"The location of the hotel is perfectly opposite to the Chain Bridge. The cable car rides up to the Bunda Mountain to see the Danube River. By the way, you can visit the Matthias Church and Fisherman's Bastion. The hotel is also close to the Váci Street."
"A little disappointed, no snacks, no one to open the bed, breakfast was average, I don't know how to be rated as one of the best four seasons in the world. Much worse than the Sacher in Vienna"
"The location of the hotel is very good, it is facing the chain bridge, it is very convenient to go anywhere, and it is very pleasant to walk around in the evening."

"Hotel service is very good, room service is always responsive, and the attitude is warm, because the anniversary of the hotel also presented champagne. Macarons are given every night. However, I returned to the hotel on the first night and found that the room had not been cleaned. I communicated with the hotel to confirm that this situation did not occur again after daily cleaning."
"As early as the hotel, although it contains a single point and self-service part, but the types are very few, are relatively basic types, and the hotel stayed for four days, almost no change early. There is a happy hour from 4pm to 6pm, offering drinks, wine, cheese and snacks, just four days. Overall, it’s a good niche boutique hotel, but Ctrip’s overall rating is high."
"Actually, small ants were found on the carpet in the hotel room. This was the first time I met a non-island type 5-star hotel and upgraded the room after negotiating with the hotel. In fact, other aspects of the hotel health is good, in addition to breakfast will have flies"

"This hotel itself has relatively few reviews. I don't know why the previous friends didn't mention it. The ritz is the top of the subway. Underground is the second oldest subway in Europe, which is nearly a century old (of course, this building is older), so the sound insulation is very poor. The 6th floor (only 9 floors in total) can feel a strong sense of tremor (Imagine 17 hours a day every five minutes). The lobby on the first floor was an earthquake. No wonder it was 50 times cheaper than Marriott at that time. And there are two nightclubs downstairs. In the middle of the night, drunks sing. Drunk leaning on someone's car over and over again caused the alarm. It's really miserable. However, the charge has already been deducted. Stay overnight for another night ... At the same time the mattress is also the softest since the trip. Asking for a change didn't work. What a terrible ritz experience. Rare review. Be sure to remind everyone later. Budapest's urban management again ... The car whistle and the motorcycle roar. Let's live by the river"
"The location is not selected from the subway. Within ten minutes walk from the chain bridge, the service is okay. After all, I only stayed for one night. I can feel that the subway is really ... Do not live in this place, which is sensitive to noise. I It ’s a room on the fifth floor, and I feel it clearly."
"By the standards of chestnuts, it can only be regarded as ineffective. Breakfast is really very general, and it is not very different from ordinary Marriott. Maybe try another one next time"

"It is our second time at the Matild, and it is just getting better. We visit Budapest many times, we stayed at the Ritz and Four Seasons, however, for us, the Matild is the winner. The hotel is flawless. with attention to every detail. the Service and team are at the highest standards in luxury hotels. The location is great to walk to the city center. Breakfast is wonderful. service is very personalized, if they missed a type of tea, the day after they put it on your table. and also the day after they remember your preferences, which makes breakfast a very nice way to start the day. The rooms are soooo beautiful! On the weekend they have a live cabaret show, the singer and host talked Hungarian so it made us uncomfortable, the food was OK, and the cabaret show was great fun. The SPA is a great place to start and end the day, especially during the winter cold season."
"This is a class hotel all the way. The blend of old and new really work. The location is fantastic for walking, but it’s the staff that really sells the place. From the bellmen, to the front desk, to the maids, to the breakfast buffet staff, everyone was happy to see you and eager to place. Only regret was we had to leave."
"The hotel is a great hotel, we have had a memorable stay. The rooms are very light and very comfortable! The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. It feels that the hotel has been refurbished recently, everything is perfect. One of the most beautiful hotels I've been able to visit. Thank you"

"Hyatt Hotel, a super beautiful and new hotel, was a little worried to see no comments at first, because the hotel was 19 years old, and I did n’t meet a Chinese when I went there, but I was very happy when I arrived, especially the lobby, which is too beautiful Come on! But the breakfast was expensive so I didn't buy it and I ate around. The fourth one is about 500 meters away from the hotel. It snowed on the last day so I ate at the hotel. I ordered some without breakfast buffet and the price was ok. Everyone has a very good attitude and must be rated 5 points."
"The Deluxe View Room faces the main road and is arranged on the first floor. I feel like I'm standing on the road, listening to the surrounding vehicles galloping by, and have a headache. I called the front desk and no one answered. , Tell me that there is no room of the same level, only standard rooms, the room is 10 square meters small and no view, I asked if I want to refund the money, the answer is no, and I ask if I want to give some compensation, such as free breakfast, answer no The manager is off work and I don't have permission. The service is really bad. There is no permission at this point. What is your front desk? !!"
"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning! The perfect balance of modern comfort and old world charm. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Great location, inconvenient if you travel with lots of luggage( no elevater out of parking garage), spa aerea is disappointing ( to small, to crowded), but great massage therapist, good dinner options, competent concierge, friendly staff"
"The location is excellent. By the Danube River, this hotel is mainly because the lobby is very comfortable and very large. You can look at the river view and sit there to eat, drink and chat."

