"Aman hotel is a business type hotel. Which is very near to Tokyo station. Walking distance about 5mins. Don’t expect too much shops around the hotel. The hotel lobby is super nice. " "Fanatic hotels with gorgeous view from the corner suite. Excellent service. Location is a bit off the busy Ginza area. " "The service is really good! "The hotel is located in the business building group. The design style is very unique. All natural materials such as logs and bamboo grass are used to create a very warm and cozy atmosphere. Although there is no beautiful and exquisite courtyard, it also gives people a feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hotels in Hoshino will never be disappointing! The service was also very attentive and meticulous. When we saw that we had a baby, we provided the baby's bathrobe and toothbrush the next day. The public tea bar on each floor offers tea and coffee snacks, etc., of good quality. Very warm is also equipped with some small toys to make the baby have fun! The tea bar offers a free light breakfast every day-2 rice balls, which tastes great! I hope to experience Hoshino in other areas next time." "From the first time you check in, you can feel detailed and amazing.
After slippers in the lobby on the first floor, the mobile environment throughout the hotel is Japanese-style tatami, very comfortable
Check-in is handled directly at the check-in floor, and the shared space on each floor also gives a high level of comfort
Needless to say the comfort of the room, Hoshino's reputation has always been very good, and it is a bit regrettable to only stay for one night
Next time you visit Tokyo, you should continue to choose this hotel" "Great hotel decoration clean and no extras. Put your shoes at the front desk before entering the hotel. There will be service staff when you leave the hotel to find your shoes for you. There is a hot spring in the hotel, and the intelligent system in the room is also very good. Very amazing open-air hot spring. If it rains, you can feel it in the rain."

"The photo is taken from the balcony of the hotel. The room is clean, the shower water is very good, the breakfast is good, the room is spacious, the quilt is thick, and there is no thin quilt in summer? The staff were very enthusiastic and could speak English. The waiter just arrived and took the baggage, introduced the room, and collected the tip. When he left, the young man who helped carry the baggage to the car did not charge the tip. In short, everything is fine. If you have a breakfast, the child will not come in the morning, which is not considered." "The location is excellent, walk ten minutes to Ginza, and get around after a tired taxi ride for around 1,000 yen. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel. The food tastes good, but it does not lose the standard of a luxury hotel, but it is not delicious. The balcony room should be the only one in Tokyo. Rooms without a balcony also have a small window that opens up for ventilation." "At the beginning of booking the hotel, there were some mistakes. Because of the problem of not being able to have an extra bed, the girl at the front desk of the hotel had a very good service attitude. I went directly to the bed and the environment was good. The breakfast included was not expensive. The breakfast is delicious and there are many categories. I will go to the Palace Hotel next time."
"We stayed for five nights. Hotel staff provided excellent and impeccable service, remembering our names and preferences to the extent of remembering to follow up on our outing arrangements and various requests which we had made. Great location with easy access to 3 Subway/rail locations. Our room was very large. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities, Breakfast at Santsuki was amazing too. The gardens were extensive and to our present surprise even has a small chapel with a Sunday service which we attended. Truly a refuge in a busy city. I believe the only Hotel in Japan with something like this. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger room which was much appreciated. Do consider application to the New Otani Club...complimentary early check-in and late check-out, a boon for us as both inward and outward flights were red-eye ones." "The highlight of the hotel is a small courtyard with hundreds of years of history, a small waterfall and a nice view. There is a Japanese-style breakfast and a buffet. There is a good restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. There is a good Kobe beef and pine yak that can be fed or sukiyaki." "A true oasis of calm, superb modern Japanese decor and excellent hospitality. The overall hotel complex is huge - but the Zen floors were always quiet and peaceful. The magnificent hotel gardens are a real plus . A really lovely stay . "

I stayed at Club Intercontinental Junior Suite Moon.
The service in the club lounge was calm and the rooms were extensively renewed and very clean and comfortable.
Afternoon tea was just the right amount and was delicious with Ronnefeld tea.
However, the view is subtle because the hotel itself is old and the windows are narrow.
Location was really good. Disney partner hotel. Took the free shuttle to disney land. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended!!!
