I really love this place. I really don't like the commercialized places like Pattaya, but this one feels totally different. There is good nature, quiet, nice. Just the whole different feeling than Pattaya. I will certainly go there again. Strongly recommend. However, don't confuse with U. Jomtien Pattaya. This one is 100 times much much better

Though the location is a bit far from the town centre, it at the same time is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay that you can get away from crowd. Suitable for travalers who drive, around 30-min drive from town centre. The room with private pool is super nice, the hygenic condition and the room quality is great, what is being lack maybe a full-length mirror. The staff there is nice and helpful, especially the one called Kwan, whose sincere attitude does impress me. Overall there is not much to criticise and will definitely stay again if i visit Pattaya again im future.

This hotel is located in the fishing village of Bangsaray. The hotel staff we welcoming and friendly. Taking our luggage from the vehicle to the lobby and then to the room later. Parking is opposite the hotel in the adjacent area across the road. The lobby is very nice with pool and football table. The decor is nice with wooden interior and hanging pictures, oars and other fishery objects. They have fishing rods for catching squid which they will cook for you. They also have paddle boards to rent for about 200 baht per hour. The staff showed us to our room which was clean and well presented. We had the 4th floor overlooking the pool and pier with an upstairs bedroom. The stairs to the bedroom are steep so an old person or someone with leg problems should not book this room type. The bathroom was good, although the toilet was a little too close to the shower glass/wall when sitting. The shower was good, powerful and warm enough. The shower water did leak over the shower door along the rubber seal on the floor causing the bathroom to get wet. Had to use a bathroom mat to keep it dry. Towels were fresh and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable woth soft mattress and excellent pillows. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The sofa appeared to be slight broken on the right side but not an issue. The swimming pool os an infinity pool and of good size. The restaurant serves excellent food with prices to be average to slightly over average. Good quality and taste. There is a sand pit for kids to play with swing. There are two piers, one for fishing on the left side and a cafe on the right pier. There are 3 or 4 private villas on the left pier which maybe slight expensive for most. The breakfast was included and was of good quality. Good coffee with cinnamon on top with some latte art. Not the typical coffee machines at some hotels. This seemed like it was made with care and profession. For foreigners staying here, you will enjoy it and I recommend to stay two nights. Overall, my experience at this hotel was more than perfect.

An impromptu stay at this classic relaxing retreat was an absolute joy from start to finish. The details of care for each guest surpassed anything I have so far experienced in Thailand - a certain type of guest will understand my utter thrill at having 'proper coffee' as part of the complimentary room offerings as well as ordinary tea there were Green tea and Earl Grey teabags- two of my favourites! The room was bright and airy in that winning Cape Cod clapper board beach style and extremely clean. We had a cracking wicker love seat on the balcony which looked over the green hills and bay. The room and balcony afforded both privacy and a beautiful picture window/doors to see the dawn over the sea. The service in the hotel was attentive and immensely gracious. We enjoyed using the complimentary bicycles and would have loved to stayed longer. We will definitely be back to enjoy the retreat from the world and all the calm and comfort the hotel offered.

worth a stay! It was my boyfriend's birthday when I checked in. When I went to the room, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. On the bed, I made a happy birthday lettering with leaves. I also gave a cake and a fruit plate. Since we live by the sea, and the lobby is some distance away from where I went, after check-in, the hotel took us to the room with a golf cart. The funniest thing about the bathroom is that the shower is outdoors, in the open air. We didn't use it, because we saw a lot of ants and leaves in the ground, and we took a shower in the bathtub. What needs to be improved is that the water in the shower is always very hot. It's so cold that I can't adjust the warm water. The breakfast restaurant is isolated by the river, with beautiful scenery and a wide variety of food choices, but there will be some mosquitoes. There is a swimming pool next to the restaurant, but I saw no one swimming, because the beach is in front of the swimming pool, many people would rather go to the beach 🏖️ to check in and take pictures📸️. I think it is worth choosing a room with a swimming pool next to it, where you can swim and check in.

