The room is small and it is enough to sleep on a double bed. Hotel facilities are really very old. But close to the two paradise, going out is Disney Street, eating and shopping is very convenient. The hotel is really hard to locate and hard to find. The address provided on Ctrip is wrong. Everyone will directly find the English name of the hotel and will find it faster.

The hotel is very close to Disney and can be reached by crossing the road. The facilities of the hotel are also very good, the swimming facilities are also very fun for children to play, recommended recommended!

This is our second time at the Camelot, and it was just as great this time (8 yrs later). We booked the ADA Family Suite because we were traveling with my 79 year old mother. I also had my daughters, son-in-law and grandchildren. We booked with my husband's military discount but he had to back out of the trip. Michelle was great and was still able to get us a good rate. The suite was great. It was clean and spacious with two handicap accessible bathrooms, one with a tub, the other with a shower. The staff was so friendly, although they didn't clean rooms daily because of Covid, they checked on us daily and made sure we were stocked up on everything. The beds were so comfortable, which is vitally important when you've been walking all day in the park! One Stop Mobility (located on the bottom floor) was amazing and provided my mom with a nice scooter that made it possible for her to get to Disneyland easily. The laundry room (also on the bottom floor) was small (3 washers 3 dryers) but no one was there so it wasn't a problem. The pool was saltwater and not very warm but not freezing either, There is a hot tub also. I love the proximity of the hotel to Disneyland. It is very close which is so important when you have a bunch of tired kids who just want to get into a warm shower and sleep. There is also a 24 hr McDonalds right next door, and a Panera Bread right next to that for breakfast or late night snack.

We had a wonderful time at the Camelot. They upgraded us to a Family Suite with a balcony looking towards Disneyland. Our last night we were able to watch the fireworks, which was awesome. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Tons of storage to be able to spread out. Our family of 4 stayed in one room and grandparents in the other room. The location can’t be beat as well. A quick walk back to the room made it easy to take a mid day break with our littles (7 and 5). The housekeeping staff even arranged our kids studies in the bed which was a fun surprise. Highly recommended and will look to stay again next time we are at Disneyland!

Even if the hotel didn't fully understand the language, it was nice because it responded with a smile. There was place to eat in the same building and was convenient. This time, the room I stayed on was on the second floor, but it was hard to carry because there was no elevator and the luggage was heavy. There was no heating in the room and it was very cold. Location is very good as it is quite close to Disney.

Love the hotel! This was our second visit and of course we had to go back to Charles Whitfield when we checked in. He helped us on our last visit and he didn’t disappoint this time around. He is definitely a knowledgeable, respectful, helpful employee. Thanks for the great experience.

I used two family suites during the third generation trip during the year-end and New Year holidays. There was a little distance from the entrance because it was located at the back of the building, but you can go to the entrance of Disneyland in 15 minutes on foot, and there is a drug store and a pizza shop as soon as you cross the intersection, so the location is very good. The age of the buildings and facilities could not be denied, but there was also laundry and it was enough if the hotel only played and returned to sleep. The family who returned to the room earlier locked the inner key and asked the front desk, but there was a happening that caused him to borrow an extension because he could not open it due to security. Please be careful with inner keys!

If your going to Disneyland this hotel is perfect. Your just across from the entrance and closer than some official Disney hotels. It also has parking which I was really worried about. It was so close we could go back to the room for an hour at midday rest recharge phones and go back in. Will stay again if going to Disney. Only issue no hairdryer in the room and it can be a little noisy at night as people come back from the park.

I booked two rooms for three nights in early October for a Disneyland trip. the only thing positive about this place is the location. Desk staff were unreasonable in giving me a key to my daughters adjoining room so I could decorate it for my grandchildren’s first visit! I showed the email saying I booked both rooms but bc I put the second room in my daughters name, they refused to let me in. She was coming in on a later flight and the desk staff actually told me to call her to see if it’s OK if I could go in the room. For goodness sake‘s, she was traveling solo with a toddler and a baby and about to board the plane, and I’m supposed to call her to get permission to get into her room. Ridiculous!

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the park. The rooms are large, clean and furnished with a holiday feel; basic necessities are also provided. The hotel also has a swimming pool. The rooms are dominated by pool views. Very nice! Our luggage can also be stored in the hotel, which is very convenient! !! For a family of up to Disneyland, this hotel is definitely the best choice!

Closer to Disney. But not his recent, it is Best western. The front desk service is very good and there are free packages. The room has only two floors, and we are probably placed on the second floor at a young age. It is an open courtyard, so the curtains must be pulled.

About 15 minutes walk from Disney, near the highway, the road side is a bit noisy. The facilities are quite new, which is equivalent to the level of 4 stars or more in China. All have breakfast, you can eat it yourself, no one is in charge, no one checks.