I made a reservation on this site and it was free of WiFi, but it was explained that it would cost a fee, but I could not use it, but when I provided the information at the time of booking the site again, it upgraded the room, so it was good in the end is. The concierge also politely booked the San Set Cruise and the service itself was very good.
This is the second time on the executive floor for the first time in half a year.
It was a pity that there was no regular service due to the influence of the corona vortex, but when the corona converges, I expect the same service as before.
I was able to stay with peace of mind because the corona vortex was thoroughly cleaned. It was relatively free, so I didn't have to worry about it getting too dense.
I enjoyed the pool gym. Thank you very much.
I used to stay this hotel when I travel to Japan.
Good location, good service but when checking in , the staff in the reception, they are too strict to have less flexibility for choosing room.
It would be better to have more flexible for choosing rooms
Generally, sure it is very good hotel!!!
Compact but with good quality design which make things just right. Very clean n comfortable. I stayed on 13th floor which got an open city view. Afraid lower floor would be facing directly other apartments. Very advanced facilities. The only downside is there are no place to put your dry clothes inside the shower/bathing room.
Good location and near metro station. Big room since most of the hotel in Tokyo is quite small.. housekeeping staff is doing a very good job...clean and very impressive! The rain forest shower is great with bathtub, hotel products are new and modern design. Definitely will return to this hotel 😊
We had been travelling for a month in Korea and Japan . This was by far the best hotel we stayed in . Reminded us of good hotels in New York . Great location in Shinjuku . Excellent rooftop bar . Modern and clean . Couldn’t fault it .
We had an economy room ( way to small ) - pay the extra $s and get the next room up . ✔️✔️
‘Twas a great stay! The staffs are very kind and accommodating! The location were good too! And the view were beautiful too! The room is clean and wide enough! I had a luxurious sleep overnight! Peaceful and quiet! I would love to recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends if they are going here in Japan! Keep it up guys!!! Thumbs up for the staffs 😊
My boy friend and I stayed 3 nights in the hotel in early December. The location of the hotel is great which is around 10 mins walk to west Shinjuku station which can go to places like Shibuya, Hara-juku, Ikebukuro and Kichijōji within 15-30mins. Also, the hotel offered express airport buses from Shinjuku station to Narita and Haneda airport at their tourist service counter. Another surprising offer is the 500-yen-cash coupons for the cafe and restaurant inside the hotel if no room cleansing needed each day. The hotel is inside a shopping mall called Seibu Pepe with Zoft , can-do , Muji and some food shops. Overall, I think the hotel environment is good, tidy and clean but the room we have is a bit small.
Is my first solo trip to Tokyo. I chosen Washington Hotel because it has airport bus stop directly outside the hotel entrance. And going to airport is hassle free too. Just need to book with hotel reception for your departure date and time.
Room are very small no place for luggage. Can only put on the small table.
Overall was a good stay and room are very clean and bright.
Room has everything you needed no need to bring any toothbrush and toothpaste.
Hotel is connected to Shinjuku station on South exit, very convenient.
There are a lot of nice restaurants at hotel basement 1.
Also family mart at level 1.
Hotel staff are friendly and helpful throughout.
Thank you
I kept trying to call ahead to request early booking but kept being put on hold because the operator didn't speak English. When we arrived, they tried to charge us over twice as much just to check in early. Then they changed it to half of that amount and then they finally said I could check in at noon. I didn't even want to stay after that exchange but we were tired from our flight and wanted to shower and rest. The breakfast was terrible as it was called International but there was barely anything I recognized as a Western style breakfast. Even the omelet had no cheese. The male host at the restaurant shoo'd us away when we walked in just to look around. I really didn't like that. Also our room was so tiny with stains on the couch and floor. The tub was also tiny. I guess their Economy means tiny. Overall, the hotel itself was beautiful and in a great location. They had a spa downstairs and they quicky call cabs for you. I won't be returning though.
Nice location. Have selected this hotel for several times when in Tokyo. Used to have view of shinagawa station and kids love it cuz lots of trains pass by. This time, I reserved two single beds room and there is no such view while got surprise of view of Mount Fuji in the room of opposite direction.
