We had the most wonderful holistic facial treatment and bank massage. Nikki and Leanne are just lovely and very very good at what they do. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome, relaxed and in safe hands! One of the best Spa Treatments we have ever had. Thank you Nikki and Leanne! Note: It is a small spa with treatment rooms and relaxation rooms however there isn’t a pool,sauna,hot tub etc. We were aware of this before we got there so not a problem for us but just putting this here for info for others because we found it hard to find this information on the website.

Staying at Malmaison you have no issues with expectations being met, if you've stayed in any Malmaison you'll know the standard to expect. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and decorated in a refined manner. The bed was large and comfortable with sort bedding. We had a bath and separate walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, which was pleasant. Only issue with the whole stay was the white sealant around the shower blackened and discoloured. That's a very easy, and quick fix to replace. The bar and restaurant areas were relaxed and subtle. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide offering from cooked breakfast to cereals, fruits or pastries. Check in and check out were very efficient, as you'd expect. I'd happily stay here again when I'm back in the area.