It's clean. It takes a little time to get to Disney, but it's not that far. I checked in at night. The staff recommended the mimis restaurant, which was delicious, but McDonald's was a little further ahead. There are too many Disney people on Thursday

After reading the reviews for 414, I booked. It was a last minute Disneyland trip and I was thankful for the vacancy. The stay was nice. The room was clean and neat. Hardwood/laminate flooring, small fridge, iron, ironing table, hair dryer, TV, coffee maker, small but neat restroom with “pump style” soap and shampoo dispensers. This is a typical California-style motel. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. The WiFi was nice but a bit on the slower side. The walk to Disneyland is about 15-20 mins… about one mile from motel to gates. I’d stay again.

We loved staying here. It's only 1/2 a mile to Disneyland. Parking here is so easy and is included in your stay. It's located in the middle of some really great areas, good restaurants, easy to get to so much from this hotel! We will definitely stay here again. Hotel staff is so personable and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

We had a great 3 night stay. We were there for Disneyland trip celebrating our daughters birthday. It was her 1st trip to DL. Upon arrival, a couple hours before 4pm check in, we were happy to hear a room was available. About 20 minutes later we got a knock at the door. It was hotel staff with a bday gift for our daughter! We were blown away. It was so thoughtful. Staff acknowledged us each time we left for the day and upon arriving back. Nice touch. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was as expected. Location is great, probably a 10 minute walk to entrance. Having Panera in the same lot was nice. Did not expect a fancy breakfast and was not letdown. If you are expecting anything more you will be disappointed. We had a great experience and will be recommending this location to friends/family.

This was a mother/daughter “girls trip.” We were so lucky to be there on the super hot days of California baking. The check-in process was easy and convenient, I opted for Valet and they handled every detail with my luggage and other items, traveling with a 4 year old. We got into our room, nice and tidy, cranked up the AC and rested before we walked to the park. The walk to the park is no more than ten minutes at the most and that means all way into the turnstiles. I was on the first floor near the Valet area so I was happy with the 24Hr security for me and my daughter, it was quiet and never an issue. If you want clean and convenient this is your place to stay.

Hotel seems a little dated and the hallways of the guest rooms need a new look. The room and bathroom are large but there is wear and tear easily visible through out the room. The lobby is massive and is kept in great shape and it very nice. It is connected to the self park lot which costs $24usd per night with in and out privileges. Seems a bit expensive but given its by the convention centre, it is an easy income maker for corporate stays. The hotel has a lobby Starbucks and enterprise rent a car which is convenient.

Very good old-fashioned suite hotel by Hilton, although the hotel is not very new, but the maintenance is still very good. The facilities are also very well equipped, and the outdoor swimming pool can also make the children have fun. A little far from Disney, walking for about 15 minutes, I don't think I need to take a bus or drive, and I will be there. There are a variety of restaurants and supermarkets along the way, very convenient. Not far from the hotel, there is a Vietnamese river shop, which is highly recommended! We had no breakfast for the room, parking for $26 a night. If you go to Disneyland, it is a good choice.

We are DVC and bagged a room at the VGC in early August. First thing- the building and lobby and overall vibe are beautiful. The bell person who greeted us was outstanding, Sorry didn’t get his name but he’s 50s, slim guy, and extremely talkative and helpful, the true ‘Disney Difference’ type employee. Check in was a very slow and lengthy experience although the lady was very nice. Queues at 3pm. This could be speeded up. Room wasn’t obtained until just after 4. We had a disappointing outlook room, ground floor, corner, facing directly at back entrance to Californian Adventure. Security guards stood around and no real barrier for privacy so never sat on patio. However, we realised the room had some advantages in that you could be in the park in about 40 steps. Room was nice enough. Would I pay over $1000 a night for it cash? Not worth it but booked on points. They are getting so they need a refurb although still in decent shape. It was all very dark though, perhaps not helped by room position in bottom corner of hotel. Craftsman’s bar was a bit disappointing for food. It was OK quality but very, very slow at coming out. Mine was comped. The bar itself with live music is lovely though and cocktails good. Pool is beautiful but at the same time disappointing. It’s disappointing because there are not enough sun loungers. This is partly due to Disney greed, who have turned over about a third of the already too small pool area to paying cabanas. This is partly due to lack of management. They are meant to have wristbands on people, but half did not have them and half the time there were no staff on the gate to put them on. I personally witnessed at 8am a family coming in the front of the hotel who didn’t seem to be staying there (very easy to get in despite needing a key card as the gate is constantly opened onto the sidewalk) who I saw walk into the pool area, they had no card and waited for gate to open and went in. Disney can see from the reviews on Tripadvisor this pool seating issue is a major problem. They need to do something about it. If that includes removing the cabana area and taking a hit on upcharges, they need to do it. They need to get really strict on pool management and wrist bands. When you are paying this much for a hotel, not being able to get sun beds is totally unacceptable. Shame as pool itself is lovely and live music even in the day. The characters also seemed to plead daily at around 4 pm for a pool party. Gym great. The DVC team here here we’re very nice people. Obviously location is fantastic.

