It was a great experience, very suitable for a parent-child vacation. You can play all day without leaving the hotel. It is very convenient to travel inside the hotel. The housekeeper responds quickly and it is very convenient to call an electric car. The waterfront room in Shuiyuan is so good. You can go down to the swimming pool by opening the balcony door. The swimming pool is also large enough to play. There is also a small children's water slide in Shuiyuan. If you don't want to run to the main building, it is also enough to play. Then the service is very good. After the children find plants, the toys they exchanged are also delivered to the room. We wanted to make an appointment for a tour in the store the next day. Because it was full, the housekeeper took us around specially. It was full of sincerity and thoughtful service, which made us feel warm in various ways. Then the child had a nosebleed in the swimming pool, and the lifeguard next to him immediately helped to get tissues and the like, and also helped me take away the garbage. It felt so heartwarming. Then the children's playground in the main building is also very good. It was raining when we first arrived, so we went to the playground to play for a while. It was quite large. The little sister in the playground also took care of it very carefully, and I felt more at ease. Although the hotel is not that new, the experience is very good. It feels like a tropical vacation. It is a garden hotel covered with various vegetation, but there are not many mosquitoes. It feels okay, and there are also items for prevention. I highly recommend everyone to come.

Great hotel and the service is really good from the start. Most of the staff can speak English and they put a lot of effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable so thank you. Breakfast was great the staff were very attentive and the manager greeted all the guest and checked if they had a nice stay. I would of liked to have a welcome drink like a bottle of water just at reception but that’s the only negative.

We went for Christmas:) it was very nice experience The view from the room is amazing They offer us some Christmas cake it’s cute. For diner I recommend the Chinese restaurant not the western one 🤪 The breakfast was great !! The hotel is very beautiful and service is great, thanks to Iris for her help during our stay 😊

It was a lovely stay as I planned a birthday trip to Xiamen for my wife. The concierge team Yolanda/Jack made our whole experience wonderful and unforgettable - a proper setup of the room/a bunch of beautiful rose/nice cake and everything the hotel did was way beyond my expectation and a truly remarkable birthday to remember. Will recommend it to any friends who are traveling to Xiamen - the hotel is A++

location is good, next to mixc shopping mall. Everyday 5-7pm have free cocktail and snacks at the bar.Minibar in the room is free too ( no alocholic drinks)

The twin room is very family-friendly, with a large bed. The hotel service is very good. Before checking in, I added WeChat to let them know how to get there. I was given food, tea and drinks upon check-in. The breakfast is very healthy, with self-service bread, fruit and milk. The hotel also provides a very considerate laundry service. The location is also very nice, next to Sunlight Rock, and down is Shuzhuang Garden and the beach.
