Sitting on the bed and watching the sea, brand new hotel, everything
The facilities, even if you don't remember to bring a film to enjoy the bathtub, the shower's hot water is also fun. The Greek breakfast was extremely rich, and we couldn't finish it, especially the fried egg toast, freshly squeezed orange juice, which was unique in the world.

We booked a sea view room but were arranged on the first floor. Although we could see the sea, most of it was blocked. I was not satisfied with this. In addition, the hotel bathtub leaked. After taking a shower, water flowed everywhere. The only thing I was satisfied with was that the mattress was large and comfortable. There were many types of breakfast.

The hotel is a four-star hotel with a good location, only 10 minutes away from the city center. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is rich, the reception is warm and thoughtful, and the service is in place. It is a recommended place to stay for tourists to Zadao.

This hotel deserves a huge thumbs-up! It's incredibly convenient, with the tour group pick-up point within 100 meters of the entrance. The sea view room was actually two rooms, and they even allowed us to check out at 1 PM, which is practically unheard of in Europe.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and they provide free upgrade services from the receptionist :)

It can be said that I have stayed in the best service hotel in Europe. The boss Mr. Dali was very enthusiastic, first upgraded the room to the most luxurious room with a large balcony facing the sea, and arranged different trips for us in Zakinsos for three days. We left our clothes on the beach a dozen kilometers away because of carelessness, and halfway to the airport we remembered that we had left things at the hotel, but the bosses were free to help us get them back. In addition, the hotel's restaurant is also great, breakfast is free, things are very rich, and the boss also sends us water or drinks from time to time. The photos sent are all hotel food. The hotel is located in the port of Zakinsos, the location is particularly convenient. Friends who don't drive can stay here and let the boss arrange everything. Zakinsos is really beautiful and highly recommended.

The set mountain view room, the boss changed it to a sea view room for free. The hotel is across the street from the sea, not noisy, very quiet at night. You can watch the sunrise in the room in the morning. Breakfast is rich. The roadside at the door can be parked casually and there is no charge. A very cost-effective hotel.

The hotel is on a beautiful well maintained property, the room was clean and spacious, staff were generally welcoming with exception for the odd 1 or 2 interactions. However major improvement is required for the checking in process, I stood for 45 minutes waiting to be checked in, this is my second visit, the 1st was long as well but not as long as this occasion. The customer service agent was apologetic and also gave us a bottle of wine for the delay.
I found the food at the main buffet area was quite limited, pasta station had for protein only seafood mix, entertainment was next to non- existing, not much excitement on the beach or pool, sport bar is a no as well
Overall it is a nice property, but not much to do within the property, it was good for relaxation.SOLD OUT

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to have conversations or just to offer a friendly greeting. The room was beautiful and kept clean and was always stocked. The entertainment was different from what I’ve ever experienced before and it was very interesting. One of the entertainment coordinators, Shanell, intrigued me to join the paint and sip event and it was great time with interesting people. I was even able to keep my masterpiece in the end. All in all I had a great stay and would definitely go again.SOLD OUT

This was my first all inclusive hotel experience in jamaica. It was excellent from check in point onwards. All staff members were exceptional, customer service second to none. The variety of food included traditional as well as other selections and was great. If there was a downside it would be the traffic noise that could be head from room 643, maybe a better sound barrier would help. Also even though it is not totally the responsibility of the hotel, they arranged for transportation to the airport, approximately 5 minutes away for which we were charged £37 for 2 people! A better choice of taxi driver who charges a fairer price should be considered. Despite that I would definitely use S hotel again and recommend to others, especially those who only trust the larger more commercial establishmentsFrom$405

Our stay in Montego Bay for half a month was really amazing and worth every penny. The staff are very friendly, kind, polite and helpful, which expresses our gratitude to us and we generously recommend it to the staff. Some of our favorite things are the cold wet towels on the beach, the fruit kebabs on the beach, and the staff came to clean our sunglasses on the beach. We also appreciated that the bed was rejected and the room was straightened at night. Turndown food accompanied by turndown is also very good. Compared to other beaches and escape bay beaches in the area, the beach is very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. The food and drinks were very well prepared. This was the best holiday we have ever had.SOLD OUT

There was no one there to pick us up from the airport even though I called the day before and was told to send a WhatsApp message when we arrived at Sangster Airport and waited at Column A, but no one came. We even tried to contact the hotel, but could not get through. In the end we had to make our own way to the hotel from the airport after 8.30pm at night. This is unacceptable.
The room we had was near the top and there was no lift. There were plenty of stairs which was not acceptable as are both in our late 60s. If I had known this was the case, I would have not booked this hotel. The staff were nice, but the hotel needs a re-vamp.From$108

I enjoyed my stay at Toby’s . My rooms were beautiful for the three of us. The staff members were very friendly from the front desk to the security guards and housekeepers. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable however, there were small insects in the rooms and the locks on two of the windows were broken. The restaurant service was extremely poor, it took over 1 hour to get our meal order, the portion of food served for breakfast was limited. Hair was on the fruit salad for 2 consecutive mornings.

Great location and great view from room. The rooms have a lot to be desired. They are old and somewhat dirty. Although that may add to the charm for some people.
Great view from the room , decent buffet okay Snack bar, staff was in the restaurant a friendly although I found at times the reception staff were slow and not the most pleasant. It was disappointing when I needed to change for my taxi but they didn’t have any to give me and I had to overpay my taxi driver from the airport.
In addition to that this hotel charges more $20 to get to the airport then the normal taxi services do.
I’m not gonna say that it’s a horrible stay but unfortunately my expectations were not met by a long shot .
Good value for the price though I guessSOLD OUT