Stayed here for a week while visiting disneyland with family. We had two rooms booked both on the concierge level (18). We arrived at the hotel early around 1pm and were surprised that both our rooms were ready for early check in. Spent time at the hotel enjoying the club lounge and pool that day. Hotel was busy with conferences going on and a convention going on at the convention center. It felt crowded but the hotel was properly staffed. We never had to wait for food, drinks, or elevators. It was only a 15-20 minute walk to Disney or a quick walk and bus ride over that picks you up right by the Hilton and drops you off right at the gates to Disney. The club level was open Monday-Friday for grab and go drinks/snacks 6:30am to 10pm and Saturday/Sunday for grab and go drinks/snacks 12pm to 10pm. Breakfast daily, appetizers in the afternoon, and deserts at night. Saturday/Sunday full breakfast buffet in the restaurant. The staff in the club lounge were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely return in the future.

Hotel was very nice and staff was very helpful and friendly. The ART bus stops directly in front of the hotel making access to the parks very easy. You can also choose to walk which we did the first night but the ART bus is worth the $6 per day (or $16 for 3 day pass). Also had breakfast one morning at the restaurant which is a much better option than eating at the parks.

No seriously, talk to the manager if you have any issues at all with this hotel as soon as possible. My family and I did not have a good experience at this hotel due to some technical issues between the Anaheim Portofino and the 3rd party booking system. I even wrote a pretty scathing review that I have since deleted based on our experience. We didn't get the opportunity to stay here and therefore cannot comment on the accommodations. My 5 star review is solely based the incredible customer service I received from Mark, the General Manager of this hotel. After some back and forth via email, he convinced me to hop on the phone with him and I'm so glad I did (and wished I had done it sooner). I felt he was genuinely apologetic for what happened, would have helped us at the time if he had been there and went above and beyond to make it right. I got the impression that he genuinely cares and I'd even plan on staying here in the future after this interaction. It's my understanding that hotel changed ownership in April of 2022, so hopefully the reviews will continue to improve with Mark at the helm. I would recommend booking directly through the hotel and avoiding any 3rd party booking, specifically Priceline in my case. Priceline was extremely unhelpful and helped to make this situation worse than it should have been. If I had had the opportunity to discuss the situation with the GM sooner, I can imagine that our experience would have been drastically different. We are looking forward to a future stay.

Maritza Rocks!!! Anthony is Awesome!!! Adell is Cool!!! I needed to have my 3 rooms on the same floor and if possible to have 2 of them connect to each other. I understand how difficult it can be to have connecting rooms so I was hopeful. When I called, Maritza answered the phone and was SUPER friendly and willing to assist. I explained to her that I would be arriving by 2 PM and was hoping for the above as well as at least 1 room to have early check-in. Maritza not only took care of me, she amazed me!! She was able to secure 3 rooms on the same floor all close to each other and 2 of them were also connecting as requested. After that, she informed me that she could have all 3 rooms available for my early arrival as well. When I arrived Maritza was assisting another guest and Anthony checked me in. Anthony was also friendly and fun to engage with while completing the check-in process. Anthony is new to hotels and has been at this one for just about a year. You can really tell that his passion is hospitality. Adell was the 3rd team member that I had the pleasure of meeting while checking in. She has worked at another hotel before but is newer to this location and Sonesta. She too loves hospitality but enjoys wowing the guests after they come back from a long day at Disneyland. Update: my room lock stopped working and I had to call the desk for maintenance. It took 5 minutes and 11 seconds from me hanging up with the desk to maintenance fixing the lock. It took Maintance 2 minutes and 28 seconds to get the call from the desk and to come up to my room. Once he came up and saw what was needed it took him another 1 minute and 27 seconds to go back and retrieve tools and batteries to fix the lock. Once he had his tools He was able to fix the lock in 77 seconds. I am not sure if many will understand how great this is. I realize that responses aren’t typically this fast. However, a shoutout has to be made because they did this all in less than 6 minutes. That’s crazy!!!! Lastly, I have to shout out housekeeping for clean rooms. I always break down the room to inspect for bugs, dirt, or any other unwanted items. Not only were my 3 rooms super clean, they were dust free too! Great job to the Sonesta Anaheim for such a wonderful staff and leadership!!!

Pros- literally right across the street from Disneyland and California Adventure, located on the same block as a ton of restaurants and shops, under ground parking, microwave and fridge in room, quiet Cons- check in was a bit confusing and they didn’t have a map of the property to give so to find the pool was a bit of a challenge. The smell of their detergent and cleaning agents overwhelm the whole hotel, especially their bed linens. I brought my own blanket and the perfume it picked up from just being on top of the sheets for one night was incredibly strong and had to be washed out.

First-class environmental facilities, the hotel is very new. But the credit card charges randomly. Since the order included breakfast for 4, why was breakfast charged again? The service attitude of the Asian female leader at breakfast is very poor. She was told that she can only eat cold food and no hot food... In fact, there is no hot food at all. It is not as good as the domestic three-star breakfast. Where does the confidence to coax come from?
