The hotel is beautiful, the service is ok. The beach isn't good, but the pools compensate. The restaurants are amazing, very very good! The bed and the pillows made me suffer the 2 nights!! Tried to relief the pain in the tube, but there was no hot water in it, only in the shower. Went to the spa, very good service and massage!
If you are looking for a nice pool, good drinks, a very good spa and amazing food, is a place to go. But bring your pillow!!

Buenaventura Resort comes highly recommended. A totally beautiful complex with a huge pool landscape of about 8 different pools with pool bars, a tennis court, huge golf course, spa, gym and even a zoo. The resort is located directly on the sea and is fantastically beautiful!

The hotel lined up for checkin for an hour, which was too slow. My dissatisfaction is that the food is poor, I have no appetite when I see it, no seafood, no sushi, I'm sorry for the price, I'm sorry for the star rating, it's far worse than the riu next door

Cleanliness is still not very clean. The service is rather not good. Because by the time we finished checking in it was almost 4-5 p.m., too long. The pool was still not very clean.
