Diesel Hotel is just TOP!! We have booked it for years only for a night for the interruption on our annual holiday trip to Bulgaria and we just find it SUPER! Booking and check-in are very easy to make online or even by phone and the staff at the reception is incredibly friendly and really nice and competent, Even if you get completely exhausted and badly walked in the middle of the night. The rooms and bathrooms are greatly furnished and super clean and breakfast very good and rich. The atmosphere of the hotel, especially in the lobby and bar and the breakfast room, is modern and comfortable at the same time and the staff is very friendly and premature. The hotel has a beautiful terrace or outdoor area and a large private parking area, which is still free and therefore ideal for travelers. who are, like us, on the journey. It is in fact a pity that we always book this hotel for our interim stops, so we have made it firmly for more than one night to book, because the price of performance is also unprecedented! Quite clear recommendation!!!

We are always staying overnight at Ibis Arad during our road trips to Bucharest, Romania. The staff never ever disappointed us: always friendly, ready and fast in helping you or providing what you need for a comfortable stay. Last time we traveled there, we were with our dog and they didn't even charge us extra for him. All the hotels we stayed in so far with our dogs charged additional fees for him, but not Ibis. As well, at breakfast buffet, the staff was very friendly and ready to serve us with great pleasure during these special protocol conditions for Covid. My husband doesn't speak Romanian fluently, but the ladies in restaurant always put lots of patience in understanding and offering him best service. The rooms are comfortable, clean, lots of parking slots available and if you are lucky you can also get rooms with good views over the city lights.