"check-in 1) The check-in itself was without any problems. However, a deposit of 100€ was required - in itself no problem, but it would have been nice to get this information in advance from somewhere e.g. the booking confirmation. 2) It would have been not only nice but actually the task of the staff to pass on general information to the guest without being asked - e.g. that the elevator only works with the room card. Yes, you can come up with that on your own, but I still expect such information from the staff - it's called customer service. 3) The promised welcome drink was forgotten & never rememberd by the staff The room: 1) I had a superior room, for this room a view was specified/promised. Well, there was no view, except the opposite house wall of the hotel. Again a promised service was not provided. 2) No bathrobe or slippers in the room – and yes, I expect that from a 5-star hotel. 3) no hooks in the entrance area outside the closet to hang up e.g. wet jackets 4) 2 hooks for towels IN the shower cabin. But you can't hang towels on them, because they are small round bars and the towels don't have straps to hang them on – so they always end up on the (wet) floor 5) it was always cold in the room, although I always had the heating turned up 6) no ceiling lamp in the middle of the room, making it just way too dark, even though I always turned up all the other lights in the room Hard Rock restaurant from the hotel 1) We waited almost 1 hour for the drinks, leaf alone the food... 2) our waiter was just rude and lazy. As a woman you were completely ignored by him, he only addressed the men at the table. 3) separate payment was a 10-minute discussion with our waiter, but it worked in the end 4) The food was okay. Little to no seasoning and the menu was actually a joke. No typical hard rock dishes, let alone signature cocktails on the menu Breakfast 1) as fate would have it, there was a water pipe burst in the Hard Rock Restaurant overnight. So breakfast took place in the lobby - quality, selection and service of breakfast was very good. The only drawback: it was very cold, so breakfast without a jacket wasn't possible All in all, there were just too many little things that made the stay annoying. Therefore, clearly no recommendation from me. I would not stay in this hotel again, especially since the price is much too high for the rather lukewarm service."
"Hotel is on a very good location. It has very beautiful interior. Very pleasant staff and good organization. I have been using garage, and it is very clean and safe. I am very satisfied, and overall impression is extremely possitive. "
"Love the city, beautiful architecture, beautiful restaurants. The Hard Rock hotel is amazing, beautiful and Rock & Roll. Ideal location Super friendly and english speaking staff. Loved the food in Sessions. I can reccomend the hotel "

"Rarely one can find a hotel in which every aspect has to be rated TOP. The staff from bell boys to restaurant staff to front desk and house keeping! Little details were looked after and the friendliness of everyone was amazing. The food / selection / presentation .... from breakfast to dinner - all above expectations. The rooms are wonderful, well appointed and the beds as comfortable as one can hope for"

Just the point. I personally feel that it is one of the best hotels on the Great Ocean Road. It is old but well maintained. There is a heated swimming pool, 1 minute walk to the beach. There are large lawns, and there is a high probability of seeing various parrots. Already a hotel under Accor, A Jiaca dinner can be half price, the price is absolutely pleasant, the whole family is full of RMB 300. Breakfast is also quite rich! Our entire journey was a top-notch hotel, comparable to Sofitel Melbourne, Park Hyatt Canberra and Intercontinental Sydney. The front desk was generally friendly and willing to help. Cars can be parked for free at the hotel. The only bad thing is if I want to play parrots on the windowsill in the morning and live upstairs with a little sea view. . . Without an elevator, it is estimated that everyone will not be able to get there without boxes, and there may be situations where they have to walk to the third floor, but they still like this hotel! Very suitable for bringing children! Breakfast for ages 5 and under is free of charge. Ginger flavor, don't lose appelle.

Feelings: The hotel is in the forest 5 minutes drive from the town of Lorne. We saw wild kangaroos, cockatoos and eagle here. In terms of safety, the hotel has more than a dozen independent houses, and the popularity is high. The old couple of the hotel owner live in the house in the center of the hotel, so the friends in the city quickly bring the children to feel it. The wild kangaroo looked great and powerful, and the zoo was much better.

We stayed for a weekend and barely saw the kids! The jumping pillow was a winner, the pool area was lovely, though cold on a cloudy 18 degree Summers day and there was so much space for the kids to run around, play basketball / soccer, mini golf, playgrounds, plenty to keep them entertained. Our cabin was a pine spa cabin and though a little dated was really clean and had everything we needed including a full size fridge. The location is amazing being an easy walk to the beach, river, shops and pub for dinner which has huge meals. The staff we encountered were lovely and service was great. Would definitely stay here again especially as a family.
