We celebrated our wedding at Westin Dragonara resort and they made my dreams come true! We chose Reef club / Pavilion because of its perfect location close to the sea, spacious venue and we also used a chance to take some romantic photos at Quadro and The boat house lounge. We booked two nights at the hotel and everything started with a warm welcoming by Tony, Doraldo and their front desk team. Every team member was always with a smile and very helpful. Special thanks to the night team Samson and Suneel who were very friendly and welcoming to us! The room was perfectly clean , had a nice smell and had all the amenities we needed . Just a quick call to service express call center and Katarina , Alexia and Alejandra will make anything possible! They were very efficient to our frequent requests and they even provided a high chair for a bride when doing her make up ;) The wedding was perfectly organized thanks to Johanna and Pierre and their team who were very patient, professional and flexible to our requests. It felt like they read our minds :) The food was super delicious , and also special thanks to the pastry chef for a beautiful and delicious cake ! Last but not least, I would like to thank back of the house team, such as reservations team (Eva and Maja ) and accounts team (Joane and Jovana) who were very efficient when replying to us. We would definitely recommend The Westin Dragonara resort for a vacation or any kind of celebration and we are looking forward to coming back in the future! Tank you all! Sasha and Marten with love!

First visit to both Malta and this hotel and loved both. We booked a double deluxe room with sea view, bed & breakfast - which was perfect. Very large room with balcony. Cleaners were in everyday without fail. Sometimes the replenishment of tea bags etc was a bit hit and miss, but nothing to worry about. Needed a bigger shower screen over the bath to stop water going all over the place, so had to put a towel on the edge of the bath. Comfortable beds and quiet so slept well. All staff in hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, and you felt they genuinely loved their jobs. Breakfast was great with loads of choice. We didnt eat evening meal in the hotel so can't comment on this. Two large pools and loads of sunbathing areas. First hotel I have been to in ages where people are not reserving sun beds (literally because you don't need to). Slight negative is that the outside of the hotel leads out on to a street with a nightclub, and this can be extremely messy outside. This should be cleared up every morning. Right on the edge of plenty of bars, but also a nice 10 minute stroll in the opposite direction to more up market bars and restaurants. 5 mins in a cab to sliema or 20 mins in a cab to Valletta. Or you can get the Ferry to Valletta very easily from Sliema - last one back is midnight. We ate out every night as there are some amazing restaurants - see my other reviews. Would definitely return here on our next visit to Malta.

At the Marriott, Atrio Bistro we met for the Summer Sunday Lunch Roast. An awesome experience thanks to Marta's help and her team. We have been suggested the private room and have been very pleased with the hospitality. There's a vast selection of wines, their anti-pasto is exquisite and the pasta is delicious. The selection of meat from the Carvery table served by the helpful Chef is mouth watering and we hardly had space for our desert. Excellent value for money and service with a smile throughout. Would surely recommend this restaurant for special occasions or group gathering, enjoying the beautiful Balluta Bay views, the exquisite food and the service with a smile.

Nice rooms, clean, good breakfast, nice pool with plenty of places to sit, ok workout gym -- has what you need, with some key luxury features, too. Spa looked really nice, but didn't use. It's just that the staff are SO attentive, asking you every 5 minutes if you are having a good time, if you have everything you need, if there's anything they can do to ”make your stay more enjoyable', seriously our answers were *always* yes/yes/no thank you, but they were relentless in offering service. Some travelers may like this I guess, but it made us uncomfortable.

Really lovely hotel. Clean. Great location. Close enough to all the great attractions and shops but far enough from all the noise so you still get a great night's sleep. Fantastic service from everyone at Hyatt from the receptionists (Ben and I didn't get the name of the lady who worked with him but I think it may have been Laura?) to the doorman Hoque. Would highly recommend. PS lovely sunset from the 11th floor where the pool is

The location of the new hotel is also very convenient and the service is good. Each room has a balcony, which is very convenient. There is also live singing at sunset at night. The atmosphere is good and the restaurant is also very good

Trying to escape the festa of St Julian's we took a room facing the marina (thinking we'd avoid the pool screams and any other party noise). Unfortunately, marina king rooms are located right above jacuzzi rooms apparently frequented by families with small kids who enjoy a good splashing time morning or night. The loud persistent jacuzzi bubbling and the lack of sound isolation from the rooms below were definitely an unwelcome/major downside. Other bits that changed since the previous stays: The AC has a very delayed action - takes for it a while to turn on. The WIFI connection was bad (slow and irregular). The fridge door did not close/open properly. It seems that the hotel has changed the mattresses - they used to be more comfortable to sleep on (now on the harder side).

