The hotel is located in the central area, there are many small shops on the street, and there is also a city light rail nearby, not far from the airport. The hotel service is very warm. The breakfast is local ingredients and taste. It is very rich and there are many drinks. Freshly squeezed carrot juice and apple juice are recommended. The environment in the room is clean and tidy, the carpets are free of dust, and the bedding is comfortable. It is a super cost-effective hotel.

I stayed at Javad Hotel between 11th of January and 17th of January 2020. I really enjoyed how they approached the customers. The rooms are pretty clean and wifi works pretty well. The hotel is located very close to Imam Reza Holy Shrine. You can also reach most of the places easily via Snapp (Taxi application program in Iran). It is also close to the Mashhad Bus Station and Mashhad Train Station. During my 6 days of staying, Mr, Ghasem (In the reception) solved my small issues professionally, so you can find him if you need any quick help :). Besides, all stuff are very helpful and they wanna be sure you are spending good time both at the hotel and in Mashhad.

I searched a lot in internet to find the best hotel near imam reza shrine. reviews in tripadvisor and jainjas was useful for me. so I booked it. there are lots of shopping centers near it. and the food of restaurant. It has really high quality with polite staff.

The room is clean and large. It's just a bit far from the Holy Tomb. In addition, the hotel has to seize the passport when checking in, which is not very friendly, because going to the Holy Tomb requires a passport, especially solo tourists who have to book air tickets or train tickets, etc., which are not possible, and the hotel does not provide booking services. . So it delayed the trip a lot. The breakfast in the hotel is very good 👍
