what a wonderful resort! the whole area is beautiful, facilities are well-managed and guest reception & service are fantastic! (special thanks to my manager Sunny and DAI NGUYEN). I've also enjoyed activity programs like yoga class with kindly teacher (for free of charge!). Thank you for giving me wonderful time ever!

It was really happy moment when I stayed at this resort. The resort facilities were so fancy and clean. Also, the staffs were very kind and well-trained. Especially, I was touched by high quality guide service from my room's service manager. Thank you! Ms. Sunny and DAI NGUYEN. I hope to have a chance to be here again.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Camia resort during the last week of December. It exceeded our expectations and we loved the intimate feel of the resort. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and I would especially like to mention Nhi (Katty) at reception who is a real gem. She went out of her way to make us feel at home, give us advice and made my husband’s birthday special by organizing a small cake and for our bed to be beautifully decorated. They all made us feel like family and that is why we would love to stay there again should we ever return to Phu Quoc. If your budget allow it, I would highly recommend staying in an Ocean villa. It is not only spacious with a lovely view from the balcony, but the open air rain shower is so romantic. We also loved the infinity pool and to relax next to it during happy hour and watching the sky change from a deep orange to many shades of pink. The cocktails are delicious and the setting of the restaurant lovely overlooking the ocean. We did find the food at the restaurant being hit and miss and this is the only thing I feel need improvement. There are many restaurants in close proximity and I can recommend “On the Rocks”. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly, a few more western options would be nice. We were very impressed with the Christmas party hosted on Christmas eve. The decor was lovely and the food delicious. The gardens in the resort are so well kept with wild flowers and lots of green trees and plants. The use of the kayaks are for free, you just need to book in advance. I did not get to try out the spa but it’s located conveniently next to the pool. The complimentary transportation from the airport was also much appreciated. If in doubt where to stay, just book this little paradise. You will not be sorry !!!!

What a beautiful place to come and rest after a busy couple of weeks touring around Vietnam. The actual experience was far beyond the photos we had seen. We had a bungalow on the beach from which was near enough to enjoy the view, the sea and pool, and the beach - but without feeling too close to those using the area. The bungalow was gorgeous and so comfortable and I loved the outdoor/indoor shower area. The gardens are so beautiful and well attended and a please to walk through. I loved the restaurant also which had amazing surroundings. The choice of food for breakfast was fantastic. I have to mention the lovely staff who are so welcoming. In particular we must give credit to HAI the restaurant manager who is an incredibly hard working man, and yet takes time to talk to guests and spend time ensuring that they are happy. Thanks so much Hai, you made our holiday here so enjoyable as we asked for information on several subjects about the area. He is a credit to the company. Will get back as soon as we can ……. 😊

Very beautiful resort but sadly did not live up to it's standard. They sold rooms even though they wanted to prioritise their group customer. Coca Cola booked the whole resort during my stay and everything is about their group instead of my stay. They only had 1 F&B outlet opened on that day, instead of their listed many, and even then, they gave me a limit to leave the outlet by 7.30PM. They told me last order was at 6.45PM and when I arrived at 6.30PM one of the staffs did not want to serve me saying that they are closed. I had to remind them that it's not 6.45PM yet and then another staff took over and decided to give me the menu. I asked them where do they expect their other in house guests to dine to which they reply there is a night market not far away from the resort. Imagine paying close to $400/night for a holiday and being told we have no options to dine on the property. In conclusion, with the price I paid, I had expectations and they fell short in providing the service level I was expecting at such an establishment.

Best hotel stayed in Phu Quoc! Room was super spacious with great view! There are a few restaurants around the resort - Sea Shack, Lava (Steak), Main Breakfast Room etc. The main dining area was very busy upon my visit for breakfast at 0800hrs and was directed to Sea Shack, love the view and chill vibe in this restaurant instead so it wasn’t an issue for me. Service was excellence, the team had your contact number for constant communication, and instant reply if you needed any help at all. The resort is not accessible to any shops nearby and all dining will be within the resort only. Love the exclusive private beach area!

The hotel is located in Sun Set Town, an Italien inspired small town with historical sights. Its beautiful but still quite empty, sure there is some smaller Hotels and Restaurants and some small grocery Shops. Near the water there is a Food Bazaar with Stalls and a lot of Food an Drinks offers but its just Open from 16 o clock, the Highlight of the town was besides the beautiful architecture the daily firework (expcect tuesday) The Hotel has a beautiful big Pool facing the sea and also Access to the Beach via some stairs. As it just opened it was not busy. As Hilton Diamond Member we got a free Canapé with two Drinks in the Evening and a Lovely suite upgrade with sea view. For the fireworks you can also Access the roof top terrace for a better view. During check in it took that someone came and Helped us with our luggages. Also there was some confusion about which is our luggages when they brought it to our room. This process should somehow be Improved especially when the Hotel gets busy. The Cabana Area should be a separated more from the public availilable Stairs as there is often people taking pictures of the Pool and also of you if you are next to this Area. Also near this Area with the cabanas they should also install a ladder to enter the pool as you need to walk around half of the pool to get into the water. The breakfast is fabulous and offers great variety and also great quality. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot especially the pool is a highlight. We will surely return one day to this beautiful hotel and location.

