"It can be regarded as the best hotel in Siena, the location is opposite the old Siena Bank, the town is not big, this is also a relatively central area, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel itself is also a 17th-century building with a retro style. Breakfast is not bad, children can use the existing bed free of charge, everyone pays attention to the age of children, the breakfast for children to pay 26 euros a day, this price can only be said to look at the environment and service, do not consider the word cost Haha. Excellent hygiene and a safe stay. From the Siena train station, don't go around the road, go through the shopping mall facing the train station, go upstairs, there will be an extra long escalator to help us climb the hillside, then take a short walk to see Siena The old town gate, you can reach the hotel all the way. Nice stay experience!"
"Great hotel. Location, breakfast, room, service are great. The only problem is that the room facing the street is very noisy at night. And there will be people very early in the morning. People who need to be quiet will feel more noisy! Nothing else to say!"

"Loved this characterful property. The location was perfect, just north of the main piazzas and historic buildings and a short walk in any direction to a great selection of places to eat including some inexpensive hidden gems. It's a 16th century restored block that's home to a dentist and some permanent residents on lower floors, but the second floor up is the hotel accommodation. Think high ceilings, exposed brickwork and huge gnarly beams, and it's full to bursting with character pieces and quirky decor. The wardrobe looked like it might take you through to Narnia... As with any older property you need to be prepared for a couple of quirks - the stairs are a little wonky and I definitely wouldn't recommend this property for the less mobile or young children. Our penthouse was accessed from the third floor which you can reach by lift but from there it's another flight of stairs, plus there are a couple of half steps within the apartment. The only area where I thought there was room for improvement was the beds which felt a bit antique too - they squeaked with movement and all mattresses sank beautifully, but actually we all slept ok. There's no reception on site but the local host, Michelle, was lovely and really helpful and easy to reach by whatsapp). Finally, it's an old building so windows are single glazed and on the Friday and Saturday night it was noisy through to the early hours- couldn't work out where the noise was coming from but potentially the bus station area which was around the corner. Ear plugs fixed the problem easily enough but again worth being aware of."
"Quiet town, apartment hotel, old-fashioned European residential building, located in the forbidden area of the attraction, the car needs to stop outside the no-go zone. I stopped at the side of the road and dragged the box, about 10 minutes, because it was a mountain road, so I was working out. The room is large, the bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom, the dining room, the bedroom is like a few years ago, when the owner of the apartment was young, the photo was a little cautious at night... Suitable for a few nights, cleaning fee 40 euros, I only live for one night and feel blood loss. Overall very comfortable, the place to come next time."
"First off, the check-in process was terrible. This place calling itself a "Hotel" is a joke -- it's more of an AirBnB and Booking.com should know better not to mark it as such. The fact that we had to contact someone to be there for us to check-in (and making us wait for them to get lunch) and then giving us cryptic instructions that forced us to stop the car in the middle of the road 2 blocks away and climb up hills to get our suitcases into the building made this very clear that this shouldn't be called a hotel. Also heads up that the bathrooms will be really weird and funky in this building. These are old rooms that have been converted. I'm pretty sure our shower used to be where a small toilet was. We decided to wait the next day for the next hotel we were staying at instead of showering again cause it was honestly very uncomfortable in there. Also the ACs here are very old. We had to turn ours off cause it would make a really loud noise every 60 seconds. Overall we had to recover from this hotel the rest of the trip. With that said - it is in a great location and very cool antique rooms that will make you feel like you're back in the renaissance era. I loved the small details and the building was quiet and well stocked with amenities."

"This is a unique property, part of what appears to have been a private palazzo now divided into private residential and the hotel. The common area's are absolutely beautiful and befitting of a palazzo. Nice amenities, coffee, hot water, ice etc always available. Generous and beautiful breakfast, you make the selections you want the night before and they are waiting at your table in the morning - eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pastries, croissants, yogurt, fruit - anything you could want for breakfast. Had a lovely room with an amazing view of Siena, room was on the small side, but, hard not to love it anyway because of the view. Can't beat the location as it is right in the middle of Siena. One note, breakfast hours are limited 9-10 - so if your schedule doesn't work with this time they will give you a voucher to use at the lovely cafe downstairs - would stay here again if I were in Siena"
"What an incredible accommodation in Siena. The rooms are spacious and stunningly beautiful (you really do feel like you are staying in a palace.) Centrally located (about 3 minute walk to the Piazza del Campo.). Breakfast was great (and made getting a start on the day easy!) The staff also made many excellent recommendations for us! Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!"
"This was our second stay at this amazing family-owned hotel. The location is perfect, just a stroll from the iconic Piazza do Campo. The rooms are beautiful and authentically elegant. Breakfast is excellent. But for me the key ingredient is the excellent service. Efficient but not intrusive. I will go back here and highly recommend it for a visit to Siena."

