and very opulent facilities. Anyone who knows the experience of Four Seasons hotels knows that sleeping in a bed is a pleasure. On top of all the luxurious amenities is the absolutely unprecedented excellent attitude of the staff in all departments of the hotel. What makes a stay at the Four Seasons hotel different is the staff. Thank you all for a wonderful stay and I warmly recommend everyone to stay here." "Very considerate service, every service staff passing by will greet you with a smile and greet you warmly, regardless of whether they serve you or not. The design of rooms and public facilities in the hotel is very humane and reasonable. The iPad in the room is not like some hotels. If you have any needs, you can directly communicate with the hotel and reply quickly. Have the opportunity to stay again."

"Shopping is more convenient, the Chinese restaurant downstairs is awful, and the afternoon tea in the garden is OK. Said it is a suite, but it is not. Just a low screen separating the bed and the sofa to the suite? ! The room cleaning is done well. Breakfast is relatively monotonous" "The hotel is not in the center of Madrid, but the location is right, next to the luxury street, free upgrade, good room, no toothpaste and toothbrushes, extra bed, parking. There are very few Chinese in the hotel, so I haven't encountered it" "Stayed for the second time, the location of the hotel is very good, behind is the famous street, shopping is very convenient. The hotel feels very atmospheric, the service is also very good, and the rooms are clean."

"Can be an extra bed, we are 8 years old and there is no extra bed fee. But this time the hygiene is not good. On the day of the check-in, the bathtub in the room was all sand and stone. It was not cleaned. Waiting for the waiter to open the night bed, I asked for cleaning. In the evening, I went to the small garden to rest, and I ordered a glass of champagne. The waiter actually used a glass of water-filled glass (estimated to be washed and not dried) and poured champagne directly to me, hehe! The next day, the children will sleep more than 7 o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, the children's bed and the quilt are inexplicably wet. Later I went to the front desk and asked them to make better bedding. Very hurt. In such a good location, the rest of the hotel is very good, it is a sanitary situation, it is unacceptable." "Hotel shopping is more convenient, Ingles department store walk 10 minutes, next to the big names gathered. The hotel lobby and restaurant are beautiful, the breakfast is beautiful and the environment is very good. Drinking in the garden at night is also very relaxing. The room is small, although it is a suite, the service is not bad." "It is completely overdue. Upgraded the suite, up and down the building, early check-in in the morning, very very high quality price ratio. Impeccable. Small hotel, warm and well-organized. Walk to the famous brand area such as Hermes, recommended!"

With Príncipe Pío Railway Station just 2km away and Madrid Barajas Airport only 20km away, transportation is very convenient. In addition, Sol Metro Station is just a short walk away. "Hotel location is very good, very close to Madrid's fashion shopping avenue serrano, service is OK, breakfast type is not much, if you want to try the Spanish breakfast can go out of the store, it is not recommended to book the hotel's breakfast. Overall, it seems to be very good. This time, the photo provided by Ctrip does not match the room. The hotel's room classification is very clear and can be seen on the hotel's own website, but Ctrip's technical department generally refers to the room type photos. The deluxe room is obviously irresponsible. In response to customer service, their reply was that the technical department did not make a mistake. Can only suggest that Ctrip can not visit the hotel in person before sending a room picture, please carefully browse the hotel's website, the picture of the room is carefully classified to be responsible for the performance of the consumer... I have lived this place before. The hotel, knowing the room type, made such a comment. I hope you can see this comment. The hotel is very good, but Ctrip's service is a bit disappointing..." "Beautiful hotel with magnificent views of the city Very good location too Nothing to say about the service, the cleanliness... The restaurant wasn't great though : there were always a lot of people in it and we waited a lot for the simplest ordrer, and God knows that time is a luxury you can't afford when you have your kids around ! I unfortunately don't recommend it if you're travelling with your family" "Downtown hotel, the big big gathering street is very close. Shopping and dining nearby are very convenient. There are many local quality restaurants. Experience the daily life of locals, not far from the nearby supermarkets. The hotel is very comfortable and refined"

