Located at a very convenient location for our climb to 天都山. The coordinator Xu was really nice, helpful and informative. Introduced us to a good sunrise spot and even offered to help us move our luggage if we were checking out late(though we didn't need it in the end)! Service staff is professional and friendly but with limitations as compared to the other hotel we stayed up in the mountains. Just a little hopeful for more food options in the area so that we are not forced to eat buffet with our small stomach.

Our stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel. The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right). While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly). We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking. Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later. I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

The hotel is located in the valley. Although it is not big, it has its own characteristics. After the car enters the parking lot, a special person will drive the battery car to the halfway point of the mountain. All the staff are warm and friendly. The dishes in the restaurant have a fusion of Hangzhou cuisine and Cantonese cuisine. They are light and not greasy, and the ingredients are fresh. The nutrition, taste and taste have achieved a good balance. I stayed in Banyan Tree last year. The two hotels have their own characteristics, but I personally feel that Weixiyuan is better in customer privacy, humanized service and supporting facilities. Jiuweixiyuan is very suitable for the whole family to stay. There are also many activities arranged in the hotel. The room is very comfortable. I especially like the Japanese courtyard design style in the front yard and the separate tatami study room on the second floor. The famous Banyan Tree. I saw that Ctrip had launched an event and decided to stock up. I will take my family to stay here when I am free. This is my first time to Huangshan, Anhui. As soon as I got off the high-speed rail, the natural beauty made me feel relaxed and happy. Looking far away, there were mountains in autumn colors. It takes about 45 minutes to take a taxi from Yixian Railway Station to Banyan Tree. The security uncle at the gate is very rigorous and serious. He will confirm the entry of the vehicle before letting it in. The responsible management makes people feel safe. I checked in at the front desk at 3:30 in the afternoon. Because the hotel had a large-scale event that day, the room cleaning was very busy. We waited for less than 10 minutes. A staff drove an electric sightseeing car to take us to the room. Luyuan's room, smart toilet, fresh air system, central air conditioning, rich lighting scenes, aromatherapy, a large round bathtub and enough dry and wet separated bathroom space. Banyan Tree is really well located. There are views everywhere outside the window. Butler Binbin immediately added my WeChat to understand our needs and made arrangements immediately. I found a sound insulation problem at night and thought about reporting it the next day. Unexpectedly, Binbin immediately arranged to change the room after understanding it. He said there are also two-bedroom villas. The response speed is really fast. The villa has two floors. The two bedrooms have separate bathtubs. Families can soak in their own bathtubs at the same time. You can watch the sunrise from the terrace in the morning. There are not many people in the swimming pool. We play in the water like a private pool. The breakfast is rich in variety and of good quality. It is rare to see small wontons with meat that big. I went to Hongcun and Tachuan. If you want to enjoy the autumn colors, Banyan Tree can occupy half of them. The only thing is the trash can in their bathroom. The trash can that opens with a foot is placed behind the toilet. It is very anti-human when using it. I have already reported it to Binbin. I hope to see changes next time I go there.

Facilities: The room is very good, a 280-square-meter Hui-style villa with its own small yard for fun, a pool, a lounge chair, and a well, which is very comfortable. You can practice Eight-Section Brocade in the morning and watch the stars at night. I love it. At first, I was worried that the hotel was built earlier and the facilities would be outdated, but after staying there, I found that it was very well maintained and clean. The amenities are also good. Open the sliding door behind the bed, take a summer nap, and take a bath in the green. Such a leisurely vacation is so comfortable, and you can also take a bath in the bathtub. Service: The service is also very good. Just make a phone call and the shuttle bus will arrive in a few minutes. The hotel also provides Hanfu and props for rent, and gives tickets to the golf driving range and Qiyun Mountain. Although the breakfast place is not big, it is very delicious. The old hen soup with fried rice is so fresh. Drink it every meal, and you can also squeeze your own vegetable and fruit juice. The quality is good in all aspects. Environment: I found a morning to visit the garden. It was very, very big. It took me more than an hour to get a general idea of ​​it. There were pavilions newly built by the hotel, as well as preserved old Huizhou houses 🏚️ and a stage, as well as a large lotus pond, a very good private garden view.

The hotel is very nice. The front desk contacted us before we arrived and carefully introduced the hotel location, check-in location, check-in process, etc. to us. They also introduced us to the Huangshan tour itinerary. It was very considerate. The hotel is in the form of a villa, very large, and the facilities in the room are also very good. The hair dryer is from Dyson, and even the air purifier in the living room is from Dyson. The refrigerator and bath are also big brands. The price is quite worth it. When we checked out, we also gave a souvenir, which is suitable for people who care about health. It is a stick of incense, which has the effect of health preservation. Hotel was great - particularly as it's on top of a mountain - and that in itself is special! Costs for everything are expensive but fair considering the location. The room is fairly small (but very functional), you won't need space as you won't have luggage. Room comes with warm jackets and a torch so you don't need to bring those things for a sunset/sunrise. We were in what seemed like a newer block so the interior was modern. Shower was hot and decent. Breakfast and dinner (180 yuan per person) had impressive variety considering everything gets up the mountain on a cable car and then manually carried to the hotel. Location is good as it's next to the Taiping cableway but we walked from the popular Yuping cableway carrying small overnight packs. It is very possible in one day! We descended the next day via the Yungu cableway which was a much easier walk. Note the closest lookout for both is a 20min uphill walk with the path starting from the hotel (and another path for those who aren't staying there.) We saw a spectacular sunset and not much of a sunrise. Both were well worth it but of course you're at the mercy of the weather. Receptionists could speak basic English and will also give you bottles of water and communicate weather and sunset conditions to you via WeChat. If you can't understand Mandarin you can use the translate function in WeChat. Free laundry service too but we didn't use it.

Going admiring, did not disappoint me! The homestay is backed by mountains and fields, and the room layout is very warm. The butler manager was enthusiastic, was on his birthday, and also sent a large bowl of longevity noodles. The golden garlic beef was super delicious. The breakfast the next day was full to go directly to lunch. A place suitable for rest and a daze ❤️

晚上能看到星星，早晨能聽到鳥叫的民宿真的很有鄉村的氛圍，在民宿裏面閑逛還能看到一寫細節的小設計很適合拍照，來徽州當然要吃徽州菜，廚師的手藝真不錯，吃的也很開心，和民宿管家聊的也很開心，帶着在村裡和民宿裏逛了一圈，體驗感太好了，服務滿分。期待下次再來。🌹🌹🌹
