The experience of staying here a month ago was very good, so this time I still prioritized choosing to stay here. Unfortunately, out of the 4-day accommodation, I encountered 2 days of unpleasant experiences. Actually, this hotel's hardware and renovation facilities are top-tier in Hai Phong, which is also the hotel's strength. However, I believe the hotel's core value lies in guests experiencing professional hospitality from service staff (including verbal respect and the ability to recognize whether someone is a guest). The hotel lobby service staff, as frontline personnel, need to work harder to improve. Otherwise, having guests' accommodation experience affected by service staff's inappropriate words and actions is truly counterproductive and wastes such excellent hardware. I hope the hotel can make improvements. This definitely affects guests' choice for their next stay and their recommendations to friends.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a warm and friendly staff, eager to assist with any needs. The lobby exudes elegance, setting the tone for the rest of the hotel. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and feature stunning views of the surrounding city or waterfront. Comfortable beds and modern amenities ensure a restful stay. Dining options at the hotel are impressive, with a variety of cuisines available. The on-site restaurant serves delicious local and international dishes, and the bar is a perfect spot to unwind with a drink after a long day. The hotel also boasts excellent facilities, including a fitness center, spa, and swimming pool. These amenities provide guests with plenty of opportunities to relax.

Real feedback, the newly built resort is very beautiful, and the service staff are very polite and enthusiastic, but one thing completely ruined the good mood! We booked two rooms. In the room where my family stayed, we had dinner in the hotel and went back to the room to take a shower. While taking a shower, I suddenly heard the sound of something falling in the room. I quickly came out to take a look. The entire curtains and even the sticks fell down because My family had some difficulty with their legs and feet, so they called me right away. My friend and I went to the room to check on the situation and called the hotel to send someone to repair it. When the people from the maintenance department came in, they didn't show any concern and asked if anyone was injured. They just asked if we had pulled down the curtains with too much force. They were speechless! After the repair, no one came to clean the dusty room, and there was no apology 😥 I reported the situation to Ctrip, and the customer service quickly responded and went to investigate with the agent. I just want to say that such employees without service awareness will ruin the image of the entire hotel. Safety risks are also a factor in choosing a hotel. I hope the platform will pay attention to it and pay attention to the follow-up results.

I loved stay at this hotel. The services, facilities, and food were all great. My friend and I stayed here at the end of our trip to Vietnam and we decided that we will always end our trips at a relaxing hotel like this one. The staff was also so helpful. They helped us transfer our baggage to another room when the AC unit in our room stopped working. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel buffet spread is nice and quite a variety. Bed is comfy and hotel is clean. Hotel downstairs got eatery and brew beer restaurant with food. Overall, i am very satisfy with this hotel. The staff are friendly as well.

The location of this hotel is really good. It has a private beach, two outdoor swimming pools, and a coastal plank road, which is picturesque. The boss is Taiwanese, which is good. But the bed in the room is too hard, the pillows are very high, there are only one-slip slippers, oh my god, it's all bruises, I can't sleep well at night, it won't work, please improve it quickly.

1. Check-in is convenient, fast and friendly, and there is an underground parking lot; 2. The room environment is clean and the facilities are complete (there is a rooftop bar but it is not open, which does not affect the overall situation); 3. The location may not be very convenient, and there are government departments nearby, but there are markets, restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores within a 15-minute walk. It is a 20-minute drive from the bus station, a 10-minute drive from the railway station, a 30-minute drive from Haiphong Cat Bi Airport, and a 120-minute drive from Hanoi Noi Bai Airport. 4. There is a religious unit next to it, and religious activities are held at 6 am and 6 pm, which will have some noise impact.

The room was amazing, the views from the balcony on 14th floor just stunning. There's a kitchen in the room, only for display as you will get fined for using even the microwave 😂 We had to ask for clean towels and water one day, because it had been forgotten when the room was made up. The hotel is HUGE so getting to and from the pool or open restaurant is a big trip, there's no way the kids could go anywhere on their own in this massive complex. The kids club is just a room, no club as such. The games in the kids club room are incredibly expensive so we didn't use at all. The view from the third building restaurant is amazing if you get there early enough to get a window seat. The breakfast buffet is ok. When it gets busy though, the food keeps running out. There was one! Coffee pot for probably 400 people so you have to run back and forth across this massive restaurant to check if it's been refilled. We had buffet lunch once, which was very poor. For 1.7M VND you don't even get water to drink but have to buy separately and there are not many options for kids to eat. Again, the food ran out so you had to walk up and down several times to check if it's been replaced and dodge the crowds on the way. Not a very nice experience. The hotel cannot help with bookings or suggestions for excursions unless you book their tours, which are wildly overpriced and few to choose from. Hotel pools were amazing for our kids! The stay was nice overall but we wouldn't go back to this hotel.
