Got a free upgrade to room with cricket view and balcony. Cleanliness, location,service and amenities are all perfect. Had a great time at Hilton garden inn.

Hotel is lovely & very central to all the shops pubs etc all walking distance & NCP car park 5 mins walk away. We had afternoon tea when we arrived & yes it’s more than you would pay but the service & quality of the hood was second to none !! Cakes were so light you wondered if you ate them 🤣🤣 Pool & spar was so relaxing, we went 3 times & never really busy. Staff were all excellent as you would expect & we would definitely like to go back . Highly recommended x

The hotel has a modern and comfy vibe, good for both work and leisure trips. It’s in a handy location, especially for cricket fans, with easy access to transport and attractions. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service.

It was exceptionally clean and had facilities for preparing simple meals. It truly felt like a Manchester University dorm, being entirely surrounded by the campus. Strolling through Manchester Uni's grounds, just outside the building, was incredibly pleasant. Highly recommended, and the surrounding area felt very safe.

This hotel is right by Manchester Airport. You can get straight to the terminal via a sky bridge, and both the exterior and the rooms are very new. If you have an early flight the next day, I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed for 3 nights with my wife, overall nice hotel and enjoyed it. Things we liked; staff were helpful and friendly, hotel aesthetic was great, rooms large and well designed, bar and grill area very nice with good food. Things that could have been better; hotel breakfast is not great and not worth it vs others, the continental spread was minimal and pastries poor quality, only ate there once then decided to eat at other places outside hotel on rest of mornings. Also kettle in our room wasn't working, we called down for it and no one ever showed up to fix or replace. Also there was a foul smell coming from shower/ toilet drainage that was quite strong, shower was dirty. Small things that can easily be rectified with a bit more attention to detail.

This hotel is situated at the heart of Manchester City centre, where there are lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. It is of close proximity to the University of Manchester and you can visit some of the museums, famous places like Albert Square, Manchester Cathedral, etc. Highly recommended for everyone travelling to Manchester.

Took my mum for a treat and for her to reminisce. wow!! We were not disappointed, it was a fantastic stay. The Building and architecture is stunning, huge tall ceilings and windows. Beautiful tiles everywhere, elegant dining and meeting rooms. Our room was fab, two double beds, lovely free snack box, posh teas and coffees. We loved the 5pm social hour, a chance to mingle with the other guests and an hour of free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was also great, it was extremely busy as the hotel was fully booked the night before so I did feel the staff were overstretched and there was a wait for fresh eggs and tea / coffee… but hey we were in no rush. Just beautiful… can’t wait to go again.

There was an issue with this booking, and the same was made by mistake on the evening of the 12th of August and was made for the 12th of August instead of the 13th. The hotel was not full, and when I contacted Trip.com and the hotel reception, I was made to make a new booking and no refund was offered for the room. The people and businesses in the United Kingdom have been known to be very empathetic and humane, unlike the US and do understand other human beings. This was not the case here, and I was shown the refund policy by the hotel and the website that is trip.com. Even from trip I did expect more as I booked for the 13th too from their website. Thus, not a great experience. Very disappointed with Trip.com not even refund the taxes. The gym at the hotel is very small. Near the water is good.

Fabulous hotel, great location as myself and friend have hip pain issues, so just along from train station and very central. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast very good. Everything outstanding for price I paid.
