I promised my wife an awesome stay in Sarangkot and we stayed there for 3 nights. As usual this hotel gave us the best experience and ensured a superb stay during our trip to Nepal. All the rooms have awesome full window views of the Himalayan mountains. We were lucky to have clear views all the mornings we stayed there. Some of the staff who provided excellent service are Front office - Bishnu, Adelene, Amisha & Sushma. I was also pleasantly surprised when Bijay, Sushma & Shanta in f&b remembered some of my food preferences from my last stay ! They also ensured excellent service in the dining area. On the last day, we had an early morning check out and they insisted on providing us packed breakfast boxes. The rooms are very spacious, large dining area and garden area give a unique advantage to this property. I also enjoyed the “sunrise service” at the terrace which gives a 360 degree view of the surroundings. I hope they add a Spa and/or swimming pool in future. All the best to Mr Pawan for heading this superb team and hope to visit again.

Service is intimate, good enthusiasm, back to the hotel room at night, there will be staff to take the flashlight all the way to help follow the road. Put a bottle of fresh milk every morning in front of the door will come again

The breakfast is very rich and the service is especially warm. This is my second time staying. The manager will ask the room every day when he meets. Is breakfast OK? It’s just that this Ctrip booking was written for $62 for 2 nights, but the schedule was $73 for the store. Ctrip consulted and said that it is necessary to pay city tax of 5.5 dollars. The booking is written with an additional tax, but the prepayment is taxed at $62. I don't understand, but fortunately, the service is better, so I won't pursue it. In addition, Ctrip booking is $31 a night, and the hotel booking is $45. Thank you very much Ctrip.

The breakfast was very good. The waiter at the gate was very nice. He opened the door and helped with the luggage. He was very friendly. It seems to be close to Lakeside as well. I heard there are a lot of tourists there.

Our stay at Dorje’s resort and spa has been wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating. The hospitality here is incredibly warm, friendly, and generous. The rooms have a rustic, tasteful, and timeless charm. They are spacious and immaculately clean. We stayed at Dorje’s for 7 nights, thoroughly enjoying the comfort of our room and the tranquility of the resort. During our stay, we mostly ate at the resort and enjoyed the wide variety of offerings - particularly the Nepalese Thali, and buffet breakfasts. Our massages at the spa were just what we needed when we first arrived. The staff are impressively attentive, ever ready to assist, without ever being intrusive or pushy. Amazingly, they are ALL, genuinely warm and friendly. There is a feeling of being welcomed into a happy family here, of being received with open arms. We have enjoyed our conversations with Dorje (the owner) and many of the staff, and are so grateful for their hospitality and generosity. Dorje’s is a unique resort. While it is a business, there is a sense that it is also an initiative to support the local Nepalese people, by providing them with meaningful and supportive work opportunities. We learnt that there are two staff here that are unable to speak and other staff who face other challenges. At Dorje’s, their skills and abilities are nurtured. Being a very small part of supporting a place like this has made our stay unexpectedly special, and one we will always treasure. Thank you for everything. The environment is good, there is really an old temple tree, the room is big enough to see the snowy mountains. It is a currency exchange pit, which is much lower than the exchange rate outside.