This new Curio Collection hotel is really worth it! The room was beautiful and specious. Our loyalty as a HHonors Diamond member was recognized perfectly. We were upgraded to a duplex suite. Complementary canapes and drinks in the bar. Just perfect. Linh from FO and that whole team was just the best. They went all the way to find a great room and made several other arrangements for us. Just sublime! Never been treated better anywhere else! Breakfast is really good, think of something and they have it. The pool is great -and large- as well. Views from the room are stunning!! The hotel is in an Italian-like village. All is new, so not busy yet. A taxi or Grab is easy to get. The value for money is amazing! Big recommendation

We spent the last 3 days of our trip to Vietnam in this wonderful structure that we will always carry in the heart. Vietnamese hospitality and courtesy are not equal. We are a special thanks to the owner who, with love and passion, dedicates everything to make his guests feel at home. He has dressed us, advised and prepared a great ph one of the best ever experienced in a month in Vietnam. Our bungalow beach front had a dream view, equipped with all the comfort and cleaning always innocent. The pool was always clean with comfortable beds where you could relax. A special dress for the family and the dogs. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you very much. Maria Antonia and Vincenzo

This place is amazing! After a tour from north to south in Vietnam, this was the place we needed for peace and beautiful beaches. Fantastic Starfish beach is close by, otherwise there is a lovely local village nearby and not least a nice place for sunsets and drinks at 40six Beach Haus a short bike ride away. At Hula Hula you stay with an incredibly nice, genuine and welcoming family, the hosts help you with everything you need, and have kayaks, bicycles and snorkelling masks for free loan. Really recommended!

After being stuck at home for the past 3 years and watching replays of Getaway, we finally got out of Australia and arrived in Phu Quoc. Stepping out of the taxi we were warmly greeted by the concierge staff with the traditional 'Xin Chao' as they escorted us into the beautiful Movenpick Resort foyer. Immediately my wife and I felt relaxed. This was what we had missed during COVID, escaping our busy lives and enjoying such beautiful resorts. Check-in was seamless and we were in our room in no time. I had an issue with our room and spoke to Linh at reception who was so nice and professional, and quickly resolved the situation. And in a flash we were by gorgeous pool and enjoying tropical cocktails. We spent the next 3 days laying around the pool, in the sun loungers looking out into the ocean, taking naps in the hammocks between the palm trees and enjoying the ocean breeze as we watched the sunsets. The Spa was amazing and one of the best we've experienced. The pre-spa sauna, stream room and spa baths was sooo relaxing. Breakfast was a feast to the eyes with delicious authentic Vietnamese food and a great international selection. The afternoons were spent devouring all sorts of enticing desserts during Chocolate Hour (and all for free, what a bonus!) We loved spending our evenings at Aura Beach Club as Vu was so helpful and attentive. He even got the whole team to sing Happy Birthday to me which was such a pleasant surprise. When we returned to our room, Linh and the reception team had organised a birthday cake and some gifts from the Resort. So sweet! It's things like this that make our holidays even more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed Movenpick Resort Phu Quoc and the wonderful staff that made it so special. We will be back! and will bring all our families and friends :)

This is my fourth time staying in Green Bay. The hotel is clean and fresh. Every room is not far from the beach. The children had a lot of fun playing in the water. The only drawback is that the location is a bit remote and it is a bit expensive to take a taxi to the town center.

I stayed here for 2 nights on my first Vietnam 2 person trip with my daughter who will be 13 years old soon. It is also within walking distance to Hong Tom Cable Car Station. Times Corner Sorrento Boutique Hotel was a compact and lovely hotel. The room is new and beautiful. There aren't many types of breakfast, but it was delicious (breakfast to choose from buns, phos, and fried rice) Especially during my stay, I was very much taken care of by Ms. Yen Thanh at the reception. Ms. Yen always helped me with problems during my stay (looking for a tour, sharing information about nearby events, arranging a taxi to the airport early in the morning, etc.). I was able to spend a good time with peace of mind. Thank you very much.

It is a very nice hotel near the cable car station. The rooms are clean and tidy. I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel employees are all polite and friend, especially the girl Yen Thanh at the front desk. She told us a lot of useful information about the location of the ATM machine, how to buy the cable car tickets. She also reserved a table for us outside the hotel for the night market. If you want to get a ride on the cable car, I highly recommend to stay in this cosy hotel Cheung

My stay started off with a bumpy start. With a few things going wrongs but the staff and management were amazing and tried their best to accommodate my needs. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the location is amazing. The food is delicious and the breakfast caters for everyone. There is also a great seafood bbq buffet as well as a band that are really good. Staff are super friendly and ready to help you with anything. At the end I ended up having an awesome trip and would definitely stay here again.