The pavilion villa is more cost-effective than the pool villa, the TV is also newer, and there is a large terrace where you can smoke. Netflix is available on the TV. Breakfast was very good.

We searched Trip.com and found this hotel at the night time, since it was the first recommended and closest to the area we were. Not time much left, so we just booked and get strraight to the hotel, praying the hotel would be good. When we arrived, the staffs were helpful even it was a very late night time already (11pm). The room was clean with nice mountain view. Bed was comfy. Breakfast is ok. Comparing with the cost we get (last minute deal approx. 15xx THB), it's worth the money. Ah.. there is a turtle farm, very cute turtles. They sell turtle food for you to feed too.

Because rollingloud is very close to here, there is 2.7 kilometers, and the motorcycle takes 6 minutes to book this villa. In terms of service, is the boss Chinese? Anyway, it is still very good to communicate. It reflects that there are many mosquitoes, so I found someone to spray mosquito medicine in the room. It really works. A deposit of 6,000 baht is required for check-in. The pool is shared with the other two villas. There are more cockroaches outside the first floor at night. The video is the layout of the first floor, a bedroom similar to the size of a nanny room, a bathroom shower room, and a large kitchen. Upstairs is a big bed room and a big bed room with a living room, two bedrooms share a bathroom. The villa style is very Thai overall, and it is actually quite comfortable to live. I feel that up to 5 people live. There is nothing around, it is a village, the noodles, rice, and horse* chicken made by the locals on the left hand side of the intersection are very good! The wonton noodles made by the stalls on the side of the gas station are also delicious. Their prices are super cheap.

The front desk staff is incompetent. At check in, I informed the desk clerk that I would be paying with cash for my family's stay and I wanted two rooms for two nights. The desk clerk then took my card to put a ”deposit hold” (which turned out to be the full amount for the stay) and booked one room for one night. At this time I corrected him and said I need two rooms for two nights. I get all my card keys, settle in and the next day I get a call from the Marriott telling me I missed checkout for one of the rooms. It turns out, he had booked one room for two nights and the other room for one. Straightened that out, stayed for the second night, and upon checking out found out the second night was charged to my card and could not be reversed after I told them I'd be paying cash at checkout. Inconvenient but whatever. I pay the rest that is owed using cash and I am told the deposit they held on my card at check in would be returned to my account within 48hrs. The next day I receive 1/4th of the hold back on my card. Four days later and the rest is still not returned to my account. At this time I call the Marriott and they inform me that the desk clerk that told me my deposit would be returned within 48hrs was wrong and that it would actually be 5-7 business days. Dealing with this establishment has been a hassle since check in and what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into issue after issue. My family and I will not be returning to any Marriott.

Myrtle Beach City Center Myrtle Beach|1.41km from city center
This location is directly on the Grand Strand and is walking distance from the central Myrtle beach downtown. A great place for family’s with kids, but make sure you get a room on the higher floors. My main complaint is we were in the 5th floor, which is the first floor of residential rooms. Floor 3 and 4 are sales demo rooms and meeting rooms to sell you into timeshares. The reason I say get up higher is, there is a night club that plays heavy bass every night until 2am, and you can feel it though the walls on my floor. I’m used to staying up late, but it is a bit annoying. The only other inconvenience is in my 10 day stay, they will only clean your room once, midweek. Even after I requested new linen and towels, they said maid service is gone, and is not possible. They did offer to drop off sheets and towels. I guess this is the difference between staying at a real Hilton vs a timeshare, and they do pressure you to taking a 2 hour “tour”. With all the services out there to help you get out of a time share, I’m surprised anyone would still buy into that. The pros out weight the cons, so overall it’s a great place to stay. The beach is amazing as most of Myrtle beach is. If you want peace and quiet, go to north Myrtle beach. If you want close access to the party scene and stores etc, this is the place .

