Stayed for 3 Nights Pros: 1. The only positive aspect of this property is Location, near to Racecourse and easy transport availability to the city center. 2. Food is passable, nothing to drool about 3. Service - Again nothing extraordinary Cons: Rooms - The biggest drawback, at least the one allotted to us. We booked Superior Double Room (doubt what was anything Superior about except the size). There were no windows and no option to get day light (as there is a building next to the ”window”.) Felt claustrophobic from the time of check-in. Lot of better alternatives available nearby but since we booked online did not get to understand what it is really like.

Stayed at Leela Palace twice, this time is a club room, the price is not cheap, in early 2000. No time to enjoy the afternoon tea and drink at the Lounge Bar. Leela is still so beautiful, every detail is like living in the palace. This time I suddenly found that there was a shopping mall and a salon in Leela downstairs. Surprise~ The next decision is still here~

We often have dinner here, the menus are always cool and yummy. I always liked Mr Sivanesh's Mocktail and it's a must try. Was here for lunch. Love this place and the food was awesome. Everything is perfect about this place. Great service by the way, great food. Highly suggested. Would like to thank Mr.Sivanesh for the excellent service

If the outsiders go to travel jw Marriott or oakwood hotel location is better, life is more convenient. It is in the best shopping mall ub city together. It is convenient to eat. Ritz is very good, but the surrounding is not convenient, one kilometer away from ubcity, one person is not safe. It’s hard to find a taxi. I’m always worried about it, or you have to have a taxi software ola. (India, the water quality is not good enough, the towel is not soft enough, the service is very good).

Stayed one day and only cleaned the room on the first day, the waiter seemed to always ignore the sign that we hung at the door. The rest was very good

The specifications are very high. It's just a little expensive. The service is super good. All kinds of smiles and courtesy. But the downstairs commissary is very potholing. The same thing as the airport, he only sells 100. . . What are you talking about best friend best price. . .

An excellent stay - the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The whole hotel had an amazing and relaxed vibe. The facilities and dining options were fantastic and the views of Nandi Hills great. We look forward to our next visit!

I was on a short trip to Bangalore and needed a hotel that was convenient to the various offices I was visiting. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. Christmas Brunch was superb. Amazing breakfast spread and the pool/gym were as usual well maintained. We enjoyed the meal.
