Beautiful hotel with wonderful decor and rooms. Staff at admissions could be a bit friendlier. Advertises a shuttle to airport but actually need to pay 11,800 rupees for one way trip - we got an Uber.

The hotel held a lovely welcome ceremony upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was decent, and I appreciated that the chef personally went around to check on guests' experiences. The staff were all very friendly, and I had a great time staying here (:

One word “AMAZING”! I have stayed at a lot of five stars around the world but Ritz Carlton in Bangalore exceeded my expectations all the way up! The service is so so good, they really take care of their guests. I travelled solo and their staff like Aishwarya, the young guy downstairs at the concierge, all the staff and chef at the breakfast restaurant were so nice and accommodating. Their staff Aishwarya and team went above and beyond, and bought me a swimsuit as they got to know I forgot to bring mine! The spa and swimming pool is dreamy! Loved my stay here!

The previous CrownPlaza service is very good, mainly for business travellers. There is no tourist place in the electronic city. It is 55km from the airport. The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery.
