We had an amazing stay at Arimasansoh Goshobessho! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel & rooms itself are incredibly comfy and cozy, with a warm, intimate atmosphere and a delightful wood scent that adds to its charm. The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations (very good French toast, and onion soup) such a great way to start the day! A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kindness and efficiency in returning the Apple Watch we accidentally left behind—it was much appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

The environment and dishes are quite satisfactory. The rice is as delicious as ever, but the overall price is not high. It may be that the reputation of Ma Hot Spring is great, and the boss is really big (there are many celebrities in the store to take photos).

This is quite a traditional onsen hotel, featuring both 'Gold' and 'Silver' springs. Our one-night stay for five people, including two meals, cost a total of 5000 RMB, and we were quite happy with the value. Upon arriving at Arima Station by bus, you can call the hotel for a pick-up service. Check-in is at 3 PM, leaving plenty of time to explore the small town afterwards, but be aware that most shops close by 5 PM. The Kaiseki dinner wasn't particularly impressive, but it was definitely filling.

One of the best accommodations I've ever had! Extremely polite and friendly service, private hotel springs are amazing, truly relaxing. Very easy and convenient self booking option. Free shuttle but to/from station, if you are afraid to call you can easily write them to WhatsApp or other messengers. I'm very exited and highly recommend this place to stay.

Arriving at night, you'll need to walk for around 10 minutes from the train station to reach the hotel. They offer a free ride to the station only after check-out, so if you want to explore the area before leaving, you'll need to store your luggage at the station. The hotel is overall very nice, comfortable, and offers a substantial breakfast.

I have to express my sincere gratitude to Ms Hatsumi from the hotel. Thanks to her help, I had a wonderful trip to Rokkōsan. She is definitely a polite, professional, and of course pretty lady. Her communication skills are good especially that she speaks fluent English which would be of great help for someone like me who don't speak any japanese. Although the original local tour was full of bookings , she helped me reserve a taxi and solve my ease of communicating with local taxi drivers. The view and environment is splendid with a great hotel service teams. I would highly recommend to someone who wants to experience a unique accommodation experience. Though the drawbacks , as you might know already , is 1) no private bathroom 2) not sound-proof building materials , but it is understandable given that the hotel is with ancient history

The transportation is very convenient. It is only a few minutes' walk from the JR station. The hotel facilities are very good, the rooms are very clean, and the three public hot springs are all golden. There are several maple trees on the lawn of the hotel. It is just in time for the red leaf season, and you can enjoy the red leaves in the hotel. There is a small shopping mall on the first floor of the hotel, which is enough to buy some tourist souvenirs.

The husband fell ill on the second night, but he was saved by asking me to bring breakfast to the room. When my husband was resting in the room, I was out so that I wouldn't disturb him, but I used it because there was a sofa and reading space in the hotel. It was very good. I want to ask you again.

Although they are all set meals, they will make different combinations of various ingredients. The only drawback is that the dinner is too large. Let's talk about the service. It should be first-class. When you walk into the hotel, someone will take the initiative to take your luggage. When you check in, your luggage has been sent to the guest room. When you arrive at the front desk, After verifying your identity, a service lady will take you to the guest room, and then carefully introduce you to various service facilities and everything you need to know. The hotel's cleaning is also very unique. Daily cleaning is carried out by a service lady who leads all the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff have their own division of labor. They clean the floor, make the beds, tidy the bathroom, and organize tea sets and food. It is operated by different people to ensure that people doing hygiene will not touch the tea sets and food. Let’s also talk about the language. Although there are no Chinese-speaking staff in the hotel, with the translation software and the staff’s serious and enthusiastic service attitude, there is no obstacle. The biggest emotion is that there are not many people here during the Spring Festival, so I really enjoy it