The Hilton Malta is a truly exceptional hotel, offering unparalleled luxury and comfort for any traveler. With its prime location overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the Hilton Malta provides stunning views and easy access to the island's most popular attractions. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, the Hilton Malta is sure to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Very nice hotel with great customer service. Dealt with Malcolm and other than speaking 3 to 4 languages he’s capable and pleasant to deal with. I suggest getting into the club since it has a nice breakfast selection and aperitif. I imagined a better experience in the rooftop restaurant but the best thing they have is the view.

Friendly staff, large rooms and clean, generous , breakfast buffet. I especially appreciated Tania‘s assistance with recovering my shirt, which had been forgotten at the cleaners and has been shipped back to my home. I recommend this hotel for its location and private beach.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and there is a nice swimming pool inside. The service staff is patient and friendly. You can go south from the hotel along the mountain road and you can reach St. George's Bay shortly. This is a quiet hotel. Going north, you can go directly to the beach, it's beautiful (taken a picture)

The hotel is very comfortable and the geographical conditions are superior. The view of the sea view room is very, very good. Children especially like the swimming pool that comes with the hotel. The food around the hotel is also good, there are different choices. Recommended.

Myself and my fiancé stayed at this gorgeous boutique hotel for 5 nights and we fell in love with the place! Firstly, the view from the rooftop pool is stunning! We had to check it out as soon as we got there after following the hotel on Instagram for weeks. We were not disappointed! Pool was gorgeous and it's a very relaxing area. For us the most important thing on this trip was finding a hotel that wasn't noisy at nighttime and thankfully we couldn't hear a thing! Bed was extremely comfortable and shower was very good. But can I just say a massive well done to the housekeeping team because they done an excellent job every single day! The whole hotel was spotless. We will never stay in another hotel in Malta we were that impressed so thank you Juliani Hotel staff for making our trip a wonderful one! Lastly, we went for a couples massage in The Royale Spa. I am a spa therapist myself and I can tell you that our massages were one of the best we've ever had so if anyone is staying in this hotel then do yourselves a favour and visit the spa. The therapists are absolutely AMAZING! We look forward to our return!

Very good spot in Spinola Bay. 11km from the airport. Bus station in front of the hotel, plenty of restaurants and long and large promenade on the see. Large and clean room, good service. Small disconfort caused by workers who work on external hotel walls at 7 o'clock in the morning, including Saturday. Cozy swimming pool at 9th floor on the roof top, but cold water. Classic breakfast. Good choice after all.

Reviews From Real Travelers
My wife and I stayed here for a week. We knew by the price we paid it was more likely to be a UK 4 star than the 5 star rating it had received and so it proved. There are plenty of positives: 1) the decor is lovely, there is some great art work and it is very pleasant surroundings. 2) The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities, the spa is great the rooftop swimming pool whilst small is a delight when using the sunloungers. 3) the room sizes, we were in one of the smallest rooms (1110) and it was still very generously proportioned. The in room amenities, the TV is big, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom nice (we did not have any of the shower issues others have had). 4) the breakfast bar was good with a mix of local dishes and standard food. It is not great as some times food got cold but still enjoyable all the same. There are though some things holding this place back. 1) the location is at the top of a hill from the coastline, to be honest this should be expected for the whole of Malta but taxi and mini bus drivers find it difficult to find and it is taxing on your legs particularly as my wife has mobility difficulties. 2) the service - everything was reactive, tea/coffee at breakfast took to long, we had an issue with air con that took two days to fix and it was only the second night we were offered a different room for the nights stay. Check in took to long. For a 4 or 5 star we would expect there to be more proactive service than this. Cleaning trollies are left in the hallway all day. 3) the air con and mosquitos, when the air con was not working mosquito’s seemed to love entering our room and that was not pleasant. 4) The rooms are not sound proofed so you do get to hear plenty of noise and just general chat from other rooms etc. 4)

great elevated location with views across the bay, despite being in a busy part, its still a quiet alley and good easy parking. the staff was very friendly. and served great breakast. the spa costs extra which is always a bit odd, but they have a rooftop pool that is included for guests and its a great place to chill and catch some sun. we rented suite with a yakuzzi and the yakuzzi never got heated (tried everything on the settings panel)..maybe they could pay some attention to that all in all we would gladly return here

