I had an amazing experience at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were pure luxury - immaculately clean and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and the little touches truly made a difference. I couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and relax. The hotel's ambiance was soothing, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The outstanding service and the genuine hospitality of the staff made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. I can't praise them enough for their professionalism and attentiveness. Overall, my stay was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful experience. Gorgeous, sumptuous hotel! We spent 10 fab nights here and even in bad weather we could sit in the most fabulous hotel bar and read and relax. Beds are good and the design of the place is just a feast for the eyes! It is a little way out of the main town - about 1km but there is a free bus every half hour N11 although it ends at 7.30pm. We never found any problem getting a taxi back up later in the evening. Loved the pool area and the attendants brought lovely lunches and cocktails on request. We are twice in the restaurant which was exceptional and the one breakfast we had was extensive and lovely too! All of the staff were focused on giving great customer service! Just lovely really and would definitely return.

This is a truly wonderful hotel. The team, led me M Charles Siraut, is just brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is done with a smile, the hotel is stunning, perfectly located, unbelievably peaceful, excellent value and the perfect escape from the real world. As someone who has travelled to more than 100 countries and stayed in every level of hotel (including bomb damaged shells in Liberia!), this is truly one of the best I've ever stated. Can't recommend this lovely place enough.

This is a pleasant hotel with great views in a convenient location in Biarritz. Coming from North America we always arrive in Europe in the morning, fairly tired after an overnight flight(s). Our experience is that it is the hotels that insist on making you wait until precisely check in time that invariably have problems with their rooms - this was no exception, after we were kept hanging around until 3:30 the room we were shown had a broken balcony door that wouldn't latch -ie blows open in the substantial wind. We were then taken to a smaller room with working door latch. The room was tiny, the safe on the floor, making access very difficult and the the smallest shower I have ever seen , bending over, turning around impossible, and I am not particularly large. The view from the small balcony was spectacular - not sure if it outweighed all the deficiencies of the room.

We arrived Hotel Le Biarritz in the middle of the night, desperate to get a room for the night for 2 adults and 3 kids, due to our originally booked apartment hotel next door gave us cardkeys that were not activated upon arrival. The reception was closed and the telephone number in case of ”emergency” was turned off after midnight. We were warmly welcomed by a very nice man, unfortunately I do not remember his name. We got 2 rooms with a very good discount and the 3rd room for free. The children were hungry, so we asked if we could buy some snacks. He offered us pancakes. He went to the kitchen and came out with a trey full of pancakes, yoghurts, and 3 different sorts of cakes and water. He also asked if we wanted breakfast in the morning, but we were not sure we would make it in time, so he told us we can have the breakfast for free. We also had access to the pool the day after. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try it. Our rooms were small, but nice and clean. (I see from the pictures on their website that they have bigger rooms with balcony). In the morning we got breakfast while the kids were still sleeping. We then got a little basket we could bring to the room with full of croissants for the kids. If it wasn't for the already paid apartment hotel, we would have stayed in hotel Le Biarritz for the rest of our stay in Biarritz. We have never ever experienced such a nice welcoming and service in any other hotel we have stayed at before and strongly recommend this hotel for the service and location. It is located near the beach, 5 min walk. 10 min walk to the grocery store and other nice restaurant. The bus stop is also located right outside the hotel. You can also walk all the way to the city on a sidewalk right by the beach. We would definitively one back to hotel Le Biarritz.

Hotel is a perfect boutique hotel in a perfect location. Kept in fantastic condition. NESPRESSO machine was giving water instead of coffee and I let lovely person ( they’re ALL lovely so expect that as one of best things to happen on a trip ) and it was evening. Following afternoon come back to room and tthere is a new one there and they had filled it with water. I wasn’t expecting that. I only asked if they can check it etc. And cleaning personnel are so polite. They all greet you and wish you a good day. We lost a card ( long story ) and I asked one of them about it: we searched together and could not find it. We come back to room later and it was there!!!!! She found it ! They go over and above. In Dining room also. You know a hotel is managed well with service and people such as this. They were all awesome and I would not hesitate to stay here over and over.