The establishment was very beautiful and serene, and everything was clean and very luxurious. The shops in the surrounding area were very traditional, which was lovely to experience, and there were many convenience stores dotting the surrounding area. The staff was excellent and super helpful and kind. They also helped us to arrange several tours, our favorite being the island hopping tour. The one downside to this place is that the restaurants and the amenities were very expensive. Prices were inflated, sometimes quadruple the amount outside so we saw many people frequenting places off the premises. My recommendation would be to have more variety of places to eat and drink that won’t break the bank and I’m sure this establishment will have many more customers. To add, the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. It’s definitely worth checking out and we will definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The facilities were absolutely top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The highlight of our stay was definitely the stunning pool—it was huge, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The private beach was just as amazing, with pristine sand and crystal-clear waters. We loved spending our afternoons there, soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. However, there were a couple of small downsides. The bathroom had a large glass window that made it a bit awkward when showering or using the toilet, as the other person in the room could see in. There was a roller blind for privacy, but unfortunately, it was a bit see-through, which didn’t fully solve the issue. Also, the soundproofing of the room wasn’t great, and we could hear some noise from the corridor. The AC also could have been better, as it wasn’t as powerful as we expected, especially considering the tropical weather. Despite these minor points, our overall experience was fantastic, and I would still highly recommend this hotel I will be back to this hotel the next time I am in Phu Quoc. There is also a lovely night market opposite the hotel which was a nice surprise.

My family stayed in Phu Quoc for eight days. We chose two hotels, but Novotel was absolutely the perfect place for this holiday. Especially Trang, a receptionist at the front desk, was warmly welcomed with a bright smile. On the last day of my stay, I totally miscalculated my checkout date, but fortunately, she helped me a lot and saved me from chaos. Furthermore, there are various programs for kids and dishes at the breakfast. I hope we could stay in Novotel on the next holiday.

We booked for 6 weeks; the Lahana thought we'd got our booking incorrect! However, we were shown to our bungalow on top of hill overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens. Our room was large and spacious, good size bathroom with bath tub and outside shower. As we spend 3 months in the Far East we tend not travel light. The wardrobe was not large enough for all our cloths, but, we used wicker baskets for extra storage.[might be worth management take on board?] Breakfast was a delight of the day. Various fruits, eggs, meats and salads also Vietnamese favourites. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Viet, Kim,Nico, I could name them all. The whole LAHANA team! Would we return? YES. My only reservation is Phu Quoc has only really just started as a tourist trap. I t needs to clean up its beaches and surrounding roads and lanes! I'm sure it will! Reminded me of Phuket 20 years ago! Now spotless. Thank you Lahana for a wonderful holiday!

As Vinpearl Nha Trang resorts, this place offers a great view and great service. Just a little bit far from every other place, but there are some free Vinbus to get around. We booked the room with free Vinwonders and Vinpearl Safari packages. Everything just go really smoothly as the staff are so professional. A little accident for our boy while in the Safari park, the staff there immediately offer us with the private ride to medical clinic right away. The theme park was amazing, you can spend all day there. Safari is awesome, we has seen many many animals, some of them we were able to get really close. The park even has the night trip for who want to explore the wild adventures. At night we enjoy the walk along Venice River, then relax with the spa, and watching the every night lighting show at Grand world Phu Quick, the sleepless city. Last but not least, the beachfront is incredible beautiful, water clean, white sand, garbage free and endless view, we really love the beach there....

It is indeed a wonderful hotel and experience. Will recommend this hotel to stay. As I’m able to compare best western premier and this as I tried both hotels at the same trip, will definitely rate this hotel better than best western premier. Best western premier is at the middle of nowhere and the beach is not as nice as premier residence. The breakfast menu at best western also bad as compared with premier residence.

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. I travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending. My best wish remain with the staff of the Hotel specifically with the Breakfast room management

My partner got hurts when he was playing the water sport on the beach of Melia hotel. The owner of the water sports did not inform in advance that there were wires underneath the hovercraft. As a result, the child fell and went to the emergency rescue, causing the companion's leg to bleed from multiple places. We went to the hospital urgently to stop the bleeding but because I was in a rush, I didn’t bring any cash. After the examination at the hospital, the hospital needs to pay a deposit in advance before providing treatment. Water sports owners refuse to admit their facilities pose serious safety risks. But the responsibility is obvious. Because of the language barrier, I had to return to our hotel to ask for help and coordination.Emergency time LE helped us solve this incident. Finally, thanks again to LE. Thank you for having such an outstanding and friendly staff at your hotel.