The breakfast was superb. The hotel location is suitable for friends traveling by car. We got back from the bus station (train station) and got taxi for about 10 Euros. We can ask the front desk to help you get a taxi. Because it is near the city wall, it is newer than many hotels in Siena. The small twists and turns of Siena Road are not suitable for dragging luggage.

From Rome to here, the navigation took us through the ZOL area. Scared that we exited from the ZOL area and walked 1.5 km to the hotel. It was later discovered that the hotel was also outside the ZOL area, just just diagonally opposite to our parking location in the ZOL area. Fortunately, the police station is 200 meters from the hotel. We ran to the police station and eliminated the illegal record. The hotel is still quite clean and tidy.

Breakfast is good, the milk does not have the aroma I ate in Venice, but the milk in Venice is so amazing, it will be unforgettable for life The room is quite big. Can I ask if I can get an extra bed? The location is there, but if you add an extra bed, it will be more difficult to put your luggage The hotel is in the suburbs, but there are countless buses to the ancient city, one trip for 1.5 Euros, buy bus tickets at the front desk There is a parking lot. In fact, many people come to vacation by car.

We stayed here for four nights in June 2019. The hotel itself is beautiful and is located an easy walk to everything. Being an old monastery it was easy to get the feeling of an authentic and interesting history everywhere we went in the hotel. Our room overlooked the beautiful hills facing west (I think?) which really gave us the feeling we were in Tuscany. I can’t remember which floor we were on, but I do know it was a walk up 54 stairs to get to our room – a good workout when you have a large bag in each arm  Our room was spacious with a good enough (and clean) bathroom, and the wifi was not brilliant but was good enough for our needs. Breakfast was ok, but there was a good choice of pastries if you like that kind of thing for breakfast. Lots of nice fruit too. We loved the outdoor area as you walk through to the front door – a beautiful and tranquil place to have a wine before (and after) heading out for dinner. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The service and the front desk are the white aunts in the town. The service is very warm and thoughtful. It is the most satisfactory hotel for our service in Italy. Free parking is available on the small street behind the hotel. The T-bone steak of osteria boccon del prete in the old town of Siena is highly recommended. It is so delicious and very affordable.

The hotel is warm and has a rich breakfast. It is suitable for self-driving outside the ancient city and has a parking lot. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the ancient city attractions. The room can see the Siena Stadium, but there is no competition, the stadium is under maintenance and the stadium is small.

We just spent six delightful nights in the Perla room on the sixth floor of this lovely hotel. The room was spacious and had windows on two sides with nice views. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge with updated fixtures and great water pressure. The location is perfect--right in the heart of Siena's historic center, just minutes away from the amazing Campo and the Duomo. The breakfast was varied and tasty and the wonderful people who work there could not have been more warm or hospitable. We will stay here again.

The impression is not bad, it may be that I have suffered everywhere in other places in Italy before. Siena is the place where I have the best impression of Italy. In fact, the location of the hotel is a bit biased, but Siena itself is very small, and it takes only 20 minutes to walk to the attractions. Due to the small size of the city, the surroundings are quite quiet. Compared with Rome and Naples, the sense of security is overwhelming, and the soundproofing of the rooms is also good. The building is a bit old, but the facilities are justified. Said it is a single room, but the bed should be just enough for two people to sleep. All the necessary facilities are available. The shower head does not have hot water and called the front desk, and it was repaired in ten minutes. The restaurant environment is good, but the breakfast itself is average. The staple food is only bread and cereal balls, bacon and cheese slices are good, and personal favorite hot cocoa with milk, so eating is also comfortable. Compared to bringing children, I personally feel that it is better to bring a couple to stay. The whole room and the restaurant are very emotional, the shower gel provided has a unique fragrance, under the TV is a white wine available for 10 euros at your own expense or champagne with two round-bellied wine glasses, plus it seems that there is no heating, which clearly wants you to keep warm. Hug... everything is good, but it’s a bit embarrassing for me as a single traveler