Firstly this hotel exceeded our expectations and the staff always went above and beyond to help accommodate each individual, we wasn’t just a number like most hotels. This was the first time which we have travelled with our 6 month old baby and everything was perfect for him. The cleaning staff each day were amazing and always made sure that our rooms were immaculate, especially with our babies belongings. I would like to give a special praise to not only ALL of the hard working waiting staff and the fantastic omelette maker chef, but both Manuel and Marisa for always being so happy and helpful, nothing was ever a problem for them. Thank you to all the staff here at The Radisson Blu hotel, we look forward to returning again one day

The Hotel is good located and clean, quite big & modern . We had a nice stay, but with all the service staff was very rude & unfriendly! While eating in the restaurant every 5minutes the waiter came, „are you finish“or „now you need to go“ or didnt even bother to serve you or give you the bare minimum of respect! We couldn’t even finish our meal! You dont do that to your guest, who pay you! The pool staff was the worst, you had to tell them everything, they didn’t bring you cutlery, or all the basic stuff which u need so you’re able to eat! You could also hear when they talked bad about guests, which is in my eyes the worst! Besides the food was okay in the Avenue Restaurant, good thing as a guest u get 10% off. The breakfast buffet was good. The photos of the pool aren’t how its in real. There‘s a huge building site & the pool’s quite small. Also it said it would be an adults only hotel but still had kids. All in one our stay was quite okay, and the rooms we‘re good & the housekeeping itself also.

Stayed at the Valentina Hotel for a week, the staff went out of their way to help and were very polite. Tinka who would look after our room, always left it spotless, it was a pleasure to return to. It was our sons birthday and the staff left a bottle of champagne and a birthday card for him, it's ok he's 25 Yrs old 😉 Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is situated in a great spot in easy reach for everything. Thank you Hotel Valentina for a great holiday.

Located in south Kensington and the circumstance is sooo nice, white architecture with excellent greenery. The room is clean and comfortable. You can also have some featured restaurants near the hotel. Actually I left my cloth in the closet of the hotel and I found that when I went back home. So I contacted the hotel butler of the Xiecheng. And he helped me a lot that the reception manager would post the cloth to me. I’m satisfied with the service

We were struggling to work out our evening. We stopped at the St Germaine branded bar on Bishopsgate. We were greeted by Elpee. From the outset they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. They let us choose our seat, and set us up for what we expected to be a brief libation. My disabled partner and I were really impressed with Elpees attentiveness and quality of service. Being in London and disabled it can be a hard to navigate and aggressive environment. Our stop refreshed us, and made a it an exciting stop in our brief to the city.

W/End away in London. We were looking for a hotel close to the river Thames & St. Catherine’s Docks inc. Tower Bridge & St. Paul’s Cathedral. Eventually we found the Clubquaters Hotel in St. Paul’s. which was was spot on for location. The hotel was superb, great facilities, inc. a gym. the room was lovely, Reception staff were very helpful. Just off the Reception is a direct link door to the superb Cotes Restaurant, so we could start our day off with a great Full English Breakfast. Yum…Yum it was spot on! The location of the hotel is superb….St. Paul’s Cathedral right next door…a Bell Ring away….the River Thames including the famous Millennium Bridge, a short walk away. Close to St. Paul’s Underground along with city bus stops and numerous extremely convenient shops., couldn’t fault it. Spot on!

Good location, right next to Trafalgar Square, next to Tesco express and Macdonald. The hotel room is also large. Friendly service, you can order Chinese food with just eat. The room has a microwave. Hygiene is average, seems gray, and the bathroom has a slight odor. There is no own parking lot. There is a cooperative parking lot on the other side of the square. You can park temporarily at the door and drop your luggage before going to the parking lot. Parking is 44 pounds a day and about 37 pounds with a hotel coupon. There are actually two hotels here, one is grand and the other is cq. I booked grand but lived in Cq. I do n’t know how to arrange it. When the hotel is not busy, it is sold at 7-800, and the price is good. After all, it is close to the Thames and other attractions.