Great place to stay in Myrtle Beach. We rented a king bed with ocean view balcony. We were not disappointed with watching the ocean sunrise from our room. Room was spacious with full fridge, freezer, small stovetop and mini dishwasher. The hot breakfast buffet was a nice perk for one less meal to eat out. We did not use the pool for our visit but looked great and would be fun for kids. Its so nice to be on the beach and boardwalk to go walking. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to otherw for the price. I got a great deal on hopper app 2 weeks before hand.

Stayed here two nights April the 13th to the 15th ...was really looking forward to getting away for a midweek weekend..upon check-in was informed that because of our gold status with Marriott, that we couldn't use the club lounge because we were Only gold but found out later on that the club lounge wasn't even open... strike one.... First night went well had a decent night's sleep second night concierge called us at 9:00 in the morning after staying out late because it is Myrtle Beach after all..... Told them we weren't interested 9:15 they called back Again, told them again we were not interested ,we are trying to sleep, 9:30 got a four alarm banging on our door from housekeeping even though we had the privacy sign on our door, pretty much ruined our second night sleep.... addressed all these issues with Gavin the front desk manager he said he would give us a sizable discount because of our inconvenience and he was very apologetic..... We never received the Sizable discount.... Tried to call Gavin back numerous times he never returned our call... Even talked to a Miss Kaylee at the front desk and she said those early morning calls were standard practice with Marriott and we told her we have stayed at over 100 Marriotts and nobody's ever called us that early in the morning even at Walt Disney world..... was finally able to get into touch with general manager Miss Suzanne, after numerous phone calls, who told us there was nothing she Would do for our inconvenience.....Oh well..... outside of all this hotel is a good three to four blocks away from the beach definitely not oceanfront we had an far away, ocean view room which was nice , acceptable ,and comfortable .Gym was nice ,nice small indoor pool... they do charge $8 for parking regardless of your status with Marriott.... They have a nice lounge and very good late night restaurant..... Would really have loved to give this hotel a higher rating, but in the long run Very disappointed about nothing being done about our basic loss of a second night's sleep..... And also being told by the general manager that there was nothing she Would do for Us !

We just arrived yesterday and were skeptical after a bad experience with Booking.com We booked this stay in July and 2 weeks ago received notification it had been canceled. I immediately contacted the resort directly and rebooked. They were unable to get us in the same room Saturday thru Saturday but had to put us in a non oceanfront room the first night. Not liking this room, not gonna lie, but hopefully today when we check in to our next room it will be better. Having said that, we had a great first night!! JUDY at registration was so sweet and understanding. She tried her best to put us in a room where we wouldn't have to switch today. She couldn't but did tell us we would be in our room early today and she was super helpful. Thank you Judy!! We then went down to the tiki bar. It was 6:15 and we were told they would be closing at 7. But there was a big party arriving around 7:30 and SARAH agreed to stay open a little later and she was fantastic!! The drinks we had were perfect and she was a wonderful bartender!! CARLA, the cook, also did a wonderful job feeding everyone when they arrived. Neither of them complained about staying over but did it willingly and they were both pleasant and professional!! So although we do have to check out and then back in, which we are not happy about, everything has been great so far!!! I will write another review once we are in our permanent room!

