Good location, hotel facilities are too old, leaving the attraction for five minutes walk, convenient

The hotel room is relatively large, clean, tidy and warm. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. The location is very good, in the center, very convenient to go anywhere. The front desk service is also very good, warm and thoughtful.

The suite booked this time is in good condition in all aspects. Verona is a better hotel. Breakfast can be very convenient to go to major attractions. Walking distance from Juliet's former residence is not far away.

Hotel breakfast is basically a Western-style buffet, you can only say ordinary. Within a ten minute walk from the train station, it is convenient to walk to various attractions and business districts for about 15 minutes. European hotels are very clean.

No words to say really and the fact that the guy who was resptionist told me this is not my responsibility and I am not a waiter to bring blankets for you was anoteher level. I really like to discuss this with their manager because I've been to that hotel before and I aimed to go again but I don't think so anymore. Not me and my family! The receptionist was not professional and they expected me to go to their other building to collect the blankets that they did not provide! They were rude that they wanted to get to my room with out prior permission from me to check if the room actually has blankets or not!!!! They did not trust my words as a guest!!! this was so not respectful and of course I did not let them in to the room at 11 pm while my parents are sleeping and told them to check the room while I am checking out in the morning!! OMG I was waiting for blanket since 12 pm!!!! And they said you should come and collect it because we don't have staff!!!! a 4 star hotel! And once I went there they actually had 2 staff!

Рекомендую апартаменты для остановки в Вероне. Удобное расположение( 25 мин от вокзала, 5 мин Арена). Возможно использование дивана, как спального места. В номере тапочки, полотенца, гель для душа, шампунь. Небольшая кухня( плита, кофе-машина, холодильник, кондиционеры,микроволновка, бесконтактное заселение, подробная инструкция для заселения. Владельцы готовы оказать помощь. Отличное соотношение цены/услуг.

Hotel is right on the main shopping district. It is 1min walk away from LV (start of the shopping street), and the Arena (mini colosseum). You have plenty of food choices here. Breakfast is served daily in the room, so you can have the comfort of eating in your PJ. Room is huge, so you have plenty of space for your luggage etc. cleanliness is good. Only small downside is, if you are a light sleeper, you might be disturbed by the noise from the shopping district which typically ends around 11pm daily. I had a good 8 days stay here!
