spectacular structure ... well maintained and really beautiful to visit .reception very professional and valid  This is the beautiful side. unfortunately the room was without windows, so I was walled alive !! The restaurant in the management of third parties is behind a large glass that is defect and doesn't close well , the effect is that my table was exposed to cold spray all night not facilitating dining.manager/server with absolutely little empathy and And a little trouble. Morning breakfast worthy of the worst autogrill now out of use ! I would be happy to return because the place is good but the structure services are really poor

It was evening when we arrived. It was a bit hard to find in the mountains, but it was really amazing when I woke up in the morning. Lake Garda is so beautiful and very comfortable. Although the room looked a bit old, everything was cleaned and the room was very spacious. I think it is very suitable for a hotel holiday.

The hotel is located in a very special context. The interiors and furniture are well-treated. The spa access from the hotel is very comfortable and the spa is absolutely deserving. Breakfast buffet is rich in healthy and quality food. Breakfast service is perfect. Unfortunately, the building suffers much from rain infiltration, certainly to be fitted (some corridors during rain are litterally flooding). The room was very cool and the room was very cool.

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful days at this establishment. The room service was impeccable, efficient, and discreet. The pool and its surroundings invite you to relax and unwind with an exceptional view. The bar offers a variety of excellent snacks. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The hotel's location is ideal, and the private parking, equipped with an electric charging station, is very convenient and appreciated.

Excellent structure. Very good quality food, beautifully presented. Very kind and professional reception The only observation is that to stay in the swimming pool/SPA area after 1pm on the day of departure they ask for a supplement and whether you leave after an hour or later the amount is the same. Other similar structures do not ask for this amount but are not so strict at exit times. I understand when there are many people (justified) I don't think it's the case when there are 10-15 people in the pool/sauna area.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di trascorrere un fantastico w.e. di evasione presso questa struttura termale e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti dell'esperienza. L'arrivo è stato impeccabile. Lo staff della reception è estremamente cortese e professionale, gestendo il check-in in modo rapido e fornendo subito tutte le informazioni necessarie sull'utilizzo delle terme e gli orari dei servizi. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera luminosa, pulita e arredata con un gusto classico ed elegante. Il letto era incredibilmente confortevole e il vero plus è stato il balconcino con vista sul giardino e un gran bello scorcio del Lago di Garda con alle sue spalle i monti imbiancati. A completare la camera un bagno abbastanza grande e dotato di molti confort per il benessere personale. Per le piscine Termali sono disponibili diverse vasche con varie temperature, con idromassaggi e getti cervicali. Area Wellness: la zona sauna, bagno turco, e docce emozionali è ben mantenuta e mai troppo affollata. L'atmosfera generale nella spa è di profondo relax con a disposizione delle buone tisane. La colazione è ricca, con opzioni dolci e salate e prodotti di qualità. L'esperienza generale è stata eccellente. Se dovessimo dare un unico suggerimento per ottimizzare ulteriormente il soggiorno, sarebbe quello di valutare la possibilità di anticipare l'orario del check-in (attualmente alle ore 15:00). Poter accedere alla camera anche solo un'ora prima permetterebbe agli ospiti di usufruire dei servizi termali con maggiore comodità fin dal primo pomeriggio.

We had a great time, we were given a nice clean room with a view of the lake. We really liked the breakfasts, varied and delicious! A wonderful restaurant in the villa for dinners with signature cuisine. Of the minuses, they do not provide water in the room, only in the mini bar in small quantities. In an excellent location just 5 minutes walk from the center of the town, we stayed just before high season so they still had some sprucing up of maintenance to do as some areas looked a little tired, breakfast was ok, nothing special but everything usual was there, the way the hotel is constructed and decorated means that it is quite echoing in the rooms/ corridors
