This was my first all inclusive hotel experience in jamaica. It was excellent from check in point onwards. All staff members were exceptional, customer service second to none. The variety of food included traditional as well as other selections and was great. If there was a downside it would be the traffic noise that could be head from room 643, maybe a better sound barrier would help. Also even though it is not totally the responsibility of the hotel, they arranged for transportation to the airport, approximately 5 minutes away for which we were charged £37 for 2 people! A better choice of taxi driver who charges a fairer price should be considered. Despite that I would definitely use S hotel again and recommend to others, especially those who only trust the larger more commercial establishments

Yes, one can locate a newer hotel with more amenities; however, S Hotel has everything needed to enjoy Jamaica within an easy commute. It is a Jamaican owned hotel staffed by locals. A wonderful selection of freshly prepared food and beverages were always available. Spa services were easily booked. Free and low-cost activities were available all day. There were very few service delays. While staff appreciated tips, one didn't feel obligated to carry cash. The hotel was safe for an all-girls' trip. We relaxed in the ocean, did water aerobics in the pool, attempted to learn Jamaican dance steps, learned about coffee and rum,...the experiences were varied and available. Go. Renew. Refresh.

We celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. The early building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Hilton's top brand, and it is a worthwhile visit~ First-class environment and enthusiastic service, Wright fans should not miss it! Valet parking is $65 (the car is parked in the open-air parking lot directly opposite the gate) / self-parking must be parked in the back parking lot, about $25 a night. The guy at the door was very frank, introduced both methods, and was decisive to avoid exposure to the sun. The front desk is warm and thoughtful, giving welcome water and a map, finding a room and turning it into a tour, interesting ~ Waldorf Astoria at night seems like a desert oasis isolated from the world, light overflows from the fabric of FLW, and many details can still be found at the beginning The clues... The most interesting thing is that it is said that all the presidents since Hoover have stayed here, but they didn't find Obama and Trump for a long time... ;)FromIDR 9,560,950

The location of the hotel is awkward. You say it is in the city center, but it is really inconvenient to go there without a car. There is basically no public transportation. The room is large and can accommodate 5 people. I live alone and it is very comfortable. The breakfast is not bad, basically everything is available. Friends also come to the hotel for breakfast in the morning, and I have 5 free breakfasts.FromIDR 2,646,923

Great hotel near the airport, right off the freeway, and about a 5-10 minute drive to an area with lots of food options and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. This is such a cute hotel that really feels like an oasis in the desert. The ambiance and vibe were all really great. The staff was extremely helpful. I enjoyed the welcome popsicles and the pool was great. The room was fairly clean and the tv had good options. Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The front desk staff provided very friendly and exceptional customer service since the moment I arrived ! The room we stayed in was fully remodeled and kept clean! The room is ok, but the elevator is smelly, and the air conditioner is not turned on in the elevator, it is very hot. The room is a suite with a balcony.
