Amazing 5*star hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly. Great breakfast buffet- with all homemade pastries and bread. The hotel’s facilities are great- it’s on the beach, many sun beds, lovely swimming pool. I would highly recommend the spa- it also has a stream room, sauna and jacuzzi.
The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Big, comfortable beds. Strong air con and TV with Netflix. The cleaners are on the ball and the room always smelt lovely. Our room had a lovely big bath with constant running hot water.
The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Hoi an ancient town at 10am and 3pm. If not a grab taxi is only 50,000VND. Outside the hotel are small mini-Marts and some lovely restaurants.
The hotel also offers free classes everyday from 3pm. As we had tours planned we only attended their complimentary cooking class which was insightful and fun.
Special thanks to Ms Chau who was so friendly and helped us organise our trip. Highly recommend this hotel! One of the best hotels we have stayed in, we will be back.

The rooms were comfortable and equipped with excellent air-conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hotter parts of the day. It ensured a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere indoors, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
One of the highlights of my stay was the resort's great pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and inviting, offering a perfect spot to cool off and relax. Whether you want to swim a few laps or simply lounge by the water, the pool area is a wonderful place to spend time.
Overall, Palm Garden Beach Resort offers a great combination of natural beauty, comfort, and excellent amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