"Spain has lived in the most satisfying hotel. Although the hotel is not big, it is exquisite, the service is impeccable, the spare parts are full set of L'Occitane, and extra bath supplies and hand cream are given. The favorite photos are taken on the balcony of the room. Very Spanish style, breakfast menu can be single point, rich choice, highly recommended!" "In the center of Madrid, the door is inconspicuous, the service is excellent, the breakfast is great, it is very enjoyable, and there are small gifts. The room is large and has a balcony. All central attractions are within walking distance, the train station is less than 3 km, and the rental time is 8:00 to 22:30. There is no need to stop the hotel." "The hotel is located in the center of Madrid, with convenient transportation and good service attitude, it is worth having. But it is not good, not a house facing the street, the light is a bit dim."
Great location near the restaurants , shops and sightseeing (museum) ; friendly and “beyond” helpful staff who will always do the extra mile to please the customer; fantastic view from the roof top including a sushi corner and a bar with Great cocktails and DJ in the evenings. The rooms are not too big but they are very sleek, super comfy beds and fantastic bath products from “Finca Serena”! Highly recommend The Principal for leisure or a business trip!
I stayed for four nights. The hotel was specially designed to catch the New Year's Eve in 2020. In order to see the New Year's Eve in Puerta del Sol, it is worth living. The location is extremely good. You can walk to any place of interest Goya luxury street walk for fifteen minutes, there is also very safe, no one said that the thief came out, a thief did not see it at all, the hotel room was a little small, the next two nights added a little money to upgrade the beautiful scenery The balcony room is very nice and happy, and will come again next time.
Did not have breakfast at the hotel, it is recommended to buy bread, milk, fruits at the carrefour express convenience store across the road, cheap and delicious, milk is super delicious. The location of the hotel is very good, basically in the middle of the attractions, and the room size is quite large. In the center of the main street, there is a large primark, where you can buy daily necessities, and you can buy them without any pajamas. The price of this hotel is 2 ~ 3 times that of the surrounding hotels. The location is similar. The price is estimated to be under HYATT. Compared with the surrounding hotels, I don't think it is very worthwhile, but the staff are very good. The kitten's pillows are cute, the bathroom is large, the toiletries are very comfortable, the decoration of the room is also very artistic, there is a coffee machine and a kettle, but the snacks in the room are too expensive, it is recommended to buy at a convenience store. Downstairs there is a Real Madrid store. Be careful not to pull the Antimicroblal in the bathroom. I pulled it because of curiosity, and then called at the front desk.
Breakfast is very good, can take children to live, is located in the university area, very close to the city center, and very close to Real Madrid home Bernabeu stadium. The hotel is very close to the subway station and easy to travel. The hotel has paid parking. There are also many green and blue lines nearby. The green line stops for up to 2 hours and the blue line stops for up to 4 hours. But there are some special no-stop times to pay attention to, although the cable cannot be stopped at that time. The green and blue lines are free of charge at 21: 00-9: 00 in the evening. The Thai restaurant in the hotel tastes very good. The Thai food is authentic. The waiters are all Thai. The prices are very reasonable.
The hotel is big and has a good view. There is a large balcony and the room is clean. The washroom is also huge. The location is good, about 10 minutes drive from the airport. It is also convenient to go to the city center.
Very good environment, complete facilities, good attitude of waiters, clean room, swimming pool, breakfast
Has a bar
Very far from the attractions, very close to the airport, about half an hour's drive from the attractions
When I was in the lobby with a private room card, as soon as I turned around, my backpack was stolen and it was on the sofa in front of the front desk. I just got off the plane, all my important items are inside, working computer, bank card, ID card, passport, cash ... There are cameras in the lobby, but it can only be seen by the police, what! Go to the police station to report the case, but No, no one came to check, and I didn't give any feedback after staying for three days. The hotel can't help anything, it's terrible ... the four-star hotel is just that.
The hotel itself is very good, but it was given a room with an internal structure, that is, the window that is opened is a ventilation shaft. It should be the cheapest room, right? The room is relatively small, and it feels like it has to be set a little expensive. The location is ok, it's very close to the train station and the square. If you can, you can walk to many places. Surrounding roads
The hotel is okay, but it may just be from a hotel in Barcelona, the service concept is far from the Gerald Hotel in Barcelona ... The waiters at this front desk are a little lazy and hide when no one checks in Small room behind the front desk. (I do n’t know if those days were so cold). When the Gerald Hotel in Barcelona was in or out of the hotel, someone would help open the door, and the front desk was always full of smiles.
Very clean and tidy, this time staying in is great, check-in and check-out are very fast, service attitude is very good, every day wake up there are snacks hanging on the door, it is recommended to stay
First of all, I want to explain that Madrid is not a suitable place for vacation. I don't think I will go there because there are too many people.
Near Sol, walk for 3 minutes to Sol. The traffic is very large. I ’m scared. I ’m sorry because I ’m poor. I have two showers in the mixed room and two men and women in the toilet. But the shower ... door A frosted glass door without a lock ... I can barely accept it, but this may not be acceptable to some people so you are optimistic! The shower door in the mixed room is also unlocked! !! !! If I care about it, I will be poor when I am separated. The bed was perfect, and the bay window was pretty. The bar on the second floor of the public area has zero points. Do you know why? Because I was the little brother at the front desk and the bartender of the bar that day, the English was too poor to understand what I was saying and I could n’t understand what he was saying. Don't be too hopeful about Spanish in Spanish in Spain ...
Occasionally booked the net red hotel, the room is not very big, the reason of the patio is that the room downstairs will have an echo, the other is good, the bathroom shower is like, can take a comfortable bath, the bed is very comfortable, the surrounding is prosperous, the decoration is young Favorite hotel
The hotel is very good. The very friendly and attentive staff, they informed us very well of everything we asked for sightseeing in Madrid. The room is clean, the bed is large and comfortable, you rest very well. The toilet with the shower is modern, but I did not like that there was no door on the toilet. The room is quite small, yet we have been very comfortable.