Upon arrival on August 5th we arrived a little after 10am and paid for early check in. We were checked into room 523. As I walked in the first thing I noticed was that the bed was not centered under the mounted headboard, I pushed the bed to center it and it was dried black dirt beside the bed in which someone tried to hide. As I continued through the room there was a ring in the toilet so it had not been cleaned as well as a puddle in the floor where the A/C was leaking. I went down to the front desk to notify the front desk agent and she was pleasant and immediately agreed to provide a different room in which she gave me a key to inspect the unit myself then come back to report to her. I looked at room 323 and it appeared to be ok as we just took a 7 hour drive to get here. We needed to rest. After settling in there was mold on the ceiling and the kitchen cabinet. The knob was missing from the bathroom vanity, the tub was clogged and did not drain. The kitchen light did not work. When booking at this hotel I booked a room with a kitchen because I intended on preparing a few meals during my stay. The kitchen was not equipped with pots, pans, forks, knives, spoons, not one cooking utensil which in turn caused us to spend additional money on food. Even though welcome papers say see front desk for there was none available. Furthermore the balcony door handle fell apart in my hand while I was opening the door and I hurt my finger but luckily there was not a serious injury. Maintenance came back to the room the next day after repairing the kitchen light and insisted they had to fix the bathroom light that was not reported by us. As we yelled through the door that we did not call he still proceeded to try to come in and my husband had to stand at the door to stop him from entering while neither one of us was fully dressed. It was only then he reached out to the front desk to confirm the room number. The inside secure lock was broken on the room so moving forward we had to improvise by opening the oven door in front of the door to secure ourselves because after that we did not feel safe at all anybody could walk in at any time. There should be additional training when someone says do not enter they should not. I also suffer from bad allergies and we had to sleep with the balcony door cracked and the A/C that I had to clean the filters on as well. I emailed the manager Amber Murray 3 times and no response.

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach October 8-11, with two children ages 3 and 8. We did weeks worth of research before choosing this resort. **You will always find scary and negative reviews for places but I promise you that The Breakers does not disappoint! (Unless you are difficult to please!)** We stayed in the Paradise building on the 20th floor. The view was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat meals. The employees at this resort work hard to keep it clean and safe. Housekeeping checked in daily to replenish towels and take our trash. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs and lazy river. This is a great location, steps from the ocean and walking distance to stores and restaurants. It was nice to have a Starbucks right across the street! It would have been nice if the kids pool was operating since our children and other families were interested in utilizing that amenity. However I was informed by front desk staff that operating hours are determined by the weather and the security team. The shuttle service was great and the driver was knowledgeable and friendly. We were picked up from the airport and were able to schedule rides to local attractions. Overall it was a great trip and we are already looking forward to returning! Thank you Breakers!

Fire alarm went off around 230am. The intercom was saying evacuate. My family took stairs to evacuate but It was a false alarm, scared my 7 year old so bad because he thought it was a fire because we had a bad house fire in the past. I could not get back to sleep. No apologies at checkout

We've been staying at this Hampton for more than 12 years and always enjoyed it. This year there were too many problems to ignore. Check in was very slow, we waited for almost an hour to get checked in, which has never happened before. The elevators need some maintenance. It sounds like there is a lot of sand in the door track and not sure if they were cleaned while we were there. The room we finally got was nice, although the couch needed to be cleaned and the room could be updated. The breakfast was good, the usual Hampton meal. They have 2 areas to serve breakfast since this is a large hotel, however only one area was open so breakfast was very busy. The breakfast employees did a great job of keeping up though. The pool wasn't cleaned the first day we were there which was a Monday so you can imagine how much sand was in it after a busy weekend. Also made me wonder if the water had been tested for cleanliness. The shower area, when you come off the beach, wasn't cleaned for the 4 days we were there, so rinsing your feet off did no good. That's probably why the pools are full of sand. The boardwalk steps are being overwhelmed by the plants from the sand dunes and look to be in disrepair. But probably the most disturbing thing was the dog situation. We really feel Hilton has made a big mistake allowing dogs on all their properties. This property is not set up for dogs to do their ”business.” The only convenient grassy locations are right by the swimming pools and I do mean very close proximity. Anyone that has ever had a dog knows that no matter how well you try to pick up after a dog, many times there is ”residue” left behind, not to mention all the urninating they are doing in the grass. We sat on our balcony and watched dogs using the grass as their bathroom and then watched people walk through the grass and get in the pool. Not a good set up at all! I really hesitated reviewing this year, but felt the hotel really needs to get back to what made them the number one hotel in Myrtle Beach for years. Not sure if we will give them another chance, which is sad because we really loved this hotel!