The Dilly was probably amazing in the 1980's and 1990's but not much has been updated since then! We stayed in a Dilly Classic room which was perfectly fine, a good size, clean with strong Wifi. The shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water. I know some people on this site weren't impressed by the breakfast but I thought it was great. Obviously, the location is fabulous. However, I didn't feel the room was up to five-star standard. The coffee was instant and the milk small UHT cartons. There was no fridge or mini-bar (though we were in the 'cheapest' room so may be different elsewhere). The toiletries were cheap and basic (so bring your own), there was no plug by the bed to charge devices overnight and no Blu-tooth speaker which seems to be a given now in higher-end hotels. The style of the room itself was quite dated including the landline next to the toilet which I'm sure was incredibly cool in 1986 :) Overall, if this was a three-or-four-star hotel I'd give it full marks, but as it's a five-star, (and more importantly charging five-star prices), it's lacking in some areas. I believe the hotel is currently 'between owners' which makes sense, as I guess the current owners don't want to invest and are ticking along until the new ones take over. It's not dreadful by any means, but they charge a lot for what you get.

Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Had a slight problem with the parking payment (due a new system of clocking in on arrival to which I was not accustomed to), however this was sorted out by the reception staff. This hotel is a clean modern hotel which is well maintained. My wife and I stayed here twice, for 3 and 4 days respectively while touring the UK. The rooms were comfortable for sleeping, quiet and the air-conditioning worked well. The bathrooms were well designed and very clean. Housekeeping was fine. The major problem was that both of our rooms were very small and they had virtually no space for clothing. There was no usable drawer space and closets were tiny and had an inadequate number of hangers as well. If you are traveling for other than 1-2 days, there is no place to put anything. Living out of suitcases for 4 days or more does not add to the enjoyment of one's trip. The Breakfast is at best, just OK. There is a minimal amount of fresh fruit and while you can order off a hot breakfast menu, most things we ordered were not very good, so we stopped doing that. The Reception staff was marginally helpful. No one came to help us with our luggage. If you need a taxi or limo to take you to the airport, you are on your own. In addition, the front of the hotel is covered by bus stops so the taxi or limo has to try to find a place to pull us to load or unload. There are just a lot of annoying things about this hotel, some could be remedied, others probably not. For my next visit to London, I will not be staying here.

The morning after our first night my friend and I noticed a bug crawling on one of the beds, we continued our investigation and noticed DOZENS of those crawling all over the twin beds we just spent the night in. We were exhausted the night before after coming back to hotel late and after having shower just jumped straight into beds - who would have thought we weren’t they only ones spending night in those beds! Quick research after our findings and we realised that those were BEDBUGS! Never in my life had I come across anything like this before, not even after being a student and staying at questionable hostels! We reported this to the reception and were offered another room. We didn’t move immediately in the morning and made an agreement that we would move in the evening when we would be back to the hotel. Coming back in the evening and reporting to the reception for a new room, we found one of the evening staff being rude to us and questioning if the bedbugs were from their hotel (like what?!?!?!?). Simple, we said, because we had photo and video evidence of bedbugs crawling all over the beds, we said! This quickly ended her argument with us. We then moved to our new room, where there was no obvious evidence of bedbug infestation, however being a reportedly new room, we found hair all over the floor in the bathroom of that allegedly “cleaned” new room. Unfortunately, being an extremely sensitive to cleanness person and following the events of the previous night, I decided to leave early and not spent another night in this disgusting hotel. My friend, who had a flight early next morning however had no chance and spend a little longer and left at 04am. The evening I decided to leave I started coming out in rash, which had only been getting worse ever since. The intensity of the itch is like nothing I’d ever experienced before - it stops me from sleeping, it drives me absolutely mad, no matter how much I try, one can’t look professional when they have bite marks all over their body, including the face, ears, neck, fingers, hands, forearms - ie areas one can’t cover up - and needing to constantly scratch herself! This obviously has affected my work! And the itch is no better even 6 days later!! In fact, the bite marks are now swollen, causing swelling of my fingers, the scratch marks are now bleeding and I am the most irritated I’ve ever been! Let me emphasise, this is six days later and I genuinely don’t know how much longer I’m yet to suffer! I have obviously filed a complaint and have been contacted by the hotel - they are “kindly” offering to compensate the cost of my medication (as I am now on antihistamines - which don’t work really, as I can’t take the stronger type due to its sedating effect, as I have to continue working and driving; as well as steroid cream) and the cost of my dry cleaning. HOWEVER, despite multiple email exchanges and telephone consultations, they are not planning to refund a 100% of our payment, the argument being

The hotel was not too bad. In room 2303, where we stayed was lots of noises we didn't know where it was coming from. It was like we were in a boat with all the crecking and cracking noises. It was too expensive room for not being able to get a descent nice sleep. So, for that,we are not going back to this hotel again.
