LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time. I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge. They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know. I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation. I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered... I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult. My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim. If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined. Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests. He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel. The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡ I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt. First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison. The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind. Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^ Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service. I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places. So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha. When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts. This is a luxurious and private hotel. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a quiet staycation and relax. It feels like a lot of care was put into each and every object, starting from the marble floor. But as you know... food and drinks in the hotel are quite expensive. However, the quality of the free activities is much better than that of the Hilton right next door, so we recommend taking full advantage of the activities. In particular, yoga outdoors while watching the sunrise at 7 a.m. remains one of my best memories! Plus, the spa facilities and massages are of the highest quality, so I recommend you try them. There is a separate space and pool that only spa users can use, and it is really beautiful....

The hardware is good, but the service feels a bit cold and greasy (yes, these two feelings can be combined, the opposite of it is kind and natural), so the stay is not very comfortable. It is not very convenient to take a golf cart when going out for activities inside the hotel. For vacations, you have all the hardware you want, but the only thing missing is a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere, which is often the most needed for vacations. If you want to go out, you can only ask the front desk to help you take a taxi. All the people who come here are huge SUVs. They start at 20 to 30 dollars in a few minutes. The fare for a meal is more expensive than the meal.

I checked out at 12 noon, stored my luggage, and went to have lunch. The concierge at the baggage department asked me if I wanted to take a taxi. I said I would take Uber, and he was a little unhappy. When I came back to pick up my luggage, they didn't store my luggage and left my luggage alone outside the door. I was very angry at the time, and I felt like a guest kicked out of the hotel. It's too much!

The key is that our flight is at 7:30 in the evening. After we checked out at 12 o'clock, the hotel allows you to continue to use all facilities, including meals. This is very humane, thumbs up.

There are two prices for 66 square meters. The main difference is the floor. One is 10-19 and the other is 21-27. Pay special attention. The 10th floor of the hotel room is equivalent to the second floor. The room is very large and there is no place to hang clothes. The power socket at the head of the bed is unreasonable and very low. The cabinet must be moved. All-inclusive price. The food is better and tips are given every time. The waiter will be very frustrated and unhappy if he does not receive the tip. The hotel is small and there is nothing to do on the beach.

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

Hotel environment is good! Meals are still ok! There are 4 restaurants in the evening! 3 to book! There are 6.7 at noon, no reservation! Breakfast two restaurants! Room service actually needs to charge 5 US dollars per service fee... There is no welcome drink when you stay! Did not introduce it! Feeling less enthusiastic...

The location of the hotel was good and the service was good. One disappointing thing was that when we were taking a video in the restaurant, a waiter made eye-catching actions that showed discrimination against Asians. Although he was unaware of the discrimination, the hotel only apologized and did not offer any compensation.
